Be very wary of this retailer. I made 5 orders with them, the first order went very well and was delivered quickly.
After this I made 4 more orders, 2 yet to receive and 2 others they didn't fulfil indicating a detected security risk!
However, the worrying part is the transactions made to my credit card account. Duplicate amounts for the same order, another amount which bears no resemblance to any of my orders and another, money taken for one of the orders which they indicated a security risk and cancelled/didn't fulfil!
Needless to say, it is in the hands of my credit card provider.
Started well, ended terribly! Be very careful and check your payment transactions if using this retailer!
Well, I finally received the items I ordered, even though in the meanwhile PayPal had managed to obtain a refund from banggood.com.
If you read my original review, you'll see a response from "Katherine" at banggood.com citing typical delivery times to various countries. The delivery time to the U.S. is stated to be "30 days," but my order did not arrive until more than 30 days had passed. None of this information was cited at the time of purchase, and I was completely unsuccessful in reaching anyone for customer support about ordering, delivery, or anything.
So perhaps banggood.com is not a "fraudulent" company after all, at least not in the sense of never delivering on their orders. But if you read through numerous reviews, I think you will see that there are many, many complaints of various kinds against this company -- non-delivery, late delivery, wrong items shipped, items not as described, and on and on. So I still consider them "fraudulent," and I will never do business with them again unless they undertake to completely correct their problems with customer information and support.
But even then, if appears that many of their products are, on receipt, not as described online. I ordered two caps. One of them is acceptable, but not high quality. The other is lower quality than the ad led me to expect. However, both were inexpensive, and I guess the old truism still holds: "you get what you pay for."
Overall, I'm not a fan of this cmpany. I still recommend that people not do business with them unless they improve in a number of ways. And I still recommend that if you have problems with banggood.com, you report them to PayPal and any other online evaluators you may know of. Either we encourage this company to become reliable or we help others from getting stung by them.

Ordered two items and was told they shipped over a month ago, but I have still not received them and the web site provides no tracking info for either order beyond that they shipped 4 weeks ago. I tried contacting banggood.com, but the phone number is in another country, online ("24/7") chat doesn't work at all, and when I tried to submit an online email request, they required information such as the Item ID, which doesn't appear anyplace in my order or on their website (so I made one up in order to process my request), and it forced me to enter a "video URL" before I could submit my request. Don't know what that is even about, but I just put in a random YouTube video URL in order to submit my request. After searching reviews of this company, I find that many, many others have similar or much worse experiences with them, there are many complaints against them -- their phone number apparently doesn't work, they don't honor their own refund policies, etc., etc., etc. All of which suggests that banggood.com is NOT A LEGITIMATE merchant, but is a fraudulent company. Most likely, no one with order problems will ever receive full satisfaction from banggood.com, but if you have used PayPal to pay them, you can at least report them and POSSIBLY get a refund. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you REPORT THEM TO PAYPAL. PayPal will monitor complaints against the company and eventually stop paying banggood.com orders. Please, REPORT BANGGOOD.COM TO PAYPAL! Oh, and don't order from them, natch.

I bought a wrist band, so called smart watch from this website.
Vibration of incoming calls & messages never works, a full charge of battery can last only 2 days instead advertised 7-15 days normal use. I contact customer service for exchange this defective and poor quality device. My funny journey get started: I was asked to send pictures and videos twice, then they start to cheat "there is no function of vibration for incoming calls & messages", I have to show them information of product to prove that they were wrong... following is a ridiculous excuse "other function still works"... for Banggood, defective product means the product completely dead! If you buy a product with partial functional features, you have to keep it! Otherwise, you can only accept partial credit based on percentage of defective. In my case, they only give 500 points credit as compensation for defective features, what a ridiculous service!
Stay away from this seller Ban Good! Otherwise, you have to pray for yourself good luck.

I was buying some time ago on Banggood (I placed 12 orders in total), and I was risking a nervous breakdown, they are really slow on dispatching, and I received rubbish of a very very bad quality, also the few times I was needing assistance for receiving something defective I was receiving a very poor assistance that was not solving the problem.

2. Upload the video to video websites like YouTube (highly recommended), Facebook and etc.

I've made two orders with few products and both orders came damaged and lowest quality on earth. They do false advertisements. A pair of "leather" shoes that were advertised with a discount from $400 to $40. This was a total scam. They were not even real leather, some soft plastic. I've thrown them in the bin. I have purchased many items from Banggood. In the past a few had problems, and I was able to get refunds. Recently I received a defective flashlight, requested a refund, and have had 6 emails Unsuccessfully trying to get a RMA & Refund. They wanted me to take it to a local repair shop and get a quote! I ordered an $80 reborn baby Girl doll for my 8 yr old granddaughter and was mortified when she changed her diaper for the first time. Although she was clothed in pink as advertised, she was an anatomically correct baby Boy. After numerous emails with their customer service they will not ship me the correct doll or even the correct torso so I can fix it. I have ordered a pair of shoes looking so awesome but when it arrived, it was just horrible... instead of leather it is something very cheap kind of material... forget about me, my driver have refused to accept it. I have already paid 3000 INR in advance so I mailed them to take back their product but they started bargaining with me. When I have checked with shipping beg there is no address of sender too. I checked with their China add. But came to know that it is fake. Now they have blocked my mails so I can't mail them. They didn't return even 1400INR what they have promised. So guys don't even think of ordering this bastards, it's absolutely fake site, nothing else!

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
