I ordered a digital multimeter from banggood and it arrived with a defective carry case. Banggood offered me 300 points credit (not enough to buy a case), but I said I would prefer a replacement case for the faulty one. They stopped replying to my emails at this point. I also wrote a review about the product and it has not been published. I gave a 5 star review, but I suspect they didn't like that I mentioned my problem and also mentioned that there is no contact in case of warranty in the meter manual. It was all going so well until they started to mess me around and refused to deal with their obligations to their customers. I posted on facebook so maybe they will get back to me still, but I doubt it. Not sure what is up with them, but I doubt I will be buying from them again if they don't do their job and deal with problems fairly. Its only when things go wrong that you can judge a company. Most of the good reviews seem to be from those that received their order without problem and so did not have to deal with customer services. I was polite with them, but they don't reply. If anyone from banggood is reading this then please lets sort things out.

Dishonest

I ordered a woman bag declared "real leather"... is made of pure smelly plastic:-))) after my complaint they were so fast to change the description of the item
And my rewiev (negative of course) is in mode "processing" in three weeks and they don't publish...

Low refund

Don't trust Banggood

I ordered a set of four security cameras and one was D. O. A Nothing
Did all trouble shooting, changed power supplies, NOTHING! TRIED TO GET THEM
TO REPLACE, ANOTHER "NOTHING" They wanted me to take a video of it and what it is doing? HOW THE HELL DO YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF NOTHING?
I will no longer buy from them. Banggood's Wyatt johnston answered this with a offer to help if I supplied the Order number which I did *******. But no answer! KISS THAT SUPPLIAR GOOD BYE!

Not only is the site easy enough to navigate, but the email replies are prompt and courteous and solutions are amenable. I received my order before the promised date, and when a problem came up with it, was able to solve it quickly.

Fraud,

Have ordered and received many articles, all cheap. Arrived as stated ( so far). But i ordered a machine, it seems perfect for what i want, but one small part is the wrong size. After many attempts to contact them, i finally received an offer of $10 off, no good as the machine doesn't work. Now they totally ignore me. Bums.

Avoid

If you have a faulty item they ask you to upload video and pictures, in the hope you will think its not worth it, then after a week or two they will ask you to check you are using the correct apps or settings, then after a further few weeks they ask you to sent them pictures of the packing label and receipt. Who keeps the label 5 weeks? And the proof of purchase surly is my order and payment? In other words, they would rather have bad reviews the return my £60 for items that do not work, in the hope people will not read them and will part with their money, they even removed a review I left for one of the products, ever wondered why 99% the reviews are positive?

Bad news.
February 20, 2018

I ordered a pair of shoes on Dec 12th 2017, considering it was around Christmas, I gave them a bit of latitude. In the middle of February this year, I asked what was the hold up. Talk about excuses. Now its the 20th of February, and nothing. I also had ordered an item early in January, and they sent the wrong item.If that's not bad for business, I don't know what is. So now I shop only in Australia only. I have ordered other Items in January, they arrived in 10 days. They have become very sloppy.

Cheep BUT

Cheap online shop but lousy customer service... The staff do not understand ordinary English. They do not read what you write.
So if you want to advertise mistakes, do not expect quick and good customer service.

I advertised a fpv camera and agreed with them that they should ship a new one in black or blue. Since I had not heard from them for a few days. I wrote to BG for a status. They told me that the black was in backorder but I could get a blue one. As I wrote to them the first time it should be black or blue. But obviously hard to understand...
Now it's been a week more and they have still not sent my item as agreed. I know English can be hard to understand but frankly BG you can do it better

I had an issue on my last order: Package uncomplete (PNP ordered and Kit received: some items were missing) and damaged item;-(
It took 1 week in discussion to obtain the refund value of missing components so that i was able to place a new order...
The cost of missing parts was around 50 and they proposed me first 35,40 in a second time and finaly we made a deal at the real value.
That's what i was expecting Banggood to offer me this solution from the begining!
However i keep in mind that Banggod has absolutely not took in consideration the damages on the received parts.
For this big company, i was a bit surprised of that customer behaviour.
A bit disapointed...

Hope it will be better next time...

I purchased a winter jacket for $128 from Banggood... First off, it was not as described in their website... secondly, it does not fit me. I asked them to return this one and asked to resend a larger size... They asked me to send back the item to China with tracking number which costs $115.!. They said I am responsible for mailing cost...
For exchange they asked for $50 first and after couple of days, they increased it to half of the price ($64)!. And finally after many emails back and forth which usually takes 1 or 2 days each to get back to me, they agreed for $45 which I agreed to pay for that to resend the item to me, but since then they are disappeared and they do not reply to my emails... It has been more than 3 weeks so far, after spending lots of time, chatting and sending emails the problem is not still resolved and now I am frustrated what to do. I agreed to pay $45 for re-sending the item to me but they are suddenly disappeared and not replying to my emails... I have opened a dispute in Paypal and hopefully I can get my money back... I am very very disappointed and never ever deal with them...

Not Recommended...

... for technical items, the risk is way too high and you will be disappointed more than you will be satisfied.

For smaller things I would gladly recommend this site, but only select items that you do not mind losing, are not fragile and you do not expect the chance of return or refunds.
Unfortunately, I had several successful purchases with smaller items before I would have made bigger ones (although I started with a small and cheap drone that was fine), but after that two smart bracelets came that was either faulty or not by the description provided, and Banggood will not compensate you fully, will offer you only a partial refund stating that "no video, no full refund"... even if there was no reason to make a video at all.

Some of the items on the site are straight up hoaxes, and that you cannot predict in advance, like this item that looks legit at first glance:

Also, if you write a negative review, it will not be displayed. Ever.

Banggood is censuring my comments so I post here! I ordered those last 3 months close to 100 products from banggood. Now I have quality problem with some of them (not working or not usable as advertised) I am living hell! In fact, on 4 products with obvious defaults, banggood just treated my claim about the one under 10 Euros... For the other ones, no answer... So Now I lost 160 Euros. I will never order something from banggood again! Better pay a little bit more and have good quality products with real warranties. Banggood is a fraud! Don't buy if you don't want to have problems after!
And if you ask why so many good comments... it is because banged promise rewards for those who comments well!

Update: You are answering the same message each time... get contact with our customer services blablabla...

I already did. I gave the video proving products are not working and... you don't give me any answer now.

I realize now your policy is to take people money, selling poor quality things and let them this way.

SHAME ON YOU BANGGOOD!

I will spend now my time to tell people what problem they will face buying from you.

Ok but not great

Average delivery time 6 weeks with some topping 8 weeks. Its dangerous because one runs out of the Paypal refund period without realizing.
The worst is the corrupt "review" system at Bangood. As long as you deliver 4 or 5 stars everything is fine, but if you give 2 star or lower they want additional proof, like pictures and videos. Now I wont make that effort for a $#*!ty product - my word should be enough. And I guess other buyers react similar. So you wont see many low reviews there, not because all is fluffy but because they select them out.

Would give it less than 1 if i could. Bunch of robbers. I purchased an item for £43.50. Arrived worked ok for 2 weeks then intermittant problems started. Contacted them they said try and that so did. Then same problem again, now a month had gone by and they offered a 40% refund or pay £20 more for a new item. I had to goto paypal for my money. Stay away.
