I heard about Banggood from Reddit. I bought some Arduino modules because I get bored and want to experiment with electronics. The stuff I bought was delayed but shipped within a week and arrived to me within 3 weeks, and everything I ordered seems to work fine. The biggest problem I've had is that Banggood sends me their email "newsletter" (which is just a marketing email) every 2-3 days and no matter how many times I unsubscribe, they don't leave me alone. I can't mark the emails as spam because then I won't get future order updates, but changing my email preferences makes no difference in the frequency of emails. I tried to unsubscribe from "my account" but in order to unsubscribe they ask for my birthday, first/last name, address and email (since they are "required fields" in the same form as the checkbox for the newsletter). I click the unsubscribe link in emails and it takes me to a page where I can change my email frequency to "none" but every time I do that they still send me emails! I just want this to stop, I don't care at all about their marketing emails or their specials. I don't want this crap in my inbox but no matter what I do they keep coming!

While Amazon and other sites merely ask you for your credit card details, the Chinese site Banggood asks for our Aadhar number from citizens of India. Now, this Aadhar is our National ID number ( like the SSN in the US) which should never, never be shared with others unless for some national ID verification.
Why cannot Banggood ask for credit card details and be done with the purchase. I wished to buy an RFID wallet from them for the first time and then found I have to give my national ID number. I just logged out.

I ordered 3 items, a smart watch, never came, dog clippers, which are actually sheep shearers, and a carbon fibre vernier, which was cheap plastic, like a toy. They had me waiting 2 months for the watch, after that, they wanted me to go to all the local post offices, and get a certificate to say they hadn't posted it, which they rejected, and then they just gave me the run around. The clippers, I mean shearers were too dangerous to use on my dog, had parts missing, and nothing like the photo. They wanted a video of me trying to clip my dog, and of the vernier. The staff are complete morons. In the end, since no refunds were coming, I got all my money back through Paypal, who sided with me. Don't buy from them, and don't believe the good feedback, they write it themselves.

Every product i ordered has arrived in the time indicated at the moment of the placing, and sometimes, sooner.
A couple times, the product received had some problems or malfunctioning but the costumer care treated me in an excellent way, refunding me the whole value of the order, or resending me a new item!

Purchased this sweater nothing like the photo on their site. It's missing the entire bottom portion. I have added my photos and their site photo so you can compare. I circled the part that is missing. Site says "one size" but it' fits apporx size 6 canadian/usa size. The LENGTH is a crop top will fit upto your waist. Tried to return it, but I would be responsible for the shipping costs, which will cost you more than the sweater. Customer service is quick, however did not give me a full refund for it. Products are not like the site. I would stay away from this site. I tried to upload this review on their site, and it wouldn't allow me to. I guess they screen all bad reviews.

Delivery was negligently packaged

Very bad site. Ordered for son's model airplane. Sent a completely broken model. I paid for the insurance, but the insurance was deceived. Returned less than half the price. Very upset and upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER HERE MODEL RADIO CONTROLLED AIRCRAFT.

I'm not giving a 5 star review cause my girlfriend had a bad experience with false advertising and applied for a coupon that claimed it had a free gift but there was none issued. She contacted customer support but they only said there was a return process if the customer is not satisfied with the service. My experience with this shop though is flawless. Despite having bought tons of products that given up on me, Banggood customer support always refunded or reshipped the item to me. The difference between me and my girlfriend's account? I have 60+ purchases so far and hers was the first and last. So Banggood customer support might treat you good if you're a big spender at their shop, otherwise I'd play it safe. Hence my 4 star review.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
