No UK Warehouse, Scammers. 40 euro import tax and the product only cost 90 euro.

They wont answer any emails and charge you the cost of sending the item back.

Buyer beware

Another one of those Chinese sellers where every thing is good till they make an error. Order and paid for an item I didn't receive. Was told to ship the incorrect one back at my cost 60 Au dollars, original purchase 94!
So stuck with something I can't use.

I ordered an electric wheel for my bike, a 26 inch. A 700 X 23C wheel arrived, which is a 27 1/2 inch wheel. They say I ordered the wrong tire. The order sheet clearly says 26 inch. They keep telling me how wonderful a customer I am, but will do nothing to correct their mistake. If they mess up and send you the wrong item there will be no recourse for you

Ordered magnets for $10. Package came damaged and empty. Wrote a complaint to banggood and sent photos of damaged package explaining that it came empty. They said that I need to go to USPS and get an Official letter stating what was the weight of the package and that USPS should certify that the package was empty. Then the banggood will start their investigation process. Forget it, never again to order from this company.

Is there any trace of the parcel being opened? Could you please take some photos of the empty parcel as well as of the shipping label? We also suggest you check the weight of this package and contact your local post office to request an official document stating what happened to your parcel and its actual weight. 1. Check if the outer package was damaged or being disassembled before open it.

Products on here are cheap, bought a couple products with little to no issies. If there were issues, their support sent me a replacement within 24 hours of verifying the shipment. Good service if you are willing to wait about a month forr shipping from china

I ordered a 35L still from their website. The good part is it came a few days early, and the price was very good. I even found a coupon code that gave me a big enough discount that it paid for the shipping. It appeared to have been properly packed and there did not appear to be any shipping damage.
The bad is that the port for the temperature sensor was missing. There was supposed to be a small tube welded to the side, but this tube was missing on the one they sent me. No one in their Customer Care group speaks English, strange but true. They appear to be using some sort of translation program that does a really poor job. Every time I sent them a message, they appeared not to understand what my issue was. They also didn't understand that the messages had pictures of my problem. After 4 times, I put in another request and gave up on the first correspondence. I have yet to hear anything back from the 2nd try.
Bottom line, if you have something wrong with your order, you are out of luck. They haven't a clue what you are talking about.

Even after 45 days of purchase I have not received my item. They say; lot of excuses when on chat. No tracking info of item which is shown shipped. They have shown as shipped after 10days in the orders page. Then for more than a month no tracking infor. They showed some "Flyt Express" from china to Singapore. I dont understand the route of china to singapore and to India. Think the shipmenttravels all destinations to American continent and will come back after seeing all places. Now I did 2 live chats with the people of banggood, on 14th march, status changed from Singapore to India and is bagged. Dont know what happened to that bag in last 2 days... Anyways, sont buy from this site, price might be shown cheap, you will neither get your item nor money... i dont know what will happen to my refund... cheating site... never buy... I strongly believe that they have not sendmy item till date... CHEATING SITE, BEWARE, NEVER BUY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM... And their cutomer service is so poor that they dont respond in time... dont loose money...

If you are lucky and receive your order you're good!
BUT if not it's very bad news.
The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered in my life.
I've written over 9 emails so far and no refund yet.

Actually I would give 0 star I wish if I could, last month I ordered ''40x60 Monocular Ultra HD Optical Lens Low Light Night Vision Telescope''and paid via my credit card. After a week or so I have been informed that the item was out of stock and offered me whether to wait until it restocked or refund money back to my account.Up to now they only told me that the refund has completed, but the truth, although I informed them with numerous emails that ı received nothing. They did not even provide me bank transaction details in order to prove that they were really completed the refund process, but unfortunatelly they provided me nothing.

Rip off awful service

Sent item back for refund. No refund many letters from the stating they were too busy. Now stating that they will fix item which was not broken. No refund and out the money to sent item back as well. Will never purchase from the again.!

Do not buy
March 13, 2019

Ordered a 3d printer, got it after a few weeks and assembled, nozzle just crashes into print bed. Maybe this is my error, but it seems more like a defective printer, probably a firmware issue. They tried to give me $20 of $160 and now are not responding to me. I offered to return there product for my money back clearly and it seems they have put me on ignore. DO NOT BUY

A few months ago I bought a cell phone, which due to bad luck, was defective. Since I got in touch with the return staff, from the first moment they offered to find a solution according to the interests of both parties and in relation to the breakdown.
With patience and some effort on both sides, in the end, I received the reimbursement of the device and the shipping costs that generated the return.
A solution at the height of large companies, but given by few.

Banggoods tricks

Banggood tried the same thing with me, but I refused, and let Paypal handle the matter, resulting on a full refund for me, Banggood was unhappy about that. I bought expensive dog clippers, which didn't have the variable speed dial, like in their ad, were dangerous with the wide blade jaws which can easily harm your pet, was so noisy, it scared my dog, and was not dog clippers, but bonifidy, sheep shearers. But now I know I did the right thing in ignoring them. Moral is, see your resolution through, and don't believe in any of Banggood's lies. Their attitude is to tip you off
