Pessimo servizio. Il sito è solo per far sganciare soldi alle persone illudendoli di merci inesistenti. Mancanza toltale di serieta al momento dell'acquisto dichiarano merce disponibile in magazzino dopo settimane che uno aspetta il pacco a casa neanche il traking inviano o comunicano il loro problema. Dopo quasi un mese scopro la verita mi assicurano che entro 4/5 giorni spediranno sicuramente la merce che sta per arrivare al loro magazzino. Passano giorni e ancora niente, che poi uno paga la spedizione tracciabile che arrivi entro un mese se ne fregano. Stesso problema per molti a quanto leggo dalla recensioni in giro. Il mio ordine:

Niente spedizione Neanche tra due mesi potrebbe arrivare visti i tempi che loo dichiarano. Compro spesso dall'estero Cina taiwan Honkong mai successo che un pacco per mesi non riescono a farsi ritornare lo stock di magazzino. Pero sul sito risulta merce disponibile per far sborsare i soldi alla gente tramite Pay pal. E loro con quei soldi invece di spedire la merce si curano sicuramente altri affari per poi rimborsarti l'ordine dopo mesi come leggo da svariate recensioni. Cercano gente che li finanzi non sono venditori seri. Serieta è inserire informazioni corrette e veritiere al momento dellácquisto, informare la clientela immediatamente se un ordine non puo essere spedito e non dopo mesi e provvedere immediatamente a rifornire un magazzino invece di far credere alla gente che avete merce pronta per la partenza quando sapete da mesei che non c'e ma lasciate sul sito informazioni fuorvianti. Pessimo sito. E nonostante la non disponibilita dei loro prodotti dopo che uno lo scopre continuano a lasciare la pagina attiva con le informazioni false per farsi autofinanzare dalla clientela i loro affari > ANCHE UN CANE TROVA LA STRADA DI CASA PRIMA DI UN MESE> VERGOGNA SIETE UN SITO INDECENTE E FRAUDOLENTO>
I had a problem with DVR which I bought at Banggood. Asked Support for help and they arranged a replacement for me! Today I received the new DVR and it's OK. I'm very happy with this shop and Support.

I've purchased items from Banggood in the past, and although cheap, of a very poor quality. They make it extremely difficult, bordering on impossible, to claim under warranty, or getting a refund. I see their employee has just written a load of fake feedback, making out they sort problems out, quickly. This is to counter the real feedback, that says the opposite. It happens every time bad feedback comes in. They can't use any good feedback, because they don't get any. It's a joke when these fake people claim they sort out claims quickly, knowing from experience, they don't, ever. Watch this space, a load of good feedback will suddenly appear, again, all fake

Steer clear. They advertise something is in stock when it isn't. Then they send you a mail tracking # that doesn't work. Their wait for online chat is at least an hour. They are good at charging you quickly but that's the only things that's remotely quick about this company. I'm still waiting for something that was supposedly in stock on Jan 11 and it is now Feb 15.
Seriously - don't bother. Shop somewhere else!

Ordered item on Jan 5th, they took our money pronto, via PayPal. On Jan 19th Banggood sent an e-mail, announcing the item was out of stock. They gave us the choice to apply for a refund, which we requested (Jan 19th). We bought the item on the same day from another supplier. On Jan 30th, they said the item was being shipped. We replied that we were waiting for a refund on this and that we did not want it anymore. They said we can give the item to a friend or sell it on e-Bay... errrr... In short, the company refuses to admit that they messed up by not canceling the order on Jan 19, when we requested it. They expect us to return the item at our expense (!), and then we 'may' get a refund. Meantime, Feb 14th: no item, no refund. Customer support uses fake names ('lullaby'... come on...).

I had a recent order from Banggood which was missing one item. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised when they not only sent the replacement almost immediately, but sent it via expedited shipping. Great service at great prices
Arrived with a quality issue, contacted aftersales support and they refunded me asap!

Ordered six tea boxes which came two completely broken the others had cracks and scratches. I took individual pics as requested now after I packaged everything up they want a group shot of all 6. It's not going to show the damages in a shot like that. I feel they are delaying more as it's now been 2 weeks since I first put my request to return and refund.

After waiting two weeks longer than they said it would take for shipping; the laser engraver I ordered arrived damaged. Dozens of emails and pictures later (and more than a month), they finally say the part will arrive in 15 days. It'd been 2 months and still no part; and repeated attempts for a refund are unanswered.

I ordered a mechanical part for a small generator and 15 minutes later I realized t it was not the proper part (the details were really making hard to understand what they were selling). I tried to cancel but I got an automated email telling me that there was a delay in responding because of the new year in China. Then the next day they shipped the part and 3 days later I get an email telling me how sorry they are that they cannot cancel my order because it was shipped. They proposed that I give the parts as a gift to a friend. Are you kidding me? This is the worse customer service I received in 40 years. I will continue to use Ali Express which makes it easy to cancel orders. Banggood is beyond pathetic.

Tem mais ou menos 11 meses que comprei um celular com a equipe banggood, Foi um oukitel K6 na primeira semana o smatphone mostrou defeito no headphone assim que abri uma reclamação o mesmo voltou a funcionar. Agora mais ou menos 10 meses apos a compra o mesmo apagou a tela e não carrega mais, o led de notificação e visível, o celular toca quando recebe notificações mas a tela esta completamente morta.
Prontamente acionei a equipe banggood novamente o atendente Jones, me atendeu super bem porem a compensação oferecida pelo mesmo foi minima para um grande reparo no meu celular cerca de 224.1 BRL, no dia 30 de janeiro recebi um e-mail final dizendo que essa compensação seria depositada em minha conta paypal em 2-3 dias uteis. Cá estou em dia 08/02/2019 ainda sem nenhuma compensação.
O que eu realmente queria era um desconto para a compra de um novo celular no valor do orçamento para o conserto do mesmo, o que segundo o jones ele não tinha autorização para fazer.
No fim das contas continuo com meu celular quebrando, ainda não recebi o minimo de compensação aquela que não paga nem o conserto do smartphone e agora dificilmente voltaria a fazer compras com o banggood team.

Bangood is actually a scam. Most people never get their order. I got my 4 months late and it was such poor quality that I was unable to use it. They also refuse to do returns or refunds.

I purchased a product that was faulty after numerous emails I send the product back to Bangood and they informed me that they would refund me. 5 days later and no refund or response to my emails. Pathetic!

I see Banggood has a lot of good feedback, I can only assume that they wrote it themselves. I also noticed that every time bad feedback comes in, the very next day 4 or 5 good feedback comes in, claiming they bought 100's of items from them. So why didn't they post the feedback earlier, because they don't exist. Anyway, I bought a camera from them for £65, screens front and rear, and able to take photos underwater. It took over 3 weeks to arrive, in flimsy packaging. I knew it was junk as soon as I took it out of the box. Made from cheap, flimsy metal, the screens were made of cheap perspex, with a rainbow pattern distorting the view. When I took some snaps, they all came out blurry. I think that when they claimed it was able to take photos underwater, they meant, the photos looked like they were taken under water. When I contacted them, I got a stupid reply of I had to send them a video, the pictures of the photos wasn't enough. How do you do a video of someone taking photos, and what does it prove. Also, the electronics didn't work, so you couldn't change the settings. I told them I was returning it, and they told me not to. I contacted Paypal, was told to return it tracked, and i did. When they got it, they told me I shouldn't have returned it. All the staff at Banggood are complete idiots, with no technical knowledge, or common sense. Paypal refunded me, with no fuss. Don't buy from them, it's very low quality, with no guarantee.

I ordered a Xiaomi mi pad 4 tablet on November 5th and received it on November 18th. But the screen had an defect so after contacting customer services I returned it on November 20th. Followed all instructions given and was able to trace the packet until it left the Netherlands. After that the package was completely untraceable. 16 e-mails later a refund was made January 14th. But only for the tablet. Not for the transfer costs. Several e-mails and almost 2 weeks later Banggood did still not made a refund of the transfer costs like they promised 3 times. Most times I receive standard e-mails with apologies and sorry for the inconvenience and that they understand my frustration...

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
