I have ordered a number of items from Banggood and overall I'm very satisfies with the product and quality. Although I have encountered a few issues, they have been responsive, most times in correcting the issue.
Their Price and Quality of products is very good and can highly recommend them albeit the average wait time for my orders has been around 4 weeks.
I've ordered close to 25 items from Banggood and for the most part, I'm glad I did. Their selection is huge, their prices are routinely cheaper for the same item sold by other retailers, plus the shipping is usually free. The quality of the items they sell is the only real gamble when buying from them, because most (if not all) items are made in China. Some items are fantastic quality, while others didn't perform as advertised or break/malfunction after a few uses. But that seems to happen with almost anything bought nowadays, regardless of where it's made. Although their Customer Service has been good/great every time I've had to contact them to resolve an issue, it's a difficult process that's complicated and frustrating at best, especially if my problems were quality or warranty related. So in conclusion, I'll take my chances on ordering from Banggood again just to save $, and hope the item's quality is outstanding.
I ordered a new smartphone on banggood, the UMI E plus.
It was a defective item, the USB C charger wasn't holding making the charge impossible.
After few emails, they said i need to send it back to them so they can check the phone and send me another one and the will refund my expenses.
BUT now that i have my phone they didn't refund the tax fee which i paid for both phone
The phone was originally 180. I finally paid around 300 with bot tax fees.
I have been waiting for the phone for a total of 2 months instead of 2 weeks maximmum (i subscribed the priority mail)
In my order i also ordered a tempered glass for this phone... the glass is way too small for the phone, there is at least 3mm on each border missing.
This was my first experience with banggood and also the last one

I have Ordered 2 Bakeey D9 Earphone from your end, from Which 1 bag of earphone was Missing earphone and Only contained data-cable and the Other earphone is not working.

Can't repaire my smartphone under warranty service over 3 months.
All that they do is writing:

I took this aboard a flight and it was perfect for my needs. Loved it so much I ordered one for my husband in black.
I have ordered several times. Items are top quality and customer service is the best! One time a parcel was lost and they were quick to do a refund, just asking me to give it back to them if somehow sometime later I receive the item.
Looked forward to my order of two dresses, but after waiting a month, nothing arrived. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to wait another week. Still nothing. They did refund my purchase price quickly, but I seem to be stuck with shipping fees for something that never came.

So I have bought Few items from Banggood last month, used there free shipping which took around 3 weeks to deliver the Item.
Finally I got my parcel but it contained some cheap Items which I have not ordered, I contacted there live support and they asked me to email them Images of the packages, Item received on the address: cservice@ bangood.com
I have emailed them on 29-Aug, 2 days passed no reply so I contacted the live support, wasted 2 hrs over it and at the end they only told me to wait again for 24 to 48 hrs. If they want to just say wait for other 24 to 48 hrs, why wasted my 2 hrs on live support.
2 days passed and no reply to my mails so on third day I contacted them again and this live support guy said they did not received any mails from me and asked me to email them again. I was like What The F. I email them again.
Same this started again, after 2 day without any reply I contacted the live support again and same thing, asked me to wait for more 24 to 48 hrs. And again today I contacted them and they gave me the same answer to wait for more 24 to 48 hrs.

The Agent to reply my email was Carina, which is very lazy and slow at reply.
If my issue is not resolved in next 24 to 48 hrs, I will make all my live chat records public along with some of my old email conversation with banggood so every one can know how bad Service and Customer support is provided by bang good.

Bought a Xiaomi redmi note 4x for $ Aud 236 (+express shipping fee) last saturday 9/9/2017. I contacted their support chat and send an email yesterday, but still I received no reply regarding with my query about the tracking number and details of the shipping company. I tried countless times their support chat but I'm always on the queue and receiving no response from anyone. Their customer support is one of the worst that I've experienced so far. Not until they tell me anything about my merchandise and I receive it in good condition will I give them a good review, but so far, the customer experience for me is worst.

I wrote a review saying how bad the delivery time was, how inaccurate the readings were from the smart watch and how I had to insist for about a week to get them returned.
At last I received the return address and return documents.
Once I had sent them by tracking number post and informed them of the fact along with a photograph of the tracking number and post receipt, I received and email within 24 hours saying that a refund has been instigated and I should have it in my account within 14 days.
Whilst I can never understand why companies take so long to return your costs, especially when you paid for the goods it took nano seconds to get to their account, at least they set the ball in motion in good time and responded to my post details promptly.
For this I have to give them praise where praise is due.
To sum up, Banggood's returns and refund policicies are good once you have persuaded them to accept that you want to return goods and get a refund

Ordered two wrist smart bands for my wife and I in order to measure our daily activities.
They arrived after 22 days which is not very good in this day and age.
We persevered for two days to get them to work properly but to no avail.
Readings of pulse rate, BP were far from accurate.
We know as we checked them against a BP electronic sphygmomanometer.
The app on my mobile would not sync and upload steps, distance and calories although it did upload the inaccurate BP and pulse readings.
I emailed the company to reject them and asked for a return label and a refund of the costs.
All I get is a standard email saying they are sorry for the inconvenience and to send a photo and/or video of the problem and they will resolve it.
Sent them photos of the box and delivery label but still they come back with the same standard composition email asking for photos and videos.
How can you take a video of the problem on the mobile when it is the mobile you are trying to take the video of to show inaccurate readings.
I believe all this is a stalling method so that they do not have to conform to trading standards. That's if they have anywhere they are, Hong Kong?, China?, Singapore? Anybody's guess really.
They know they are selling inferior goods and have no intention of taking the goods back and refunding the costs.
I have learnt a hard lesson and will certainly not use this company again and tell everyone I can not to use them either

I got 6 items but 3 of them broken. Delivery took so long (13 days).
I contacted Customer Service twice but same answer Please send the SKU and Shipping number. They have it already.
Never again! DO NOT shop online with Bangood.

I placed a couple of orders and everything was looking fine.
I received the parcel after 3 week which was very slow shipping but I was fine. But when i opened the parcel it was containing some other product then what I have ordered.

After 4 days I just got an email from them asking for a stupid Question. I answered that and after that I never got any reply from them. I have send them several emails but no reply from them.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
