I ordered a pair of shoes. When they arrive I was surprised at how thin and cheap the leather was on the top of the shoes. I planned on returning them however a medical emergency last week prevented me from doing so. I went on their website today to get return information and found out you only have THREE DAYS to arrange the return.
How ridiculous is that? Unlike most other online retailers there was no return information in the box or the order receipt. Anyone want a pair of cheesy shoes? Come and get them.

I recently ordered two (2) items for the first time from Banggood, a shirt and a jacket. The quality and design are very good, though both garments have large embroidered brand name recognition front and rear. If the items fit and I could wear them, I would feel like a walking commercial, but this is not an issue because neither fit. I ordered a LG. Shirt and an XL jacket, like all my clothing. These two Banggood items fit like they were made for Pee Wee Herman. I am 6' tall and a fit 190 lbs., a 42" - 44" chest. Banggood's sleeves are inches too short and I can't even button the jacket, I feel like a 5 lb. sausage stuffed in a 2 lb. bag.
There does not appear to be an American Banggood phone # to make contact, only a live chat option. The first person I contacted via live chat regarding my plight clearly appeared English was not his first language. Half way through our communication he simply disappeared. I made another live chat contact with a very professional young lady who courteously informed me Banggood only warrants damaged goods and that I would need to provide photographic evidence of my issue and return the goods to China at my expense.
Between the large, Jeep Rich embroidered commercial promotion front and rear on both items, having to deal with Banggood's return policy and having little idea what sizes I would need to order to have their clothing fit, I will give the shirt and jacket away to someone far smaller than I rather than dealing with them further. This was my first and last experience with Banggood.

I have ordered from Banggood a couple of time and both time ordered multiple items. On both orders a mini keyboard never arrived. They did refund me on my first order which was great but on my second order even after two months+ still no keyboard. Banggood claims it was shipped. In fact they show it shipped shortly after I ordered it along with the rest of my order yet somehow my order arrives over a period of many weeks.
I am reluctant to order from Banggood again as they have not offered a refund this time.

I would suggest not to buy from this site cause after sales support or even the online support is very very slow. Also they are not really helpful. If the item you received is defective or damaged, then it will take more then 15 to 20 days to arrange a resend and on top of that shipping time takes around 35 days.
You will have to wait 60 Minutes for your turn to be able to talk with the live support and they do not have enough Power and will ask you to email them at:
The email support is even worst then live support, they will reply after 48 to 72 hrs even though there site says you will get reply in 24 hrs. And the will ask you stupid Question over email and just spend time. They keep an interval of 2 to 3 days to send next email.
They Clearly have shortage of staff and for that they just keep you waiting and waiting.
Do not Purchase from this site, You have been warned.

Beware! Don't buy from here. I purchased a phone but never received it because when it reached my country it was shipped back by the local courier because the package had an incomplete address. Banggood refuses to refund me even though tracking info shows this and i sent info form my local courier. I am totally disgusted by this seller. I now no phone a US$170 charge on my credit card.

Easy company to deal with; they take your order and money in a "flash" and then you wait... zzzzzz. 30 days from order confirmation and shipping to get the product to your door. Come on guys; it's the 21st century - it does not take 30 days to go anywhere anymore. You need to give your "free shipping" company a great big kick in the backside. They are absolutely useless and they are the reason why I won't buy from you again.
Emailed several times asking for information on shipment. Not a single response. Not one. Still waiting on my order. WILL NEVER ORDER FOR THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a bag off Groupon. Little did I know that it was a private seller. I received the very poor quality bag which looked nothing like the picture and was nothing like the description. When I contacted Groupon, they advised to contact Banggood directly. I contacted them and several weeks later I finally got a response back that they do not allow returns. All sales final. The bag was supposed to be regularly priced over $100 and was on sale for $29.99 plus shipping. It wasn't worth $2. Beware of this company! I wish I had known.

I have bought a inverter dc to AC. The equipment was not very good because it worked only 2 days. I contacted banggood and they refund me. Very happy with their decision because was the right one.
I made the mistake to purchase several security cameras on their website to save $$ vs amazon, I only wish I had spent the money for amazon. The cameras had various issues - including one just not connecting. After a week of working the manufacturer, nothing, so I emailed them explaining everything thinking they would just initiate the return and refund. Two weeks later, after several rounds of explanation, they still somehow wanting proof that the cameras have a problem.
Avoid. I gave up trying to work with them and have filed a complaint with paypal. Spend a little money and buy from US website like amazon. You will be thankful if you ever run into a problem.

Ive had an issue or two but each time they step up quick to fix it. To me, that is more important than them getting it right-because it makes me feel safe to continue to shop with them.
Buying from Banggood was the worst experience in my lifetime, always sending excuses for their shoody service and not replying the questions asked of them.
VERY POOR SERVICE stay away from BANGGOOD for good peace of mind.

I bought the tiny nose air purifier and it fell apart as soon as I got it. I received no paperwork and they can't find my order number. It is a piece of junk. I am not ordering or buying anything from China again. The Chinese have a dog festival every June where they torture dogs and then cook them and eat them. PETA is trying to stop this but it doesn't look good for the dogs. Please don't shop on websites that are from China or buy things from China. The things you buy are not good like Made in America. And maybe if we quit buying things from them they will quit torturing dogs and eating them. It's just terrible. It's the Yulin Dog Festival and 10,000 dogs are to be tortured and eaten. You can google this. It's true. Please help to spread this info.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
