Bought a phone on 26-06, tried to contact the customer service, but their only answer is robotic no proof of delivery or anything else. Just please wait a week and so on until now.
I've opened a dispute on Paypal and will convert it soon. They shield behind an hidden policy that says 60 days, but they advertise their delivery in maximum 15 days.
FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
Just time wasting. Spend 20 buck more and buy on ebay or amazon.

I order a xiaomi 4k drone on 16/06/2018 the order was supposed to arrive on 13/07/2018, at the present I still have not received my order and I don't have any information about when I will receive the order. One week after the 13th July I contacted the customer service and they told me that they order was 1wk delayed due to costums and after that week the tracking information will be updated. It now pass 3wk and they keep saying that I need to wait another 7 business days until yesterday when they told me that I need to wait 19 day.

They think they can cheat the american customer by tiring you down. Bought 3 products three months ago. A robot vacuum cleaner that broke down in weeks. A shower head that last 2 weeks and busted. An XL a "loose" style chinese shirt that would not fit a 5 years old. Nothing has been replaced. They want "evidence" and I sent a picture of the broken shower head. It never arrived. The $25 vacuum cleaner just does not work. What kind of evidence can I sent to China(!?) at my expense? A death certificate? And the shirt was given away to a needy child. I am still waiting. This people should be ran off the market now, They are laughing at the US.

I ordered 3 items of clothing and didn't like any of them. There was no shipping or return information enclosed with the order. Only some small piece of paper written in Chinese. I've emailed with customer service 10x to no avail. Every email starts with the sentence "It is a pity that you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it." and then they refuse to supply any return shipping information. I have written to your customer service person (Alvin). I showed him the response from the postal service indicating that the item has been returned to sender. Yet this was insufficient to initiate the refund.
The postal service has advised that if Banggodd wants further details and investigation, it needs to be the one to initiate the request. The buyer cannot initiate this. The reason is because you hold all the required documents. One possibility is that you have written incorrectly the delivery information on the actual package itself. So far Banggood still has not initiated the request for investigation. So we are going round in circles and I am left in limbo.
The frustration of this process would make any reader of this review think twice before purchasing from Banggood. It was a lot more painless dealing with Amazon and Ebay.
Online shopping is meant to be cheap and painless. Yet your lack of customer service is the very reason why it's the luck of the draw when things go wrong.
Had this matter been resolved earlier (and it is only a small sum, but a fundamental principle of right and wrong), you would have had the goodwill of a lifelong customer. Instead, by prolonging the agony of the protracted process, you have created for yourself a lot of bad publicity and a loss of trust of this buyer and all readers reading this review.

Despite not receiving the item I ordered and proof from the postal service that it never arrived, Banggood still refused a refund. The initially denied a refund, then offered a partial refund (with a penalty that was more than the cost of the item), and now a delay (in-perpetuity). Total rip off. Do not purchase anything from this company. I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of men's loafers from them. I ordered a pair of men's loafers, brown, size 9. I received a pair of loafers that are orange and at lease a size 12. I contacted them and the response was that they would refund $5 of the $53. After several back and forth emails their final offer was take it or leave it.

Banggood responded with information about returning items which I never mentioned nor intended to do. They have to be sent back to China and every review I read about that did not turn out well for the buyer--either too expensive to return or returned and never got a refund. I told Banggood to cancel my order; an order which had not been sent; I still have not received a refund.

After being recommended by my sister, I ordered three items. The prices for these were about what I would expect from any online retailer. After the order was paid for, I received an email offering me specials on other items. I ordered 4 more pieces. These pieces arrived first and were of extremely poor quality; had no style or fit and were completely unwearable. Then I received an email saying my initial order was being back ordered and did I want to wait or cancel the order. I said I wanted to cancel but at this time I have not received confirmation of the cancellation nor an email regarding my refund. At this point, I believe that the items in my first order were just bait and were never intended to be shipped although they quickly got money from paypal. My next step is to contact paypal to see what can be done.
My sixteen year old son used his lawn mowing money to buy a flight controller for a drone he was building. When he installed the flight controller on his drone, it did not work. When we contacted Banggood, we were told about their 3 Day return policy, and, of course, we were outside of those 3 days. We were offered $5.00 off our next order. The product costs three times that amount. This company does not stand behind its product. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought some "leather" sandals from them. After a while I noticed that was not leather. It looks like leather but is a good fake. I contacted them and told them that's not leather, but they kept saying that's leather. After a while they admitted that's PU leather, but they claim that PU leather is leather. Leather comes from animals (cows, pigs and so on), while PU leather is made mostly of polyurethane (PU). How can polyurethane be leather? I have seen other sites that sell products made of PU leather, but they at least state that's PU leather and not try to fool customers that's leather. At banggood they claim both in title and description of the product that's leather and fool you to think it's real leather, when in fact is just a fake made of polyurethane. Stay away from banggood and their "leather" products!

I ordered a Smart Fan from Xiaomi on banggood for 160. The parcel arrived two months later with multiple proprietary screws missing as well as the charging cable. Not a big deal - I thought I'd just text them to let them know and they could send over a replacement or even just the missing parts.
Initially they offered me "1000 banggood points", after explaining that 1000 bangpoints won't make my summer any fresher, they offered a 30 voucher (voucher! Not even refund!) and recommended I go to a local specialist screw shop in Portugal to buy proprietary Xiaomi screws.
All I want is the fan to work or my money back. Their customer service has stopped answering.

Well for all you out there thinking about doing business with this company I can let you know my experience with them & I very seriously doubt they will even keep this up & visible to the public... I paid $153. With insurance, for a cell phone. The phone is completely dead. Wouldn't turn on or charge. Checked the battery and it was clear that the battery had been tampered with. It wasn't even connected to the cell phone. By the way, it was a Blueboo S-3. Banggood stalled for over a month, making up excuses, having me send photo's, twice, and even having me post a video on youtube of the cell phone, which I did. BangGood has some pretty attractive deals on their website, but the products don't match the descriptions very well and if you have a problem, they are incapable of helping you. I bought from them several times and while I was never 100% satisfied, my recent experience has left me quite dismayed. They sold me a product that is described as meeting a specification that it does not meet. I am talking about a gauge that attaches to a standard gas cylinder. It has to be of a certain size (spec) and the one they shipped is not close. I contacted them several times and they finally asked for more info. I sent them detailed info including photos and a video. That process in itself is laborious and clunky. When they did not get back to me, I complained and they asked to send the stuff again. The email address they gave me won't work and they kept telling me to use the same non-working email. I have give up, but will never buy from them again. They are not ready for prime time no matter how good they are at managing their reviews (which I don't believe) They have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 2 items, both one size larger than I usually wear. I wear XL, ordered 2xl and still too small. Buyer beware, and since it came from overseas, it costs more to send it back than what I paid. Better to try and find something similar on Amazon. At least it's easy to return if it doesn't fit. Lesson learned.

I warned you that it was going to cost you more than simply refunding me for the defective item. There is no excusing your continued delay and divert tactics. It is clearly a dishonest ploy to avoid standing behind the products you sell, and demonstrates a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
There is nothing you need to say here about promises and sorry, inconvenience, and other lofty ideals.

Of 4 items ordered, 2 cloth bags were just OK, as expected. Glass prism arrived broken (garbage now). Smartwatch clone is defective. Sent pictures as required (had to find a way to edit to reduce pixels to comply), not good enough, need VIDEO!? Emails back and forth numerous times. Seems they don't read mine thoroughly, and intentionally make it so difficult to pursue refund that customer will give up. I will never order from them again, and suggest others STAY AWAY.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
