Llevo años comprando aqui, de tanto que he comprado alguna cosa ha llegado defectuosa, son cosas que pueden pasar, pueden incluso perderse en el envio desde tan lejos, pero lo importante es que siempre me han respondido bien, han enviado piezas nuevas o han reembolsado el dinero completo rapidamente y sin problemas.

Please pay close attention to these Americanized websites. Look closely at the return policy and see where YOU have to ship something back for either exchange or return. Do you notice there is no mention where you have to ship something back to? Do you see a contact phone number? Ask yourself why not.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!. Everything started ok, first orders went smoothly. Then I purchased something that arrived faulty then another order didn't arrive. They do not respond to you and ignore any attempts to contact them, all emails I sent bounced back. The email address was from their link so it's not me putting in the wrong information. Luckily I paid with PayPal, I have opened 2 cases with them now as no response from Banggood. Banggood haven't even responded to the cases on Paypal!

I bought an air-heater and at first they sent 2 weeks too late and not sufficiently packed. It arrived unfortunately damaged. On my emails with pictures unfortunately no reaction from banggood. That's why I opened a Paypal case. Paypal told me that I should send the air-heater back and get back my 158 euros for the purchase, but I have to pay 60 euros return shipping costs by myself. So i wrote again with Banggood (person Jemma) and jemma proof my pictures from the damaged things and promised the partial refund of 60 euros and I should please do not send back the air-heater and should repair it in Germany with the 60 euro. Jemma from Banggood wrote that the 60 euros are already on the way to me and arrive in the next 48-72 hours. Now 168 hours are gone and nothing arrives me. Always empty promises and hints from jemma/Banggood, although I pointed to the deadline of PayPal and I get nothing else otherwise, if I do not send back punctually. Jemma from banggood promised me totaly sure that i can really on their agreement honest and I would get my 60 euros. Now the PayPal-deadline is up and I have a bunch of junk, my money (158 Euro) is gone, 9 days a day written with Banggood and now just ridicule from jemma from banggood. I can only advise anyone don't trust and believe these people. If there are problems and you have paid with PayPal, then please return immediately and get your money back immediately. I think it would probably better not to order there first. I am very disappointed with the shop!

Terrible experience

Bought a drone, received in 6+(!) weeks and it was broken. Never received refund. BangGood employees lied to me regarding shipping status and did everything they could to linger refund process. And still no refund, no prepaid return label. They asked to send photo and video and I did. Then they asked again. They only accept Paypal and their proprietary payment system. If you want to risk your money only use Paypal with credit card. This way you have some protection. Otherwise kiss goodbye your money.

I have followed through with DPD HK they say tracking number is no good. Followed through from an answer given on this website from a Catherine purporting to be a Bangood representative. The email provided was no good, and the email was returned. Further as of today my password no longer works to sign on to the Banggood site. Ha, Don't know much about Interpol but I'm going to find out. So just to recap I sent them the money they posted a bogus tracking number, you will absolutely get nothing from their customer support and they use "track 17" as cover. Again best to look them up as its explained elsewhere better... I have completed many online transactions, from buying boats to electronics and have never had Issues of this type. My advice is to run away!

Bought 300 dollars worth of faux teak for decks on my boat, tracking number through DPD is a bogus number, they track through Track17 ( read the reviews on them) they cant seem to be able to provide a Canada Post tracking number, which they would need in order to track it within Canada and I cant track without. Now they have referred me to their policy of not being responsible for shipping even though their the facilitator of the transaction.
My conclusion is they stole the money. Further if you read the positive reviews you will see them full of grammatical errors ( unlike mine). Anyway I intend to pursue this through law enforcement and through Chinese Consul Ha, like I haven't got enough pain in my life., You would think online merchandisers would form some sort of resolution panel as this industry runs on trust, and a bit of blind faith.
Bottom line... STAY AWAY

I recently purchased a phone with international shipping and paid Extra for Tariff Insurance (for the case that I will pay import tax)

As it happens i did pay the tax and subsequently issued a Refund from BangGood.

It took a whole 7 days just to get a formal response. Later only after 15 emails (!) they agreed to reimburse me.

Three weeks later after many frustrating contacts they let me know it was delayed etc.

Only now got the reimbursement that I paid for. (~120$)

Bought item from them and never reach me, contact their customer service and they claimed that it had already delivered via local courier. Check with courier with the tracking number they provided, no such parcel. They can keep my money, no more buying from them and apps un-installed. Not recommended for anyone.

Never had any issues with any of my orders so far. One time one of my packages got lost and they offered me a full refund. Next time had an quality issue with a product. But after showing the proof, they sent me a replacement one.
So I highly advise anyone to contact them first and sort out any issues before pre-judging.

Refund issues

I closed an pre order long time before delivery date. So far it worked. They told me they need one business day to refund. After 10 days no refund was made. No they want me to close the PayPal complaint. Otherwise they won't refund me. That's not correct. If I close the complaint I can't reopen it. Stupid company.

Bang good = Banged goods!

1st time on this site and more than likely the last one. I sent them pictures multiple times of the garbage they sent me and they always claimed not receiving the pictures. Like I said, the seller must have picked this from a Chinese dumpster near by. Filthy, damages, missing parts, you name it! After being given the run around by BANGED GOODS, I decided to do a negative review of the product on their site. That review is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. Only 3 positive reviews show (selective? Biased? Fake?).

By far the worst company ever. They shipped me a defective product and I am trying to get a refund or replacement of the defective product.

The ask me to send videos onto Youtube, and 1001 other things to convince them the item is defective and if I don't they won't give me a refund/ send a replacement.

I have contacted their after sales department and they have given me 3 different email addresses since our first conversation

They are not a reputable company and their sales team will not give you any solutions. The latest email that they sent specified that I need to provide a tracking number to them for shipping the item back to them, and they will deduct the original shipping fee and insurance fee from the product

Do not buy any item from Banggood if you value your money and you don't want to get cheap quality products which break instantly

Banggood's dishonesty

I see Banggood's fake good reviews writer has been working overtime, writing pure fiction, to trick potential customers in. This shows you the lengths they go to, to deceive people. If you read all the real feedback, they are devious sellers, who offer no warranty, low quality products, that takes a long time to arrive, if it turns up at all, and make it impossible to get a refund. Their man will now have to write 4 or 5 more fake reviews to cover this up, to prove my point. Stay clear of them.

Missing material

I ordered on 05/01/19 a drill chuck with its adapter sds, the material was delivered to me on 13/02/19, missing its adapter, I immediately sent a communication to their customer service, which immediately I they answered, alleging that the adapter was not provided, then I indicated the link referred to the object and after several communications have admitted the error, proposing the BG points, apologizing for the misunderstanding, but not solving the problem of sending the missing piece.
Concluding: The service of the customer service is immediate, but do not solve the problem by proposing BG points as a discount (for their error the customer has to pay again?)
