I ordered a tracked robot kit. It arrived damaged so I contacted CS and sent pictures to show the damage. I asked if they could send a new frame as the one I received was bent up and I was unable to use it. They said no, take it somewhere and have it fixed and they would pay for it if it werent too much. I told them I had no time for that and now I was expected to correct their mistake. They then told me to mail it back to China for a refund. I haft to pay for shipping back to China even though it was shipped from CA USA. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. PER THEIRS ACTIONS

I Ordered 2 SKYrc Q200 one of them did not work each charger costed me 122 euros. Banggood gave me40 euros to fix it. I do not know where but I will do it. If I fix it I will be satisfied. They gave me various solution, this onewas the best I would expected a new charger.

This was my first shopping experience and Banggood. I stumbled across their website by accident and have since bookmarked it for further purchases. My laser engraver came within the allotted shipping time and was well packed. There was some difficulty tracking (through not fault of Banggoods but rather the DHL who did not update) and Banggood replied to my email inquiry almost immediately reassuring me it would arrive on time. One of the belt tensioners broke during the assembly. After emailing Banggood I learned this was not something that they had in stock. They contacted the manufacturer for a few spare parts and kept in contact with me the entire time, offering to mail me 2 replacements once they arrived. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Unfortunately I received a faulty TV Box, but after sales support is great.

Unfortunately, it's too late for apologies. The damage has already been done. It's too late to try and help me now, I have sent the Lizard back and am now waiting for my refund through Paypal.
Banggood have made no effort to solve the problem at all. I informed you about the problem and the fact that many others were experiencing the same issues, and you ignored me and asked me to return the product at my own cost, sorry, warranty doesn't work like that.
Your warranty is ridiculous to start with. To make matters worse, it seems there was a large batch of Lizards sent out that were doomed from the start because of manufacturing issues, and you have made no attempt to rectify that.
I am fed up with the process associated with having to return products back to you. Eachine have no shame in selling a product that is not fit for use, and you have no problem selling that faulty product.

They knew they were faulty, Banggood have received bad reviews regarding the issues, and you still continue to sell them.

If you have a look at my account, you will notice I haven't made another purchase since, And I won't be making a purchase again. I have lost $25 in points that I used to purchase the Lizard in the first place. I currently still have about $25 in points that I will never use again. You can keep those points.
I don't need to write to your complaints department and waste my time to have nothing done about the issues, as it seems your company doesn't care.
Writing on this forum is the best way to let the people know how I was treated by Banggood, and then it's up to them if they want to buy from you.

Do not buy anything from Banggood, they do not stand by their products. I have been in a dispute with them over a faulty Eachine Lizard I received. I had asked them to replace the faulty unit with a new one. They are trying to give me a partial refund to compensate for the damaged parts. I refused because I shouldn't have to replace parts on a product that is meant to be plug and play. I had to eventually raise an issue with Paypal. I have spent thousands of dollars with these people, and they don't care that I will never buy from them again. I was dealing with a guy called John Wong. If anyone from Banggood management is looking at this, I want you to know, that I will never buy another thing from your company again, and you can thank your employee, John Wong. Nice work John Wong.
Great prices and Big Discounts are one of the Pro's of Banggood, I really like their VIP system, where you can get better deals the higher VIP tier you reach.
Also you can often find mobile app specific discounts and many mini events where you can earn discount coupons or even win stuff.
The processing of orders & shipping is always fast and on time, everything arrives neatly and securely packaged. I never experienced any damaged items in my order, they really pay attention to it.
If you are ordering expensive stuff, it is always better to pay a little extra for shipping with insurance, it exists for a reason.
Of course nobody is perfect and to me it also happened, that I got a similar but different product from what I ordered.
Thankfully Banggood Customer Service is excellent (they replied within a day) and after providing them with the necessary details, they promptly offered me compensation, thus solving my problem and leaving me 100% satisfied.
Personally I recommend Banggood as a great seller, that never disappointed me.
My package took a couple months to come and when it finally did some of them were very defected. Other then that the squishies smelled great and the ones that weren't defected where super squishy and great quality. I still don't think I would recommend.
Bought a mens dress shirt of very, very poor quality. Material so thin you can see thru it. Buttons all loose and sewn on with thick white thread on a dark colored shirt. Makes no sense... xxxl size was so small it was more like a boys medium. No joking!... horrible third world quality junk.

I ordered 3 fake security cameras. When I received them I installed new batteries in them and they would even turn on. These were nothing but a pile of junk.
This is the last time that I would order from this site. Lucky I am only out $45.00.

I recently ordered a small FPV camera and transmitter together with an LCD monitor. The monitor came in around 10 days which was satisfactory. The camera and transmitter were shipped separately and came much later, but when opened the package contained the camera as ordered and an RC receiver instead of the transmitter. I immediately contacted customer service and received an apology and advice that the transmitter would be shipped promptly. I have received advice of the shipment being made. I was disappointed with the original shipping delay and the supply of the wrong product but i am satisfied with the prompt response when i drew attention to the error
Banggod is a very a large company with its low prices is a good attraction when your purchase 3-4 items per month. Ive place 13 orders (14 items) in the last 2-3 months all have gone well except my last purchase QX105 Bat.
I would like to commend Herman for his diligence in correcting the problem. He did follow procedure and attempted to send a replacement part, as I explained I prefer a product that work out of the box when delivered and not have to wait three additional weeks to fix it myself. All other Banggood agents just stop responding to my emails. I keep them as proof. Herman went above and beyond to resolved my issue with updates over several days. Very Satisfied with the outcome although the website now prevents me from ordering products calling me a payment risk and ask me to understand their decision that prevents me from ordering from the website. I get the hint and will take 3-4 per month purchases to other competitors They may have the very low prices as online consumer the value comes from the support services when things dont work as planned. I am giving a higher rating because of the commitment Herman spent in assisting me. Very disappointed that such a larger company as Banggood would go to this extreme over a $45.00 purchase.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
