I ordered the Original iMars Mini Camera SQ11 HD Camcorder (https://www.banggood.com/Original-Mini-Camera-SQ11-HD-Camcorder-HD-Night-Vision-1080P-Sports-Mini-DV-Video-Recorder-p-*******.html).
The order was made on December 8,2018, the camera received on January 15,2019.
I have no complaints about the delivery and packaging. But when I began to study the camera, I saw that its characteristics do not match the description.
The lens is not installed correctly, the image is blurred. Instead of the video mode 1280x720 recording takes place with a resolution of 640x480. Video mode 1920x1080 is missing. Photo has a resolution of only 1280x960. One backlight led does not work in night mode.
So, instead of a high-resolution camera, they sent me a regular one with defects.
When I wrote a letter at Banggood, I was quickly answered by support. They examined my claims and offered a solution by transferring to my account GB points in the amount of the cost of the camera.

I recently purchased a dress as a gift. It arrived with a large ball of thread along an unfinished seam. I requested a refund/return for the item which cost $14.78. After claiming to lose pictures and stringing the matter out over a week, they offered $3 toward future purchases in lieu of a refund. After more emails, they refunded $7, claiming that they could not offer a full refund or return without explanation. I have all of the emails concerning this transaction.
I have been a Banggood customer for over 2 years.
At first everything was fine and the more it goes and the less banggood ensures his orders.
This past week, two of my orders returned to them for no reason. One of them on which I spent my Discount Points was disastrous.
Detail of the invoice:
Shoes 50.10
Bgpoints -9.02
Shipping costs 1.77
Total paid: 42.85
After a after sale procedure they refunded me 39.31 via Paypal. They did not refund the Bgpoints (the site Discount Points worth 9.02 euros) and retained 3.54 on the Paypal refund. I have not received anything and in the end their mistake cost me: 9.02 + 1.77 + 3.54 = 14.33
If it is a certain Chloe who answers your after sales service, you know that it will end badly (3 problems with this person).
If I have any advice for you always use paypal or avoid the site!

They delivered a wrong item to us and now they are not replacing the product and willing to refund us an amount of Rs. 700/- only for the product which we paid Rs 13,076/-.

I want to say thank you to banggood for being a great company I had a bit of a problem and I told them and they understood me and fixed the problem like professionals. I can't thank them enough very great customer service I recommend this to all my friends thank one ocean again.
I have had refunds for items which has not arrived/defective!
I don't know if the changed their policy for better or they now care more about me because I've reached the highest VIP level.
Lately deals have been great with Banggood, almost Amazon standard.
They have warranty policies which are clearly against my country laws, defective items won't be refunded completely and they are reluctant to address a fair resolution for returns.
BAD, BAD, BAD.
Their shipping is so slow and they cover only one month of warranty after the item arrival.
I've bought several items from Banggood and had problems getting them delivered since they did not use the post office and their courier could not find my house, but that was tolerable and worked out.
Lately however I've noticed Banggood charging a postage/delivery fee on sale items that effectively eliminates any of the savings. This is sneaky and annoying Standard shipping used to be free. I've also noticed they charge for delivery insurance. Why should I pay delivery insurance? In most of the World the risk of loss during transit is on the vendor until the item is delivered, apparently China must be different or this is a rip off. For the two reasons above I have stopped ordering from them.

If you know what you're getting into, you can get some great deals for quality products. Please note, never buy anything from here if you are in a hurry. If you plan ahead and make your purchases here, you'll get some great deals. Always give them about 3 weeks for delivery.
Also, customer service will obviously be slower as they Banggood operates in the opposite time zone, but I have always been taken care of by them in the end.
I've been a customer of BG for a few years and they've always done right by me. They ship as quick/cheap as you want, handle issues professionally, and try very hard to keep your business. I appreciate what they offer and will continue to buy from them.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
