I ordered size 8 womens boots. They sent tiny (size 6?) boots. I sent info, pictures & email stating the problem. They wanted a video showing process.
They are stalling.
After Banggood saw this review - a customer service mgr contacted me and the problem was resolved.
Do not use this company. They are scammers. Took my money and did not send me a product. I placed and paid for an item 6 months ago and whent through the same scam as many of you have. Fake tracking numbers and out of stock and reshiping excuses. This Company should be not allowed to sell any products on line.

It is now March 6 I have followed up with Australia Post and they have no record of the number quoted by Banggood. The second order I have been asked to be patient for also has not arrived 3 months after the order was placed and paid for. How much longer will this process take?

I ordered a wallet the beginning of December. I was told it was shipped on December 29th. I do not have it yet. I have emailed them 3 times. I am always told to keep waiting... last time they told me that they would refund and cancel my order. A refund is warranted in my opinion but a cancellation leads me to believe that it hasn't actually been shipped.

Will not take my return without sku# invoice # order# 2 pictures or item in question, and here is the kicker, upload a video on YOUTUBE of your item and provide them the YT link. Plus the item was total crap $24.75 for about a $3.00 pair of boots. Also a picture of the shopping label

This is the worst example of bad behavior by chinese companies. Neither of the two products I bought from banggood were usable because they were not fully functional as advertised. Communication with their support is near impossible as their overly simplistic answers are not helpful and even are slightly insulting to someone of my background, as if somehow i don't know how to handle bluetooth devices or clear data. The bluetooth earphone i bought is only usable in very quiet locations because of low volume and the health bracelet is only partially functional, does not take any readings at all for blood pressure, blood oxygen, or heartrate. Customer service takes an inordinate amount of time to send their stupid responses to your complaints, playing for time so you will become discouraged and not hold them responsible for their very bad lying and cheating about the market readiness of the chinese hi-tech products they sell. Overall, this company should fail miserably. I'm done with them and reconsidering my feelings about chinese products in general.

OK, so I get there, prices are awesome, everything is square. I put 300$ order which is split into 4 shipments. I ordered 240$ RC car +some extra cool chinese stuff just cause. Next thing they do is emailing me, saing "sorry, your stuff is not in stock, order smth else, or request a refund!" OK, cool. Next day is the same shït, but its regarding 240$ car... (the whole purpose of my dealings with them). Wtf do I guys deal with you? Plus, the fact that customer service's English is the second language kinda adds on to the whole picture. Apparently, the way they do business in America is still a BOSS in 2017!

They take the money and never send the item, they provide tracking number but no item received, don't bother to buy from them ever.

Unlike eBay there is no way to effectively complain & refunds. I asked vendow if an item was made from steel, thye said yes and I bought it. What arrived was made from aluminium and not fit for purpose. They had plainly lied to me and kept saying "it's just as good". Banggood offered a 10% refund, no return option. Nothing I can do - cut my losses but NEVER Banggod AGAIN!

Ordered items with Christmas money and received defective merchandise! Bang Good has neglected to respond to any of my attempts at communication. The manufacturer (Eachine) won't respond either and, Bang Good is their official distributor! Bang good? More like BANG BAD! I bought a phone from them that didn't work, annoyingly I would have to pay to return. Having sent it 'International signed service' I've received three emails saying they've tried to deliver but cannot. Further enquiries make it seem likely that they refuse to sign for it as taxes will be due. Paypal are disinterested despite following their instructions to the letter. Avoid!

Ordered products that were shown to be in "LA" and in stock on November 1,2016. As soon as I sent the money I was notified the products were backordered and would be sent from China. It's now Feb 10th and no sign of the products or my money. I would have spent more money or bought a better products from a better source just to relieve the aggravation and stress of waiting and wondering for three months or more.

Placed an order on 6 th of jan... shipped on 11 jan (promised to ship withing 2-3 day which they failed)... first tracking status wa seen on 16 Jan... last tracking status on 17 jan... today its Feb 8 and yet no any tracking status update. Every day I contacted to banggood and singpost. No-body has idea where the item is (Pathetic). When contacted to banggood... no any solid answers were given apart from saying "can you please wait for 2-3 days". Which i did for 15 days. Lol... Its was registered EMS... what a jokeeeeeeeeee... literally feels like SCAMMEDDD. DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR

My experience with these people was a nightmare!
I placed a order on 2016-12-16.
(Note: Their site only allow you to place an order if the item is in stock!)
Nearly one month after they sent me an email saying that 3 items in my order was not in stock offering me to either get a refund or wait (undetemently) for a restock.
This website does NOT comply to its promises. They play with your money for a month and then tell you they do not have the product.
Don't waste your time and money buying from them.
Very bad. Stay away from them!

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
