At this given moment I am waiting to receive my order, which is a bit delayed. However, I have received excellent support from the Banggood Team.
Therefore, I feel confident that I am dealing with a serious company and I hope to continue purchasing items.
Please remember when you purchase from this company you are dealing with a company that is based not int he US but in China and that is where their customer service is. Poor at best, received a pair of snow pants that where the worst quality imaginable. When i asked to return was told that the shipping costs back where on me and that they would deduct the original shipping costs from what i paid also.
I don t understand why they keep the product back order on line They take your paiement everything seems fine and a couple days later they tell you the prodcut is back order but the same product is still on line

Banggood only helps when giving money. They sent me a burst open plastic bag and its been two months asking customer service to help. They promise to help when we talk but do nothing to follow up. Also handed over a thousand dollars on an order. Supposed to be in stock next day then changed it to `7 days later, then they changed it again to another 45 days later. They lie saying we will ave it to you but ignore my large order and ship single order to other customers I know who tell me, even though they order after me.

I am 48 years old industrial electrician from Greece. Banggood pricing this is outrageously high but I though to test them with something small as my first buying experience, they did have a 40% discount for limited period at one USB power capacity tester that I was looking for, the product it did arrive faster than 25 days shipping schedule.
Then I thought that I can trust them and I did a larger order of QTY of two desktop thermometers, them at 55% discount for limited period.
After 43 days nothing arrived, and support team told me to wait another three days.
I am now suspecting that they deliberately use lowest available shipping priority, these delivering goods at my location with 50 ~ 55 days delay, and they did that by their choice.
When such a shop it does such cheating about shipping priority by taking in to account max profitability for them and with out to care of agreed shipping plan, then they are cheaters of equal quality of worst eBay Asian sellers.
I am not going to use this service ever again, quality of service (shipping times) this is highly unstable, now I am aware that behind their fancy website logos, there is nothing that worths to be trusted.

The package arrived 2 months after and I had to pay 150zl for a extra tax. Disaster. At least bangood will pay 30% of this tax (or at least is what they told me))
Ordered the item on August 02,2016 and paid via pay pal $3.65
Till date Item never received.
Contact them via e-mail with a person named CHLOE, Agreed to give a 365 points, and end up giving only 3 points which worth 3 cents.
After few correspondence, CHLOE stop answering e-mails.
Company is FRAUD, Employee CHLOE IS FRAUD.
Please do not buy from Banggood.

Es la tercera vez que hago un pedido y después de casi tres meses me dicen que si quiero me lo reenvían o me devuelven el dinero. Mi impresión es que por algún motivo no lo han enviado y hasta que no les reclamé no me dicen nada... Por si cuela? Estarán así a mucha gente que no se den cuenta o que no sepan cómo reclamar?, Prefiero Aliexpress, no me dan estos problemas y se puede reclamar más fácilmente abriendo muy rápido una disputa.

I've made multiple purchases with Banggood, most of the 'hard to mess up' variety. All was well until my first electronic device. I ordered an SDR receiver, and as noted by other purchasers of the same product, it was missing a critical area of functionality. I pointed this out to Banggood, and they refused to refund or replace the item unless I provided video evidence of the problem. This evidence would consist of the device sitting there not working. It's unnecessary, and meant to discourage warranty claims. I will update if there is a change in status.

As a big internet shopper I have never experienced such bad service and quality. I received an item that broke within days, I asked for a full refund or new item to be sent out. They refused. I contacted trading standards and they are actually violating the U. K. consumer rights, they dont care they still ignored me. SHOCKING STAY AWAY

I purchased a V913 RC Helicopter from banggood. Come on 11-13-17. I never received an email confirmation or tracking number from them. When the helicopter arrived three weeks later there was no on/off switch on it nor was there a transmitter, additionally the battery charger was a European charger which did me absolutely no good here in the USA. I'll let the facts speak for themselves.

The product that I received was not perfect as seen in the picture. I had to wait for a month for the products arrival! But the after sales service was excellent
Ordered several items. They split them into several shipments then you wait and wait and wait. Youll get one of them, then good luck. I waited a month and although they respond to emails quickly, theres no resolution. Better pay a little more and buy from a US located company. You have no protection whatsoever. PayPal is not much help either. I have to do my Christmas shopping all over again and hope that some day I get my money or the products that I ordered. They bang-good, thats for certain.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
