The package is on the website reporting as well. NOT FOUND. Does not update in the screening to 15 days and the deadline for delivery and 7 to 10 days, I asked to resolve this to two weeks and always delay another week and never solve, only resolves when the merchandise spends a lot of time, plus or minus a 60 Days, this is ridiculous.
As did come August 2017 I have to revaluate my opinion about banggood... sadly. I had a quite good experience till not - but now it's just terrible...
Got a non-working electronic part - did try to reach 1st to customer support with photos+description of problem. At beggining it was hard - but in end (few emails - few days passed) a Csupport person agree to resend me new item - with small extra fee - as item jumped in price - Was ok 4 me.
But then horror happen - next week diffrent person overtake case - and a avalanche of problems came. We cannot ship... (but i got it already agreed and even paid extras), then we can only refund hald, again emails exchange... an in end we can pay only half - it's been to long from purchase (item was waiting for it's build to come unopen - how can I know it's DOA...?
So excalated case to paypal - now have to wait to get my money from PP - as I pasted whole emails history, etc... shouldn't be a problem, but still

Maybe not always they are the cheapest shop u can find - but what's importatnt - they are v. reliable. In past time used their customer support many times, and only have to struggle 2 times up till now. All my cases were resolved - we were able to find a good solution for both sides. So as a buyer experience I have to give this shop 4,5 star. Small minus comes from long restock times, and pushing dates of pre-orders week after week. Any other cooperation is good.
At begining it was a RC extras shop for me, by with time it grow to a full house support :) my garden/kids also geting something from time to time.
Excellent products, excellent customer care. In case of problem they solve immediately. Price very good and the delivered is quickly

I purchased a LED fan product number *******, the item failed in two days, tried to use the return form, the form failed to work on the website on IE, Foxfire, and Chrome, contact live chat, they wanted me to photo the bag it was sent in which was thrown away when the product was received, they wanted me to video the dead product, before they would do anything, over a 5.80 item I wasted an hour of no response. They refuse to just refund or send RMA without video proof I had the product and the product was dead. Worst customer support, will never deal with them again, Buyer beware if you buy something just throw it away when it dies. And Banggood if you receive this review, its ******* fix the problem instead of ignoring a customer that buys from you.

I moved recently and made sure to delete my old address from Banggood's site before ordering. I placed two orders in one night, the first one shipped to my new address. Then when I placed the 2nd order I noticed the cart UI looked different and it didn't let me confirm my address or shipment. A couple weeks later I noticed both shipped. And for some reason the 2nd order was showing shipped to my old address. Unfortunately the package was marked delivered, and I wan unable to catch it time to intercept it. I placed a refund ticket with their support team and they kept giving me the runaround on how they needed the post office to retrieve the package from the old address in order to refund me. I don; t know about you, but I don't think that is very probable. I tried disputing it via PayPal and they shut it down, giving the same canned response. I will never do business with Banggood again and reccomend anyone to never spend their money on their goods.

This has been by far the worst experience ever and I will definitely stop using their service.
I purchased a phone via the website, but unfortunately, the phone had software problems and I had to send it back within 2 days.
The customer service you receive from all the staff members of Banggood is horrible, starting with the LIVE chat members to the ones who take care of you via e-mail. It takes them ages to reply and when they do they don't even care about your problem, or they just abandon you. If by any chance you want to call them, don't do it because nobody will ever answer!
I am struggling to get my promised refund for over a month now. My last email stated that they have refunded me and had to wait 2-3 days to see it in my account. After waiting more than 3 days, there has no refund made for the phone and no answer to my e-mails.
Please do not use this company, if you are unlucky and get a bad product nobody will ever help you!

Placed an order recently. Site was lagging for 10 minutes as a result my order was placed twice.
I registered instantly and went to account pressed "apply refund" button. Error window appears: "this not working"
Quickly contacted support with facebook messenger with "YOUR SITE NOT WORKING, WANT TO PREVENT SHIPPING". And you know what? They did nothing, told I have to contact they with email!
1 Support ignored me
I did contact support again, but orders were shipped and they tell it wont be cancelled and you know what again?

I have written several reviews ans answered to them. I got mew mail, they ask to return items they will give me money back minus whatever they want to!
So, I have to wait up to 4 month in total and item has no tracking info! And they do it after all instead on instant refund for all of their errors and for my time wasted to clearly write about problems they have on site.
An it is all about 12 dollars!

I bought fm BG one iMars Micro GPS Tracker Waterproof Locator Electric Bike Motorcycle Car Burglar Alarm For GT09, I downloaded the manual from their web site but when I connected to power and inserted the SIM I realized there was something wrong in fact I always got a msg as "PASSWORD ERROR", I immediately contacted BG CS and was asked to wait as they had to call supplier, after few days got that password was different. In the meantime I already found in Banggood Forum! The solution. In fact my one as many other with same issue had a different Password but also a completely different command set. With the new one my Tracker is working perfectly as a dream. I also sent banggood the link to the new manual but they insist they are right abt command, After I have exchanged 4/5 mails I understand they have not even a clue of what we are talking abt. I was only trying to help them and other unhappy customers, but it seems they are not interested on experience.

I purchased the new xiaomi redmi note 4 global edition 45 days ago. Initially advertised stock arriving at warehouse on 5th July, then they moved it to 28 July and now saying another 7-10 days time which I no longer trust. Bad service and lies coming out these days. Truly disappointed banggood!

I am a longtime customer, so much so that currently I am rated as "VIP3" (VIP5 is tops) in their frequent shopper program - but I am guessing I will lose my status soon as I have shopped here in a couple months and likely will go elsewhere in the future. The last straw was just recently when I was bait and switched not once but twice! First I was drawn to the site by an email stating a tablet was on sale at $108. Email directed me to a webpage listing all the sale items. The webpage had same item and $108 price, but when you went to item page the item was $70 more. I contacted "chat support" and waited 30mins in a cue for help. Finally, the agent was confused by my question, attempted to explain I was going to wrong product page, but when I asked for correct product page none could be provided. Ultimately the staff had no idea why the price was incorrect nor could they provide an alternative. While searching for the actual $108 tablet I found a product even more appealing. I added the product to my cart and was about to check out when the item went suddenly out of stock. I found this odd because the item STILL lists 400+ available at the price listed and the total sold counter was only around 50. My guess is the 50% off discounted price was once again not actually a real price. Yet another trick.
Enough of the games. If I wanted to be treated this way I can easily find it from the countless other Chinese vendors on the web. It might not sound like it but I am very disappointed BangGood has become such a poor vendor. In the past I have always been satisfied with my products, price, and treatment but this is the second instance in a row I have felt I was tricked into shopping at their website. The last time I was given coupon discount codes that were never redeemable. I got tired of waiting on chat support for help and I eventually abandoned my cart. The coupon fiasco followed a customer service interaction that took 2 months for them to refund me after a preorder item never shipped. So it's 3 strikes and they're out!
It seems BangGood has made it too difficult to shop at their site. The upside is that I have hundreds of similar Chinese competitors looking to earn my business.

Excellent help, have made several orders from this company without any problem. Replaced an order without problem because it didn't work as it should. Shipping takes a while but not their fault, just be patient.
I have very bad experiences with banggood. At this moment i have 2 packages more then 30 days not arriving. The reaction is very indiferent. At this moment I am sure I will not order any more from this bad company. It is one of the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
