I order a bluetooth earphone from application. I placed order on 9 September 2017 and today is 10 october. Still not delivered and when i mail to customer service they replied to wait patiently. It took a month to deliver. Very slow.

I ordered eachine lizard95 on banggood in august 2017. The product is doa, banggood ask me to switch the motor and a bunches of experiences. I asked for an exchange but they refused it and send me a esc and ask me to bring to a hobby shop to fix it!
Do not buy from banggood! If they product is doa then you are screwed!

Here's my experience: I had a technical problem with the device I bought. While I was discussing the issue with other buyers on their forum, the forum service intervened and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I didn't expect that.

Products no doubt looks tempting but the delivery for even a 5$ product takes around 20+ days... Waitin is really frustrating... Also without payin extra you wont get tracking number... Buy at your risk.

Complaint Inadequate. A week constant write to get a new defective goods replaced and then still proportionate money for pay.

Bought a lot of things from Banggood. But I received a field camera that does not work. They told me to video it to show how it doesn't work and bla-bla-bla! I told them that I wanted to send it back. They just told me it would cost too much. The order after that, a voltmeter, came with the bag opened and nothing inside. Waiting for an answer from them.

Cannot trust reviews of the items they sell because they delete any review that does not have 5 stars if you look you will see.
I purchased an item that did not work and after reading more about it I learned that it was a cheap item with many problems so I left a negative review, the next day it was gone, then I started looking at other items and realized that none of their items had less than 5 stars.
I guess I will have to read reviews from somewhere else before thinking about purchasing anything from banggood.

Banggood have the best price online, and also the best Customer service. They are very fast to answer and help on case of product problem or parcel who get lost (happen one time for me, they refund without problem). Feel good with this store, close to have them in front of me!
I just received a replacement MECOOL BB2 PRO from Banggood customer service. And this one works! They proved me wrong in that I thought they really didn't care about customers. Unfortunately rectifying the issue had to come through publicizing the issue on this platform. I tried several times directly to their customer service where a youtube video if the issue has to be made. I also tried through the sales customer service people. While they sent me some documents that were supposed to help fix the issue (that didn't help at all), customer service was otherwise non- responsive. Thankfully through posting on Sitejabber, Banggood customer service did finally rectify the situation. I just wish it didn't have to take 6 months.

Banggood customer service responded by sending directions on how to 'fix' the issue with the MeCool box that doesn't work. Essentially they're saying we know the product doesn't work, and here are a complicated set of hard-to-follow directions to upload updates. They sent me a defective product, and do not stand by their products. To anyone contemplating taking a chance on this company, if you want to gamble on receiving a product that works, you have to decide if it's worth it. I hoped to save a few bucks, and ended up wasting $70. They do not stand by their products... just know that before you order!
A great electronics store. There was a problem with the hardware and it was repaired quickly. You do not have to be afraid of the guarantees of buying in this shop!
