I ordered something March 18th, it's now April 24th. Tracking quit tracking, customer service STOPPED helping me & stopped replying to me after I asked for a refund. Package still hasn't came in & haven't got a refund or even a reply back they quit replying to me about three weeks ago! NO ONE BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE! IT IS A SCAM AMD RIP OFF! I see reviews about good things and good customer service but ITS NOT!

I ordered one quad, came defective. I took pictures and videos and sent them for review. They did not send me replacement item but, was expecting me to shipping back defective item. Shipping was costing more than new quad. They offered me discounted rate and I ordered it again but they cancelled it because they did not want to sell me on discounted rate.
Not reliable, and do not honour their word.

Its been 2 months.The tracking number didnt coincide with Australia Post.
Didn't have reception to lodge a complaint with PayPal.So wont deal with Bang Good ever again.

Ordered sandals measured exactly how they described and they are too small. It took 10 weeks to receive my sandals and the return policy is the worst.

These people are a joke! Use extreme caution in dealing with them. They will either not send or it will be months before you see anything. There is no correspondence with the customer.

I purchased a birthday gift to my friend. I payed the fee of 7 days delivery to come on time before the birthday and I never received it. Today it's the 15th day and the product was never delivered.
I contacted the customer service and I have the emails. I asked them for a refund, they refused. Instead the asked me to wait until I receive it, ship it back and when they receive it they will refund me my money minus the shipping cost, that means I will be paying for both shipping costs and I will be loosing that cost for not product.
This company should be honest about it's shipping estimation and should stand for it's own employees mistakes. You should not build your lose on customers.
Now I am reporting them and filling a violation against their online store. I hope others who experience the same to stand up and report this company.

Ordered 2 products. Charged for 2 products. Only received 1.
Sent numerous emails requesting package shipping status for 2nd product. Was told to check the post office. FedEx (tracking number given) replied that only 1 package shipped. Sent another email indicating FedEx response. Now emails are ignored.

I ordered a gift for my daughter, a DIY doll house last december, until now we haven't received the package. I sent a query to the service and they promptly replied that I might need to check the local postal office if the package was dropped there for whatever reason. We checked even though if you receive anything thru postal, they will send a notice which we didn't receive. I communicated this to Banggood, twice, i have yet to receive any replies from them. I don't want to think they're trying to ignore me, so please reply to my emails, or give me a refund. At least I can get something different for my daughter.

I recieved 2 packages that were incorrect from Banggood. I am currently trying to see if they can help me with this situation and i keep getting a runaround. They keep emailing me about the wrong order and i keep sending pictures and describing what has happened. Its simple, they sent me the wrong items. I dont understand how a big company could have such bad customer service.

I gave Bangood a try for five orders. There were two which I never received and they FINALLY processed a refund after a lot of back and forth. Of the other three, (drone, alarm, light), they were faulty products and did not work at all. I decided to pull the light apart. There is nothing inside! Too bad I didn't save the other two items before tossing them in the trash. And it's not like they were cheap either. I paid $20 for the light alone. Do not order from these scammers! Big waste of money!

Very delayed with second item sent after first not arriving.However, Ivy in customer assistance was very professional and helpful and the second item has arrived today after ordering on the 13 dec 2016. Other items were ordered and have been refunded without delay.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
