I received my parcel over the stipulated time.The third parcel/order after a month they tell me no stock and they will return /refund the money. I have tried for a month to exchange or get a refund for 3 articles of clothing that were not sized right. They use the threat of expensive return fees to discourage me. That was NOT what their return policy claimed. BEWARE! If you get what you order - lucky you!

Never buy any products from www.banggood.com they are fraud company, their products are very bad in quality, delivery items are very bad and you need to pay extra from your pocket when you get this delivery. Replacement and Warranty service is even bad then the products. I suggest people not to buy any products from this company and you will lose your money. Thanks.

This is the third time I buy a 3d printer in the Spanish warehouses, and they say they can not ship because it is out of stock, when I ask for the refund and the gearbest cancels the order, hours later that printer will be available again!
Nobody explains the problem, the printer is in stock, they just do not want to send it, I just want to be told the truth, but no, they prefer to go around the customer as usual, I talked to several employees of the gearbest for tickets, and everyone said even, no one tells me why not to send the printers!
Now I understand why so many people talk badly about the gearbest!
And do not tell me that the gearbest has an excellent reviews, LOLOL, because

I ordered a watch from Banggodd. It looked impressive on website with bazel less design. Once I received the order, the watch had thick bazels on the sides and very small screen compared to what was shown in the picture. So I send the images to Banggood and complained. To my surprise, Banggood replied to us it looks the same. Have a nice day.
Wow! After repeatedly telling them how the images displayed were misleading and seller is fooling people in buying with worthless watch... Banggod customer service rep stuck to her theory that its the same watch as displayed. Even a request to escalate the matter and connecting me to someone senior in CS department was declined.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed an order that was never delivered but DHL claims they delivered it, but no one came to my house that day. I paid for the insurance and the expedited shipping but none of that seems to matter to banggood. I have contacted customer service dozens of times and not once has anyone there been helpful or understanding. This will definitely be the last time I ever shop at such an unprofessional and poorly run establishment. Buyers be ware. BBB rating F.

I bought two phones from Banggood on two different occasions. Both became faulty within a week of use. One was replaced ok (still had to wait months and pay for the postage to return it though!), the other one was replaced with a used phone. This has since failed after a couple of months. They refuse to replace it as they have only a 1 months warranty policy! My opinion? Don't bother buying from them for the sake of saving a few quid! Total charlatans!

Ordered a shirt. Received the shirt in the wrong color and size. Want to return it, but have to jump through too many hoops to do that. On what site do you ever have to take a picture or a video of the product to return it? There was no return label in the package. I refuse to do all that this company requires for an exchange, therefore, I'm just going to absorb the $21.00 loss, give the shirt away, and NEVER deal with this company again.

I ordered a pair of boots in November 2017. On December 18,2017 I checked the tracking number for my order, only to find the delivery address was incorrect. I contacted the company explaining this. I was told by Katie that they were very sorry and had cancelled my order and I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. I was also told that I had to place a new order which I did on December 19... and so it began.
In mid January 2018 I emailed customer service as I had not received the refund for my initial order placed in November 2017. At this time I was informed that my initial order HAD NOT been cancelled and I would have to wait until I received it, then return it for my refund.
I received a package from them containing my boots on January 15,2018... according to the shipping information it was the initial order placed in November. As of today, I still have not received the second order although I have been charged for it. I have sent over 14 emails explaining this.
I would not have placed the second order if I had not been told the previous order had been cancelled and refunded. I was given wrong information from the company and yet they take no responsibility for it.
I still have not received the second order nor have I been refunded.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROMBTHIS COMPANY AGAIN SND WILL ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

Read through the lines. "Yes, we give lip service that we provide great service, but we don't really." This is the site I have tried. Unless you provide the photos, utube video, number etc. your form will not go through. Emails are fixed so you can't respond. This doesn't sound like good customer support to me.

Banggoods policy to return anything, is to get you to take a picture of the tags, and the problem. You also have to fill out a form with the order number (only provided in email). Then you have to upload a video of the problem to utube, then maybe you can submit your claim! There is no phone support, no live chat for returns, although all these thing are available for sales! Their product is cheap, just don't think you can return it when it doesn't fit.
I purchased several items between Dec 13 - Dec 20,2017. I did Seven orders in total and only 3 have arrived PAST the ETA provided by the worst customer service representative they have there named Tiko. I literally have about 30 emails going and forth with Tiko requesting refunds on the orders that have not showed up and he keeps avoiding the issue and telling me to keep waiting. One of the orders was returned to sender, never even left Hong Kong and they were clearly able to see that yet he requested that i go to my local post office and request a letter saying that they refused the delivery and they had to RTS which makes absolutely no sence since the package never even went overseas. Their policy on their website clearly states that the following:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
All items being sold at Banggood are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days (90 days for Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru). And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days (45 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico). You can get a full refund if you have not received your item(s) beyond this time.
In my case it has been 75 days counting today, 54 business day. I was adv by Tiko himself that if i did not receive the items by the 50th business day i could request the refunds or reship, but when i request either they tell me to keep waiting. Also the tracking number they give provide vary vauge information, from what i was able to tell from them they are in Mexico somewhere and havent had any movement since 2 weeks ago.
Stay away from this company, better off going with eBay, at least if you have any problems with them they give you youre money back without having to go back and forth 30 times with them.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
