Ordered an Samsung 8 plus case cost $5.99 waiting for 3 weeks, and got a junk with 2 broken plastic cases. They are like 2 half plastic bags with few holes. Put in my phone they are like a joke. Tried to return it, but they requires picture, video on youtube...
Never buy from them again.
Highly disappointed in this site after yes of ordering of them they twice sent out the wrong items let it go the first time reported it the second time they made it awkward for me requiring photos and all kinds of $#*! will definitely not be ordering of them again will go else where do not buy from them

Electronic items arrived either broken (mini drone) or without function /connectivity (laser beamer) - I did make the mistake to order again... for fidget spinners... thought to make kids happy with special models. Second review in less than three months of a chinese site... And again I have to say that to have support it's pretty impossible.
I Bought an LeTV MAX 2 on 20 May 2017 and everything went okay on expedition and the product arrived in time.
So, where's the problem? The problem is that the phone functioned about 20 Days, then suddenly died. I asked for Support but the only response I've gotten on 3 July 2017 was... Sent us a video of the problem! A video of the problem? The phone is stone dead! What else I have to say. First they wanted pictures of the phone, next a video of the problem, then what else? A Ballet show? So From my part I have to say that you have to stay away from this site, if you have problems very likely you lost time and money to receive support and then there is still no assurance that you receive your goods back repaired.

Having ordered something and received something else, I now discover it's impossible to contact Bang-good. There is a form on the website to ask for a refund or offer comments, but it poses impossible demands. You have to attach a photograph, but if you to it doesn't regard as a photograph and keeps asking. This makes it impossible to send any message to Bang-good. That's probably the intention?

A generally good shop.
-Sometimes not the best prices, but for sure it's a good idea to check them as a solid competition.
-The product reviews there are quite helpful, especially with real photos of product.
-In case of issues with orders, products, delivery etc they have solid customer support
-As of shipping I think it more depends of your local service than the sender.

The product received was different from my order.
Customer service is virtually none existent or they just don't care anyway stay clear the product I purchased was the latest TV Box H96pro. Big mistake it took more or less than 3/4mins to actually boot-up every time, the remote was completely useless so no quality control was ever taken. It was too expensive to return they finally partially refunded the price of the replacement remote. Very disappointed but once bitten!

The Torx set I received was of very good quality. The customer service is of first class. I've received prompt reply when I sent inquiry regarding the shipping time. Very kindly customer service. I will definitely ordering more stuff soon again and recommending to everyone.
Wen we were on vication were planning to get some drink but we didnt fined any store to buy some of water wen we didnt fined a store weve go on the other places to fined some water.
The solar dog repellent broke in 4th day. They have a 3 day return policy. And they created it hard to return even within this time-you need to make photo or video of not working product, make a picture of shipping label(who is going to keep it) and then send it to their website for approval. Be aware.

Then emailed to customer care and they immediatly and politly replied to wait for more 10 days then immediatly returned 10 dollor wholr amount thanka customer care. Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
