I purchased two blouses from this company totalling $60.00. The blouses came and were the wrong size. They were supossed to be made out of a mixture of polyester and cotton. The fabric was not cotton but some weird plastic-like material that felt horrible and looked even worse. The company wont pay the return shipping and they expect me to pay $25.00 to return the blouses which would make me lose half my return. This is a horrible company with no customer service skills at all. DO NO BUY FROM THEM!

My coat expected delivery was 5 days from ordering now it' been. 4 weeks. I sent. A. email on the 6th day to. Cancel. There. Response was its out the truck how is. That true when delivery date was.not for. Another 3 weeks this. Company is. A laughing joke customer service is by.far the worst i.don't know how they are in business. They say they are. Sorry while. Laughing. On returns you pay. Shipping plus restocking fee they don't want there own. Products back.

My orders have not been shipped for 24 days and are not canceled. The site write "Its estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days". I paid the product on 2 December.

Bad service and quality
December 26, 2018

I buy many things through banggood but every second product does not work and it is a huge problem to get customer service most of the time the parts cost me double the price of having to buy spares and they don't offer repair vthey offer partial refund which is way less than item costs to fix. If you agree to a resolution they dishonored deal I don't recommend using banggood for expensive order I bought a phone that didn't work they gave me a 20$ refund what a joke I ordered 4 stepper drivers only one works no resolution

According to our warranty & return policy, phones are covered by one-year warranty, and their accessories (batteries, cables, charges) by a one-month one.

If the phone stops working or becomes defective within one year from the date of delivery, customers can return it for a free repair.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmwares, software modifications or similar causes both for phones and their accessories.

If your return request has been approved, we will cover the entire repair fee, handling fee and the replacement fee for the defective component, except for motherboards and screens. If these two components are defective, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. However, we will not be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If accessories like batteries, chargers or cables are faulty within one month from the date of arrival, we can arrange a refund or a reshipment after the nature of the problem has been confirmed. In order to do so, please send us some photos or a video showing the issue clearly.

Ordered marine grade cabinet latches to match Southco M1-63 for 1/2 inch doors. Product did not match, and they kept asking for additional verifying dimensions and photos for 4 emails, until it became obvious that they were just stringing me along and had no intention of crediting me back. $100 gone. There is almost no provision for reviews on their website. I think they do fake positive reviews.

Scam

This place seems to be a scam. I ordered from here months ago, never got my order and was denied a request to just cancel the order and get a refund. Very rude customer service and the lack of communication seems to point toward the whole thing being a scam as suggested by other reviews.

If you don't want to lose all your money in the product you buy. First don't read the review in banggood their own website because they only let people rate 4 star and up. If let than 4 star it automatic kick you out. Second everything they sell on banggood yeah is exactly like other website. But the different is the warranty and the return policy is the worst thing you should find out before you buying something. I bought a chuwi surebook tablet cost 600$ after couple months it doesn't work anymore, i try to contact them they find a lot of excuse to avoid you to claim it. At the end they said they only can cover the 600$ tablet for only 104$. I don't accept that they never care about that and they never get back to you anymore... i never write a review in my life but this time i think i don't want anyone to lose their money for nothing in this scam website again. Now i buy everything from amazon the shipping the return policy and the warranty is imaging. They refund you the full amount or replace you a new product without a question. Now i feel so safety to shopping here! Shopping safe everyone!

Some cool finds and bargains, but way too often just poorly-made or completely-defective junk... and trying to obtain a refund is futile... Banggood has no ethics... they enable intellectual property theft, primarily from the United States... they abuse international mailing contracts... costs them essentially nothing to ship in bulk... return shipping is prohibitively expensive and they know it... even videos created at their request showing careful testing were insufficient to get a refund for a simple memory card which was complete junk... it's always the fault of some other device, never theirs, though clearly theirs is the problem... and that was an inexpensive item... redress with expensive stuff is hopeless... they always respond politely, and will promise the moon, but they drag their feet with everything -- wasting your time, and trying to wear you down -- and never deliver anything... caveat emptor

DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD

They robbed me of over 100$ and absolutely refuse to stay true to the return policy they've referred me to several time. They keep making me run around in circles and refuse to replace my broken product. Absolutely terrible business and they should be shut down.

Stay away from them

I placed an order on 11/22/18 and i yet to receive any information on my package status. It appears that customer services is trained to give you the run around because i never received any tangible solution from them. I advise anyone looking to make any purchase from their site to avoid them. They need to be shut down.

Order takes more than 20 days to ship and the advertising on the site is deceptive. They ship from China... not the US. THERE IS NO tracking number. Customer service simply tells you to be patient because of customs clearance issues. I will never use them again.

I also had a similar experience with a defective tv box. I managed to send them everything they asked and the refund was 8$. The price I paid was 65$. Stay away.

Thieves
October 24, 2018

Thieves. I ordered a $350 smartwatch from them and it was delivered broken. I needed it quickly for a trip and they kept stalling with replacement. Since I had already purchased accessories I went ahead and paid for a 2nd watch from banggood and paid for expedited (48hr) delivery. Two weeks later, and I'm leaving for my trip and still no watch. So I called and cancelled the order, Instructed DHL to return the item and instructed bangood to refund my money. Surprise surprise... still no watch, and no refund for either purchase. $700 down the drain and I'm one angry customer.

SCAMMED BY BANG GOOD

My esky 150 v2 helicopter was defective i contacted live chat or were more than useless.The i received emails from somebody in china who could not even write English correctly. After several emails they said no refund no replacement as i haf not putchased the shipping insurance what a joke i will be reporting this on every social media to get my message across avoid bang good

This is possibly one of the worse online sellers I have come across and
I've only now discovered that they have 1 star ratings on other review
Sites.

I ordered a replacement part for a Bosch tool according
To the description on the Banggood website. The part that arrived was
Half the width of the original that was fitted to the tool. I contacted
Them using their frustrating contacts page and went through the
Rigmarole of having to send them photos and measurements of the item.
After several emails they said they'd sent the correct part and this
Meant I couldn't return it for a refund or have a replacement. The item
Was not a direct replacement for the original part, but yet they washed

Terrible service best avoided. Ordered a phone. Over a month later I still hadnt recieved so I tracked it. It came up as delivered to a different town. Banggood refuse to acknowledge any fault or address the issue. Fraudulent site.

I would rate this company as a zero. Weeks have passed since they were notified of a damaged product being sent to me, their solution was to send me $15 and I keep the useless product which I refused. Since then they have stopped responding to emails and have done nothing to remedy the issue.
I would hate to see others be treated as I have

Terrible customer service... no people to talk to but only
Get stupid email reply asking for more information or another video. Nothing
You send them is good enough.
I bought a NEW Digoo camera that will not connect to WiFi. I sent video to demonstrate
I was 10 feet from router and went through procedure to connect according to
Instructions. They quit responding to my emails and will not provide a replacement
Or refund for an obvious defective product. I responded to everything they
Asked but that was just their way of hoping I would just go away.

I bought a short, (chinese one for 35 $, not so ceap...)
They describe it as COTTON, i recive it a month later an was made of Cotton and Poliester (and really stink of petrol...
So I write a negative feedback and they didn't publish my feedback, they say they have to moderate it...
Conclusion: I will not buy there again and you'd better be careful because they are not fare at all.

It is normal that the new product has a specific smell because of the materials used and the long shipping time.

You can try to place them outside or under the sun for several days. You could otherwise place some lemon slices, a sachet, or some orange peels inside the product.

If the smell won't go away after one week, please contact us again.

And according to our policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 3 days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees.
