I placed a couple of orders and everything was looking fine, I was so excited and happy with the company.
I received the parcel after 3 week which was very slow shipping but I was fine. But when i opened the parcel it was containing some other product then what I have ordered.
I tried to contact them over by sending email to: *******@banggood.com
I also raised an complain using the contact us from there site. I provided them all info they need, like package image and the item I received.
After 4 days I just got an email from them asking for a stupid Question. I answered that and after that I never got any reply from them. I have send them several emails but no reply from them.
Been 15 day, Yet my issue is not yet answered by them.

I would suggest you to stay away from this cheaters and use some other site to buy stuff online.
I ordered a male clutch bag from banggood 60 days ago, payment through paypal by credit card, money was deducted same time when order placed. Howcome banggood never send me a tracking number, they cannot trace the number given to me by paypal but they have my money and personel details.Am i treated as a customer or a sucker, is this customer service, shebeens treat you better

I have had issues in the past and will only purchase items with PayPal on this site.
Recently decided to give it a go again.
Ordered a dyson bladeless fan copy. And it came scratched and defective. Think is louder then the cheapest fan from Walmart.
Banggood basically says nothing and after second message off 5.00 site credit.
3-4 th message I get 11.00
Basically want me to absorb the other 50.00 for a useless junk item.
Any new buyer beware don't spend any large amounts of money.

Banggood basically refused to help me even after showing them with pictures and video the product was defective.
Banggoods Next trick was telling me I had to ship the item back to china. Post office said 165.00 i contacted BGood and they said they could give me 10.00?
Submitted a PayPal dispute and they said same thing but I called PayPal and explained the situation. They are purposely sending defective junk and then refusing to help and then offer a ridiculous resolution.
Eventually PayPal gave me a refund
So I want to warn all customers that this is what you can expect. So don't buy anything expensive unless you want to be treated like this.
Because this is the 2-3 time Banggood has done this so this is standard procedure. Again don't buy anything unless it's with PayPal or you will be royalled screwed
I see BG responded which is a joke this was my first step and basically they refused to help.
They ignored anything I had to say and pulled the return to sender knowning it would be 3 times the cost of the item.

They make sure you do not pay with a legitimate system that will get you a proper refund. Thank goodness I used paypal or I would be screwed

So far i have tried various of sites to buying stuff from the internet. I started with the gearbest that is $#*!ty, then I tried banggood and I am very satisfied that I found that site. Awesome experience so far, i have lost parcels and they have paid me back or resend the item.

Only used them once, never received any product, product never left HK. Wasted lot of time with customer service (or rather their bots), all I heard wait X days, we will check (they never did), next time it was the same, wait X days, we will check. Most unsatisfying customer service experience - the jokers can't even count days. Should have read the reviews before wasting my money with this company.
Currently disputing the transaction through PayPal. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from these people.

I purchased a remote dog training shock collar and when it arrived the collar wouldn't work. I made the purchase from the United States warehouse. My sister-in-law bought the same collar at the same time and her collar didn't work also. I contacted Banggood and requested a return label so the product could be returned, they flat refused unless I produced a video and sent it to them first. I filed a dispute with paypal.com. Banggood offered ma a $3 refund if I would close the dispute? I paid $17 for the collar. (I know, it was cheap, should have expected junk)
They admitted to paypal.com that they refuse to refund the money to me, so I won the dispute. But I have to ship back to China, NOT to the place I purchased the collar from in the United States ( COMPTON, CA *******) - It would cost me more than the collar, so I guess I am just screwed. But I am going to be sure to spread the word about the treatment you can expect from there company.

How can your technicians can't get an accurate diagnosis of a problem without physically inspecting & testing the product.
I don't have the ability to produce a video and upload to your system. SO I AM JUST OUT MY MONEY.
That is fine I just started spreading the word online and with my friends about this treatment.
You demand a video or no refund? You can send a return label like most online shops and when you receive the item back you will see the item is defective.
You obviously make these types of demands so you don't have to take returns.

This is not good for Drop shippers the main
1)first issue is they is no proper feeds even for QTY alters
2) What u can see before cart is different that after adding and paying the order
3) The Customer support is very very week they thing that DHL Express, it is shipment method Fedex is logistic company that provides DHL Express shipping method
4) Tracking ID wont works until u chase them to update
These are major things that sucks for Drop shippers

I bought a Le Max 2 x829 and the screen did not respond on touch on the left side out of the box. Negotiated with them, but a insufficient partial refund was given back. The shipping back to them is $65, because of the integrated battery, so I did not return it. The battery was not 3100 mah as advertised, but around 2840 mah tested. Also they do not ship with EU post service. I am disappointed a lot.

If I had known it would take this long for two very small novelty items, I wouldn't have bothered. I live in Hawaii and logically the package should simply pass through the pacific and end up here from China, but for some reason one package is tracked in Germany, while another is stuck in New York. My friend in China just bought the items for half the price and I'm going to enjoy them from her and not from this ripoff site

I think I placed a total of 5 or 6 orders. 4 came very quickly with no problems.On one the quality was not great the others were as advertised. 2 additional orders seemed to have got lost but showed up a week later. Were as advertised. I had contacted customer service and they seemed very open minded. Every thing worked out fine.

I recently ordered 2 (two) VTX transmitters from the US Warehouse of Banggood. When I got them, they came in the usual poor unprotected packaging. I opened up the package, and there were 2 VTX boxes in there. ONE had all the parts and was complete. The other box contained ONLY the cheap antenna which comes with these VTXs and the instructions. NO VTX. NO CABLES. Basically an empty box. This tells me 2 things about Banggood. Number 1: they have crooks working in their company who open boxes and take out parts for themselves, then put the empty box back on the shelf. Number 2: Banggood DOES NOT Check items before shipment to make sure they are correct and complete. (In the past, when I ordered a FrSky FC/RX, I was sent a FlySky version. And it was clearly written on the packaging and the part. Are these people BLIND?) I contacted Banggood and told them about receiving basically an empty box. The promised to resend the VTX. Probably from CHINA (I ordered from their US Warehouse), so I don't expect to see anything for probably a MONTH. No matter what kind of "Special Deal" these people offer, you will eventually be screwed by them, so JUST DON'T BUY FROM THEM. PERIOD!

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
