Do not order from these crooks. They put the wrong address on my parcel didi not receive. They change the address on the system after I complained on not receiving parcel so it matches the one on the lost parcel, even thought 3 other parcels ordered at the same with right address arrived. When asked how a different address self generated Joannah the worst customer service repeats on numerous emails it is not her problem, Item worth $150 with transport. Save your money do not order from these liars and cheats. To Joanna you are the worst.

Very good service. The first package was lost apparently and they sent my order again. I have received it in 2 weeks. The delivery (to Canada) sometimes takes more than a month, so you have to be patient.
I have been waiying for my package for 2 months now. Tracking ingormation has not chnage for almost 1 and a half month. Everytime i send them an email they tell me to wait a couple more days. I am tired and the item is even out of fashion by now. They don't want to talk about giving me a refund the only solution they give you is wait wait wait! Order number *******.

I bought the item back in September, it came faulty and the company still hasn't resolved the problem, even though we have been in touch from the moment the product arrived but the issue hasn't been solved.

Banggood Hong Kong took the money. The HK Consumer Council is the watch dog of Unfair trading practices. Within 3 day I had notified Banggood cservice that the watch is not corresponding to description and wanted to return it. It is not legal not to provide the consumer the return address. The misleading information of guarantee and omissions, Bait and Switch, unfair practice to demand a video are not legal

The eservice always repeat the typical sentence many times like a robot with no respond to the question. Since it is no brand watch there is no technical support. Customers are asked to submit a video to explain why the watch is not working. This will take a technician in the lab with instrument to do the testing. Why a customer to perform such a task. After 12 Emails I still don't have a return address.
Any suggestions how to get out this trap in a circle?
Banggood team is good at passing to other group of contact but do not try to solve the problem. Simply refer you back to their different policy which you have already dealt with. They also admit that they are selling no name brand then it is almost impossible to conform to the specification of the product. Banggood do not want to give you the return address of the watch and refund. So you are always in a circle with the same problem.

In Jan 2018 the smart watch I received is not what it advertised. It is a no name watch without many features as specified. The watch can not be returned as there is no return address given after 10 Emails and 6 Photos. The replied Emails do not address the problems but repeating and avoiding the question. A $10 watch sold for over $37. Banggood does not want to honor their return and guarantee policy. It is a SCAM. Rating is no star.
Banggood.com has the worst customer service ever! When I ordered my product, at a good price, they said they were out of stock, so I canceled the order. They sent the order anyway and said they never received my cancelation. Lie # 1.
When the order arrived, I new I had only 3 days to return it (crappy return policy) so I returned it to the shipping address, they asked for a pic of return receipt (I had to pay over $25. To return within my country of Canada), which I emailed to them immediately. No response.
Two months went by, no repsonse or credit. When I contacted them they said they didn't receive the package because I returned it to a Canadian Distribution address, which they know. They made no attempt to find my package at all and claimed they could no longer help me. Lie #2. Almost $200. Wasted.
I have sent them multiple emails stating that I know full well how to do online reviews and did their CEO know that they were causing a negative review to be online forever, no response at all.
Banggood.com may have some enticing prices, straight from China (Lie #3, they come from a distributor within your country), but I will never fall for their misleading prices again.
Banggood.com has no idea how to provide international customer service.

After 40 days they send you the wrong size, then ask for a very high shipping fee to send you the right ones, IN RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT THEY SAY SORRY ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AND THEY PROMISE SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BUT NOBODY DOES. Do not waste time and money here. I lost over $70... save your money and save time buy from somewhere else.

Bought two shirts. After over a month of shipping time I received both shirts three sizes less than the size ordered (I selected size XXL which according to their instruction is equal to American size L) and when I complained about this they said you have pay a very high shipping charge for each shirt and select a size 3XL! I will never buy from this outfit again.
After one month of the delivery time, I still didnt get the package and they are not willing to refund!

Only problems with this store - I have place 6 orders or 7 orders with them - things missing from the order but they still charge shipping, not working items - they asked for a picture, after that a video!) not possible to return items that came with over a month delay - they insist you pay for shipping back to chine when I don see how is my fault the item is not here on time and I don't need it anymore - stay away! I am disputing trough my credit card and paypal some of the ridiculous shipping charges they impose, see how that goes...
Update: Finally Banggood agreed to pay for the shipping back and when I went to the post office to inquire about the shipping cost they just marked the parcel as refused and now is on its way back... Who knew the Canada Posts will save the day.

I bought a xiaomi battery pack from them that failed within a year. When I contacted them for warranty replacement, they offered me $6 back out of the $20 cost instead of replacing the product. When I requested a replacement instead, I was told they would "repair" the battery pack and for me to ship it to them in China. Not at all comfortable with after-market repairs to a xioami product. I am disappointed.

Yesterday I ordered a bike seat post. I immediately emailed that I bought the wrong size after I couldn't be connected to the online customer support requesting an item change or cancellation. Of course I got an email back that it was already shipped. I guess they are just super fast? When I asked about shipping they couldn't provide tracking information so I certainly can't prove but question if it was actually shipped.

Placed an order for Squishies for my daughter. We been waiting for a month and never get the pkg. Contact them about the pkg order. They said they shipped it. Call local USPS they said the package never arrive to the post office. Finally they refunded us only 50% of the purchase for getting nothing. Just FYI dont shop here guy. Its a SCAM

I purchased a drone and some batteries from banggood almost 3 months ago and still have yet to fly it. One of the 4 batteries was faulty and the drone has a bad flight controller. When I contacted them, they offered to replace the flight controller which would have been the end of my troubles if it actually arrived. They are relatively quick to respond to emails and are fairly respectful, but this much "customer service" wouldn't be necessary if they sent you products that actually worked in the first place. Spend the extra $5 and buy things from a reliable source.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
