Their customer service strives to be the best. I've had product issues and they've been quick to offer excellent solutions. I wish shipping was quicker, but that comes with ordering direct from China.
I dont hesitate to shop with them, thanks to the knowledge that any issues will be quickly resolved.
I experienced a very bad customer service when asking for information about a few product, first I tried info from the seller, which was not answered at all, then using livechat, promising that I will have the info in 24hrs, unfortunately I didn't get anything, I contacted again livechat, getting and answer to wait for another 48 hours, finally i deleted my basket order. Products were Orico, Home Improvement and Warehouse CN
Seller will always stand behind their products and will always try to make things right. Fast shipping and great communication.
I ordered a phone and accessories from Banggood. Everything was ok, phone and case were ok, but the protective glass was not right. They will send a new one to my request within days.
So Banggood is my opinion maximum!
Not like Coolicool, who I ordered a ZUK Z2 phone until 2017.04.07, has not arrived until today because DHL has left me daily writing to them to repay my money or send a new phone, but they will cut it off My request! So do not order Coolicool from Banggood!
I was very pleased with this site. You could find some great bargains and the customer support was ok.
Now every time you receive a faulty product they try to "refund" with points, which are useless. You cant use them all on a single purchase and you have to buy something to use them. I have spent a lot of money on this site and i will change it, cause they dont value them.
The store is OK, but I have chosen never too use it again for 1 reason, if your complaint is not black and white, the level of stupidity from customer service is beyond me.
Very poorly trained staff.
Also after spending few thousand Euros I get shipping coupons which they fail to honor, and it vanishes.
Then they fail to honor the shipping method they sell and after product is paid they require more money or cancel order.
It's one thing to get your money back in a few weeks time, but nothing curses the disappointment that follows. They have your money and your product, and it's theirs for a week or 2.
I just had it to my head.

I have been shopping for quite a long time on banggood and for years they have been the most trustable Chinese webshop (which does not mean a lot, but they were the only one who refunded me without escalating the issue to PayPal).
However, recently I purchased a cheap (4$) USB audio adapter (a. K. a DAC) from them and I wrote a mostly negative, but objective and unbiased review about the item because it sounded awful. To my surprise Banggood just did not publish the review and we got into a lengthy email conversation about the terms and conditions Banggood set to publish my review until I realised that they will not publish it whatever I do. So I lost my trust in Banggood's reviews, in Banggood general and stopped shopping there. They are the same kind of fraudsters like the ones on eBay and Aliexpress, but the latter ones are cheaper at least.

I had quality issue with the phone I ordered from the Banggood. I returned the phone and Banggood refunded my money. They handled situation very well and I have nothing negative to say. I'll definitely buy from Banggood again.
It is ridiculous that I have to spend an additional $23.08 in shipping cost to return a $29.00 item. I would rather donate the pants to charity and opt to never buy from this supplier ever again. They are the worst supplier I have ever dealt with.
They advertise a size of the product that I ordered that does not even come close to the advertised size. When I informed this they told me I ordered the wrong size. Buyers beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... EVER!

Much better than Aliexpress. The quality is mostly very good. Sometimes things come broken or non-functional, but it's very easy to get a refund for those.
Bought and paid an item online. Promised 14 - 25 working days delivery to South Africa. No response from *******@banggood.com. Please take care when using banggood.com. Bad Service. Bad Business. Bad Brand. Bad News.

I ordered a 5W FM Transmitter for about $60. It arrived within a reasonable amount which is good. The package looks good but the product does not work in general. I tried to transmit, sometime I can hear low level transmission on top of noise, sometimes noise alone, and sometimes it swamped out all other FM stations and if you move some wires the noise decreases or increases dramatically. As far as I am concerned the product does not work. Banggood does not provide refund unless you provide a video. I cannot be bothered to proof that the product does not work. Not buying from Banggood ever.

The item I got didn't fit on my phone I was on live chat with customer service the lady was asking me the same questions over and over she wanted pictures & all I was asking for was a return label and then tells me it was their fault then will refund me... then she said the salesmen said I put the item on wrong which I know how to simply put a phone case on I sent her another picture of me putting it on the correct way then she dissconnects the chat because I was right! I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from this company horrible..
Order a handbag and shoes. Impossible to return. Have been on the website, even tried phoning. Also no answer on chat lines. You get to the last 2 or 3 then told error occurred. Handbags zip is incomplete, only part of its there. Shoes far too big.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
