Horrible!

I ordered 4 shirts on 1 May and relieved my order on 13 June! The entire order that was wrong. I received 2 items in the wrong size and 2 items I didn't order! The company wanted me to keep the items and take a discount for my future order since it cost so much to ship back to China! Ridiculous. I'm never going to wear any of these clothes and now I'm stuck. With them and a $125 loss!

Ordered a smartphone and received a poorly wrapped parcel which was collected by the receptionist as I was having a day off.
When I opened it, 2 days later, I found the box to be broken and the display of the phone to be cracked.
Opened a complain through one of the Contact Us wannabe and received no reply. Opened a second complain through another channel and received the answer that I had 3 days for reporting a DOA item, but that deadline had expired.
Tried asking them to check for my first complain but received only carbon copy emails telling that I should have repaired the phone at my expenses.
Decided deleting my account there, but it took 6 email (and I am still not really sure that my datas have been really deleted as requested).
Horrible experience, never again.
I advice anyone to keep off.

I purchased items for over 350, and a week later without them informing me at all I wrote them to ask why only two items had been shipped out. They then apologised and said they didnt have the other items, many of them they didnt even know when the supplier would restock. THIS COMPANY CHARES FOR ITEMS THEY DO NOT HAVE WITHHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER. I asked for a refund as I wasnt informed and had to wait so long, but there was no professional conversation at all: my request totally ignored to get a refund for this extremely bad service they simply cancelled the order in the end and refunded the amount for the items that were not shipped. Several weeks later. DISASTER. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Completely useless!

I made an order for a bikini over a month ago. This is my experience:

1) following payment by credit card I was informed two days later that the order was cancelled because payment wasnt received
2) after checking my account I saw that the transaction had been processed and payment made to Banggood Nicosia (?)
3) I replied to CS saying that there must be a mistake. Their answer No, sorry we didnt receive payment I ask for clarifications... nothing!
4) One day later I get an email from them saying that the item is ready for shipping!
5) I forward email to their useless customer service... they obviously dont know their a. From their elbow!
6) over one month later I havent received the product nor have this people apologised or given me any explanations to what has happened.

Bottom line... DO NOT TRUST BANGGODD.

Good day to all on line shoppers!. Banggood is the worst online shopping experience I ever had, 4 times they failed to deliver my orders, they lost out ten orders, 6 times. Yes I had to go to this site as the items available were attractive. The time to ship in their shipping dateline is poor, they mention for middle east 5 to 11 days, when not delivered they quote 60 days. Who buys on line and wait for 60 days delivery. The order details shows shipped the next day or same day but its fake, it doesn't take anywhere in the world 60 days for Air shipped order.Do not order from this site if you are planning a gift for birthday or any occasions, wither it will be lost or they will come back you will get in 60 days to get refund. There is a blackhole some where your order disappears!. I have several communications for not delivering, one name DASIY replies the same standard replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR YOU WILL GET DISAPPAINTED, IF DELIVERED WILL BE POORLY PACKED AND BROKEN! OR YOU WONT SEE IT AT ALL.

Do not purchase anything from this company, customer service is shockinly bad. I purchased a brand new HomTom phone from them. When it arrived I was charged an extra £23 import tax, when I complaind they said I should have taken out insurance, this was not flagged up or offered by them when the purchase was made and they simply were not interested.
Then the sound and mic stopped working after 3 weeks while I was away. I reported this a soon as I returned and they said they could only offer a repair as I had had the phone for more than 4 weeks and I would need to pay to return it to china for this, They also said I would probably have to pay import tax on this again. The only alternative they offered was to pay £20 towards the cost of a repair if I could find a local phone repair shop to do this. No one was interested in even looking at it. I am still in dispute with them over this but they just send repeat emails and are completely unhelpful and disinterested. I have raised a complaint via paypal and they are refusing to answer their emails as well.
I also contacted HomTom about this and they said I needed to resolve the matter with Banggood, or they would offer a repair on the same Basis.
DON'T BUY A HOMTOM PHONE AND DON'T BUY FROM BANGGOOD THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY.,

Fraudulent service

I ordered 7-21 business day shipping, and was quickly emailed and estimate of 21 days total. It has now been 55 days total, and they refuse to consider my request for a refund or placement until 60 days have passed.

I did not pay for 60 day shipping, that was not a part of the deal. Their service is unacceptable, and their practices are fraudulent.

I ordered two pieces of apparel and when they arrive neither one fit. One was huge and one was tiny both in the same size. I could not get a straight answer on their refund policy. They offered me $. 10 on the dollar for a refund or points. Im still waiting on requesting a full refund. Beware. Its so disappointing because a close look cute.

Sold faulty phone

Fault developed after two weeks. Customer service was tricky, but returned the phone to China. They would only refund a third of the price despite the fault being with them.
Would be very wary to trust them again. Check their policies - probably not legal.

I ordered two tee shirts. They came with two vastly different sizes. They offered approx. 2/3 refund and I keep the tees. Fair enough.
I also bought a pair of sandals. They came about 2 sizes too big. They look ridiculous on me. They only refunded a small portion without my consent. When I pursued further, they simply ignored me. They are other retailers much better to deal with than buying overseas. Not happy with quality either. No recourse.

Purchased a pair of men's shoes. Shoes did not fit well and quality was very low. Wanted a video of the issue. When I explained the issue she asked for a video of my feet measurement. I have never been asked such a stupid measurement. Was to send return label 2 hours after call. Nothing received after 24 hours so I had to call them once more. Now I remember why I like Amazon soo much.

First I was attracted by the merchandise items listed on their online shopping web page. I attempted to buy a couple of items that seem useful. After the items were purchased, they were not delivered for a long time (more than 30 days), finally I had to cancel the items and requested for refunds. Refunding process was not easy either, so I had to approach credit card company for disputes.
Again I attempted buy a few items after sometime thinking that it will not happen again, but happened exactly the same. Items were never shipped even after a month. When I contacted they said they will refund because of security reasons.

I think, the merchandise items are shipped from China, and they use probably cheapest shipping method, that's why they take long time. Anyway, if you cannot wait to receive items, please do not buy from this website. Just sign out so that you don't see them at all.

FRAUD COMAPNY!
On 03 MAY IN THIS SHOP I BOUGHT SMARPHONE XIAOMI MI MIX 2, cost 370 USD. AFTER 2 WEEKS I RECEIVED PACKAGE. WHEN I OPEN PACKAGE I WAS IN SHOCK! THEY SEND WRONG CHEAP PHONE.
IMMEDIATELY I WRITE TO BANGGOOD staff and describe problem. After 2 weeks share emails they write, "ITEAM WHAT YOU RECEIVED IS FROM 2 MONTH OUT OF STOCK"!

I recently ordered goods from Banggood that stated free delivery, but when they arrived I was asked to pay a delivery charge. I contacted Banggood, who then offered nothing more than a 'sorry'.
Hidden costs are illegal. If you have similar problems, then contact your consumer rights organisation and report them.

Most of carrier will ship your product to your home in the standard shipping. But the we cannot make sure that the carrier will ask for extra charge when it comes to the local.

Their service is very bad in India, Initially asked me to wait for 90 days and after that they were asking me to follow up with local custom and all.

Finally they failed to deliver and didn't refund my money back even.

So if you are in India Don't order anything from Banggood.com
