I ordered a 7 inch cell phone waist holster and it was never delivered.
When i complained they did not answer for more than a month. They wanted me to complain to post office, but it has been too long for them to trace it.
I ordered a coil module and received wrong one.The package had correct item number but wrong coil inside. I jumped thru hoops like they asked including sending pictures of correct part and their part. I have sent 7 e-mails and explained problem each time. I keep getting same response. They keep avoiding the problem.Do yourself a favor and buy some place else.

I received a Digoo M1X ip-cam that was 100% dead on arrival. Assumed I would get a replacement. NOPE! Banggood did everything they could to prevent a replacement or refund -- including me making a video to youtube upload (dont know how). What do you see on a power-dead cam?... nothing. Their final email was sarcastic and insulting. All this jerk-around over a $25 cam (why?). Banggood is AWFUL!

Throughout the past year this company has grown exponentially not to mention there one-on-one personal service regarding any and all issues such as making things right that possibly and yet very rarely go wrong. I've also noticed that there website has become so much more people friendly and easier to navigate they are not like other sites where they hide or make it almost impossible to find out how to get in touch with them or even when you do you don't ever hear back from them except for maybe and I do mean maybe a boilerplate response that basically leaves you more anger and irritated than before. Banggood certainly and now within the last 6 months or better become my go-to site for anything and all things quadcopter related as well as computer, cell phone, tools, and now even clothing which I never had done before so if you're looking for something very well priced and don't mind waiting just a couple weeks usually sometimes much faster and sometimes a little slower again though very rarely this is definitely a place you ought Try,, and note, I am not nor have I ever been a partner your benefactor of bangood other than what I paid for with 100% off of my own money except for what I've learned through those purchases which if you give this website a chance you'll see quickly how fast you earn them not to mention how easily it is to obtain points simply by posting reviews and many many other simple ways.

Don't buy anything on flash sales or other seemingly great promotions. Banggood's tactic is to mix good deals with bad deals. If you get confused and choose a bad deal, you pay and you get the product. On the other hand, if you wisely choose a good deal, you pay and you wait and wait After a week or so, they will claim that the product is out of stock and suggest something else. Of course this "something else" will be a bad deal. Even if you choose wisely for the second time and get your money back, you lose a lot of your time. And if you complain, they will offer you some point, worth maybe a dollar. I know what I'm writing as I was (un)lucky to buy a laptop for $500 on a flash deal with 20 or 30% discount.
They LIE... Its terrible service... and packages never arrive... I cant tell u how pissed i am... And costumer service is talking with f... BOT.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the right channel of a bluetooth speaker making a large whining sound and that channel never playing music. I wrote in and submitted a short video showing the sound problem and they responded within 24 hours offering to ship me another. Very quick and polite email. I am thrilled at how quickly they resolved my issue. Does make me want to test a product quickly before leaving it wrapped as a gift for an extra week. Superb Banggood.

I bought a doogee mix on the 2nd of this month. I exchanged emails yesterday with them. All of the sudden today they have no clue as to my info etc. I have a receipt transaction from my bank as proof but can't tell me were my new cell phone I've been waiting is at. Fraud in my opinion. 1st time and never again. Obviously their 150 man and woman crew can pay attention to details. Smh. On too of that can call them cuz it's international. So some one has a new phone I paid for and I'm hung out to dry. I reporting frauds claim with the bank this morning and getting my refunds back if they can't come up with the product or more. It looks bad on their part. But they don't give a $#*!. Money is money right.

Received a defective drone and they want to give me the run around. Take a video of the defect part? I have a better idea. Do not buy anything from this company. This company is worse than a snake oil salesman or worse than a Nigerian or Romanian scam. I bought a product from this company, and they sent me a second item. The item i bought was so worn that even a blind man could see that this is not worth shipping. I could not believe that the people would the audacity to send me item that was to that even a second store will take. This item was so bad that even the Salvation Army would not have taken it. To cut the story short, I got in touch with their customer service. They told me that the item was damaged in transit, and they will give 200 points. I sent them pictures of the said, with some expletives. I told them that's a freaking lie and I want my refund. The lady responded that she has to get in touch with the salesman. In short this company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Buying from them is wasting your money and your hard earned cash. This is new way of scamming people of their hard earned money. The positive reviews about this company are from people who work for them or I paid by this company to write positive views. If you think i am lying look at the names of people writing positive views. Once again please do not waste your money. I learn a life lesson. I know their are honest Chinese company... this is not of them. This company brings to the foe the bad stereotypes we have about Chinese products.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
