Do not order shoes

Shoes are VERY poor quality. Not even worth the $30 I paid. CHEAP rubber soles squeak loudly with every step.

DO NOT ORDER 3D PRINTERS FROM THESE CLOWNS.

I ordered three CR10 3D printers. All had issues. After sending videos, and picture, then uploading videos to youtube for them,. They wanted me to pay 200 in shipping instead of sending parts. I did not do that and I wound up I had to spend over 200 dollars to get them fixed buying parts on my own. Banggood spent 2 months haggling with parts. Finally send one of many parts needed. And it was broken too. They refused to help again. I went though a paypal dispute only to have them try to wiggle out of it. Telling me if I drop cancel the claim. Then they would help. NICE TRY! Never buy from them! I did end up canceling the dispute because they again wanted shipping fees (over 200 in all) to get them back. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEE IF THEY WARRANTED REFUND! I know what their game was. To claim they were fine or something else to lie. I sent probably 50 or more emails back and forth. What I learned is they are sneaky snakes and will try to get out of any and all responsibility.

The worst store in China. They do not deliver the products and still make the repayment process difficult. There is an attendant named Metal who jokes and flirts with the user's face by giving response patterns in the email. I do not recommend!

Unfortunately I have realized that this is not the case due to a 15-day delay of a product that is available on the day of purchase. On the contrary The service by E-mail with the workers of the company is adequate and easy to perform. My order ******* never arrived. I contacted them many times, always the same excuse and reply. At the end they didn't want to resend or refund.
They have a list of templated answers so do not expect them to understand your problem. You'll always get the same copy-paste reply to any problem or question you have.
They reply nicely to people on Trustpilot and appear like angels to make their image better, but they will not even try to contact you to solve the problem, and when you remind them, you'll again get the copy-paste reply they send you the first time
*** I will wait 3 days, if I don't receive a reply via email, I will have to file a case on Paypal.

Scammers.!

They ship so slow! Very bad packing many items arrive faulty (if they arrive) and ZERO customer service.

They not even reading your emails just respond by "COPY PAST" with templates sometimes not even respond to your questions directly.
For example I had broken product, I sent them video and photos and they responded "your tracking number is and you can track it here" wtf? I already received it.

Don't buy there! SCAM!

My phone stopped working, specifically the touch screen stopped responding on some portions. Even this is a digitizer problem, they said I have to pay for a new screen, also I paid to send the phone for being repaired. Who does that under warranty?!

1 year warranty
Phones are covered by one-year warranty, and their accessories (batteries, cables, charges) by a one-month one.
If the phone stops working or becomes defective within one year from the date of delivery, customers can return it for a free repair.
The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmwares, software modifications or similar causes both for phones and their accessories.

Banggood Deoesn't Work to Fix Problem

After 3 months still getting same old statement that Banggood will refund the money. That is not what I need. I want to fix the DIY kit and need manufacturer technical support for a software glitch and for others. These kits take time and patience to assemble just here it is defective with no root cause. But no explanation to back up the what is defective? If I buy another kit will that one be defective since you don't give an explantion the cause and fix? Typical Banggood response foe 3 months. Broken record just keeps playing the same tune over and over.
Also what you see in reply back that Katherine L Banggood representaive will contact you is BS. I have not recieved one email from her. Just the typical canned responses... We will refund your money. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I have been working with them for 2 months on DIY project issue that needs the manufacturer technical support to solve. CS refuses to give me an email to contact them for support. CS kept asking send a video so we can help so I painstaking made and uploaded a video and NOTHING happened-WORTHLESS support.

BUYER BEWARE!

Shop here at your own risk. We bought 4 Doogee S60 rugged smartphones last year from this company. We received the phones in November 2017. On April 23rd my phone stopped recognizing the SIM card. I tested my SIM in my wife's phone and her's in mine. The problem was my phone. I opened a service ticket with Banggood and they wanted me to send the phone back for service if it was a warranty issue. I also contacted Doogee directly and they said the SIM slots seem to be broken and to send the phone back to the seller.

I tried to send the phone back on 5/14/18, but the US Postal Service says they cannot send electronics to China thru the mail due to import restrictions. I contacted Banggood with this information and Kay, (my customer service rep) told me to find a repair shop here in the states and send them a receipt, but they'll only reimburse me up to $40, or maybe it was they WON'T reimburse me if it's over $40. They also said that once the phone is opened, my warranty is void. I sent Doogee this information as well, but I have yet to hear back from them.

I enjoyed the phone immensely while I had it. I'm very frustrated that I can't use it as a phone anymore and it's basically a rugged mini tablet for me now. I'm even more annoyed that Doogee doesn't have any customer service in the U.S. So I'm just warning you, BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a Digoo DG-TH8805 weather station clock and they sent me a piece of metal junk, they even tried to say it wasnt from them, when it says on the label weather station, i opened a case with them on paypal, and i won, do not buy from banggood as they will try and rip you off.

Poor customer service, I received an order with incomplete quantity - no way to get another shipment or the refund. I've got proposed points or partial refund. Are you serious? Also, if you ask yourself why they have so high ratings on all items, they simply discard negative reviews! This is really smart... bye bye Bang Bad!

Product didnt work

After spending time trying to find banggoods customer service all i got was a reply wanting me to make a youtube video showing a flashlight NOT working. They also wanted a lot of other information. They do everything they can to stop answering a customer service problem. I will never buy from them again!

Pretty good so far

I've ordered 4 times and I've had 3 successful experiences and 1 they fixed ASAP.
The one order never arrived, but, when I emailed Banggood they immediately responded and rectified the issue, quickly.
And I have really been pleased with everything I've ordered. A bike light, magnets, a really nice coat (perfect fit too), and some really cool keychain knives.
I will easily order again from Banggood.

The shoes that I bought online ended being COMPLETELY different from the shoes I received in the mail. Firstly, the shoes were folded in a paper envelope, which immediately showed the horrible quality of the material; the envelope was so thin that I was shocked to see actual shoes inside, as I assumed it was simply paper mail. Secondly, the shoes themselves were, again, of the worst quality. They were advertised as if they were made of great material such as leather, but ended up being completely different in person. It was of a thin, flimsy, nylon material and I was almost afraid that I would destroy them simply by holding them. I paid $50.00 for these, but I could have easily made them myself using materials from the dollar store, which I'm now wishing I had done instead. I could not return them as I could not find a way/get into contact with anyone, and I advise nobody to shop from here again.

I have bought an Ulefone Mix mobile phone end of last year to give as a gift to my girlfriend, Order Number: *******, but the phone only lasted a week and stopped charging. There was a faulty on the battery.
Then I returned the item on begin of January 2018 and it was received by Banggood on 5th February 2018 and until now I haven't received the phone repaired or a refund. The phone was like new, pristine condition because it was barely used.
After one month they asked for U$11,00 to cover shipping costs but never send the phone after that.
Now, after three months they offered to send an old repaired phone to replace my phone that is been repaired because they never heard back from the manufacturer.
I have bought few phones on Banggood before and they were all delivered as promised but never had to return any. I don't know if it is their faulty or Ulefone faultys but I am a good customer and was about to buy the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 from them but changed my mind now.
I am really disappointed with Banggood as I am good customer and have spent a lot of money in their company and when I needed to return an item it has been a horrible experience.

Banggood is a Cheat. They never listen to their customers complaints inspite many reminders. I am saying by the horrible experience. They gave me tariff insurance but never refunded the customs duties on my parcel. I ended up paying double the cost of the item than AliExpress. Mr Silva from customer service kept repeating in all emails that he cannot refund my money except INR 100. Shame on you Banggood. You should close down than cheat people by lies. Y'all must go on like to throw BBB and show recipt and they will help its its a scam site they will show it dwn. Don't stop here stop waiting 3 and 2 months wait 3 weeks put in a fraud claim with your bank. Then go file a report to get them on scam alert asap.no sense of putting in an a complaint if your not gonna follow always threw they know you wont. I did it over 7.99 and they found the company to be a scam and shut it dwn
