Not one of my last few orders arrived within the estimated time because they will lie about shipping the item when in actual fact only the shipping label have been printed. It is a waste of time talking to the customer service as well. Honestly if you have a issue just bring it up with paypal, or better yet just avoid this lying company altogether

On 1/1/19, I purchased some items from banggood.com for some components needed for a rc airplane that I didn't know were needed. I received an email on 1/3/19 that stated "Your order was returned due to some uncontrollable and unpredictable reasons. Would you mind receiving a refund?" I then asked what the reason for the return was and received this answer "Sorry to tell you that the order returned back due to oversize for the logistics to ship." My 3 items could have fit in a 1 foot cubed box. On 1/14/18, I stated that it was ridiculous to reject a small item and that I wanted to order sent. On the same day the order was resubmitted with a delivery date of 2/17/19. I checked the status later and it said that the item was shipped on 1/18/19. Two days later after the expected receipt date, I checked with customer service and they told me via chat, that the item was shipped and that I should receive it in a few days. Just now I get an email with the following statement."We have submitted an inquiry to ask the related department for your order and it said the order have been returned back to us due to some logistics problem again" Talk about a cluster. I will never purchase from them again.

I see every time genuine complaints about how Banggood really operate, their man puts in a bunch of fictitious good feedback. They are so blatantly written by themselves, they read like adverts for themselves, even pointing you to their website. I've often came across Banggood was going to send a replacement, after a problem was found. Why would anyone give 5 stars before receiving it, apart than clearly written by themselves. If you read the bad feedback, they make claims, but never complete. Then often, there's people apparantly bought over 200 items from just the one seller, who does that, and why did it take him so long to send it. FAKE. Banggood often claim to give a refund, but never do. Until these sites verify these sites by sending a return email, they will keep trying to trick you.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
