I ordered men's shoes... order # *******. They sent me girl's pink sandals and refused to sent me the shoes I ordered. Wanted proof they weren't delivered. The pink shoes came without a return address. I spent only $34.99 but the company adamantly refused to deliver my shoes, accusing me of fraud. I wouldn't touch these gangsters. *******@sti.net

Purchased bearing assembly, Product ID#*******, Received order but missing 1/2 of the contents that were supposed to be in the package. The Banggood system charged me 2 times. No help with customer service. Loss of 2 X $36. No recourse. Loss of $75. My suggestion is to never purchase anything from Banggood. I should have known, the website is also deficient and that is the tip off. When order is placed, they do not include the order number, cannot go back to customer service without much research. They ask for photo's to be included, but they don't do anything for you once everything is provided to them. There is many more responsible retailers out there, look somewhere else.

First, one should be suspicious when reviews for all products are basically 4 stars and up... that just never happens unless something is being done behind the scenes... The policy allows them to close accounts if they believe it would cost them our their partners money, so they can delete any unfavorable review...

I order 7 relatively inexpensive items. I was not expecting much, and had ordered these items partly for my kids and partly to see what sort of products they are actually selling. (items: walkie talkies, solar bulding kits, microscope, 3d puzzle)

The products were all of low quality and they took anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months to receive. Once item I have yet to receive approaching 2.5 months. I wrote and have gotten no reply (1 week ago).

2 products arrived in crushed, flimsy boxes, one of them was damaged. I will not bother trying for a replacement as the item is so cheaply made it is not worth the effort.

I do have a colleague who has ordered more expensive items in the past (Drones) and he is happy with it... I would be careful with what you do order. You know what they say, if it is too good to be true...

I ordered shoes on 4/6/18 and received on 4/20/18, a bit longer than it could be done in the 21st century. I opened it right away and found that one of the shoes was defective: the seam was loose. I contacted them, and requested return/replace. They offered me their solution: as "I was wearing shoes for a long time" they offered me $2.00 toward my next purchase. I assured them there will be no more purchases.

I ordered two Hakko soldering iron elements Product ID: ******* order number ******* and I received fake Chinese counterfeit knockoffs. The pictures on their website are for the real part, but these are "HAKD" brand and the temp sensor resistance reading is 34 ohms while HAKKO spec is 43-58 ohms, so they don't even work. All that Banggood's useless customer service does is keep stalling while asking for more pictures and video. I have been a customer for a long time and was planning on buying a lot of their electronics kits, but now will never purchase there again.

Garbage.

Ordered 2 packages. One shows up in a garbage bag and the products damaged. The other one says parcel delivered successfully but nothing shows up. I go to the post office to ask about it and the tracking number is not the proper tracking number so they cant look it up... i email bang good again and they send me this email..."

I'm writing this honestly, buying from banggood is just like lottery. May be good or $#*!.
Hi, I order a mobile leagoo T5, its working fine. Again I ordered same model for my friend. Its dead within a week, not charging complaint. I contacted warranty team of banggood. They asks to service in local and I tried it in local, but unable to service. Then again i contacted for parts, warranty team said to get it from aliexpress. I ordered charging board, even after its not charging. Again contacted warranty team, they said to courier it. As per their instruction only i couriered, but they refused to receive the parcel. Waiting for long time. Whenever i contact warranty, they send default copy paste reply.

If there could be a lesser rating I would use that.
Two months ago I purchased a bathroom faucet. I expected it to take some time to get here because of the international shipping. When the item (faucet) arrived it was missing the hoses, and these were specialized hoses that actually plugged deep into the underside of the faucet. No no hardware or plumbing store has these items. After writing and showing photos of whats on their website telling them that was missing they kept wanting me to make a video of my issue. ( what the F#@$K) Finally after corresponding back and forth several times I got someone who responded to my issue and they were going to send another unit.
After another month of waiting the unit came yesterday and it also was missing the specialized hoses. I very kindly wrote customer service, sending pictures of the issue and explaining to them that I have two new faucets but no hose with the specialized fitting and along with a picture from the website of the missing part. I simply asked if I could purchase the hoses because I don't see them on their webpage. I was told that their policy was for me to make a video of the problem. I have spent way too much time with this Chinese company so I plan to drop the whole thing and trash the faucets. I believe the video policy is a ploy to reduce the work of customer service because most people don't have time to construct a video and honestly I believe if I actually made one they would tell me that I did not do it correctly.
So buyer beware if you have an issue and have to deal with customer service.

Slow delivery

Originally ordered on Jan 2018, received item in April 2018 completely shattered, asked Banggood for replacement. They agreed to send replacement after viewing picture of shattered shipment, but *asked* to put review here before. Finally received my product today on June 28th 2018 half a year after I ordered.

I ordered a pair of boots, taking note of the instruction to order a size larger if there was any doubt. They were attractive, came promptly, but were too large. I contacted Banggood who asked me to send pics of the boots, which I did. I reiterated that they were too large all over, and didn't think that another smaller pair would fit either, because the last was a different shape to my foot. They then asked me to take a pic of my foot standing on a tape, to ascertain size. Difficult, but I did - and it came out the same size as their chart. So I asked to return the boots for a refund.
I sent them to the address which was on the email, but they were returned to me undelivered. I emailed to ask what I should do, and Silvia reiterated that they hadn't received them Now I have boots which don't fit as well as paying air postage to China. They offered no solution, and I cannot think of one.

I ordered a 4000mAh Solar LED Portable Dual USB Power Bank External Battery Charger Box Case. That is the original tag line for the merchandise, and it shows a fully put together power bank. What came in the mail was a pile of pieces and parts jumbled together. I contacted the company for my money back which they refused, and they said it was a DIY project for me to put together. I just want my money back for this piece of crap because I have no idea how to deal with electronics.

I started to order several items for Banggood. I felt I should check some reviews and research the company first. Besides hundreds of complaints on line, the Better Business Bureau gives the company a grade of F-. That site also stated they had tried to contact Banggood office at its New York address and the letter was returned as an incorrect address. Sounds a little shady so no thanks.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with, their sheer bloody arrogance is mind-blowing.
Ordered a product and they sent me something different...
And That Was Somehow MY FAULT...
I had to send them pictures of every angle, pictures of the packaging, a video of the packaging a video of me holding the product with a date stamp...
THEN IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN IT TO THEM AT MY COST...
Just not worth the time and effort, and PAYPAL didn't help one little bit either...

I know this may be lengthy but I will give just a heads up for others who are looking to order through Banggood. To make the story short, I recently made a purchase with Southeast Asia Direct Mail with my parcel totaling 70USD. Im located in the Philippines so shipping would only take 2-9 days. First off, I waited several days for them to give me a tracking number and then several more days for me to receive an update confirming that it has reached the country. I then got a notification from customs saying it has been withheld because of missing paperwork. I emailed them asking what this 'missing paperwork' was all about and they replied saying that the declared value statement of my parcel was only 20USD. The fees at customs is incremental per day therefore I had to pay an extra 28USD at customs because Banggood took very slow to respond to customs request asking for a proof of payment to determine the true shipment value. Banggood then emailed me back acknowledging their mistake of not sending the correct declared value. BUT they still chose not to take liability of their mistake and won't refund me. Now as a customer, how is this my fault? I have never had to pay for customs in the past from previous purchases. As a customer, it should be the sellers responsibility to hold themselves liable for sending out THE WRONG INVOICE. Overall, their customer service is, excuse my language, a piece of $#*! and should be the one to take responsibility for their mistake. Note to all buyers from Banggood, please look for alternatives to buy your products because ONE SMALL issue will lead to A LOT of problems down the road because of their horrible customer service AND their extremely SLOW shipping. Money hungry company.

I bought an android box which stopped working 3 months after I received it. They said they had a 6 month warranty but only if it stopped working in the first month do they refund money. What does that mean? They offered me a 25% refund. Joke. Stay away

Bad business. They couldn't/wouldn't resolve a problem with my order. I wrote an honest review on their site about an issue with shoe sizing. They deleted it. Deleted my history. Didn't keep their word on a partial refund. They actually told me I should "give the shoes as a gift to a friend".
