Quality of service is bellow zero. At my first attempt to buy one item, this online store never send it, althougt they write sendind 4 days after payment, at a sunday... Never receive the item and have to open a Paypal dispute because they want to wait more than 60 days. Beware of this store, you loose money for nothing or winning troubles.

Well after another round of messages back and fourth, BANGGOOD conceded and told me that they will be giving me a FULL REFUND that's £528.44p this was on the 8th March 2019. This I Accepted who wouldn't but alas I am still waiting for the money to appear in my bank, in the message sent to me it stated that credit card within one business day but Bank processing may take 7 to 14 Days I may be quick off the mark, But as I paid by a Debit card and I have had Refunds before that's normally 2-3 days I did expect it to be in my account by now, It has been 18 Days, 18 Days for a Bank transfer, I'm under no doubt that that they are just doing this on purpose, I have Been intouch with my Bank and with proof they will be intouch with BANGGOODS customer service, this Is another reason NOT TO BUY FROM BANGGOOD, please just to avoid Being Disappointment DONT buy From BANGGOOD,

I ordered a 3D printer costing £528.44 this order was placed and paid for on November 29th 2018 it has now been 79 days since I purchased this and as of today after many many attempts of contacting Banggood and given the run around I'm still no closer of getting a decent true answer from them the constant LIES from the so called customer service is no existent that if you can get I touch with them with the email links that do not exist, I will never buy from them again, and I'm wondering if I will ever get my 3D Printer that I paid for, And as a foot note they had a sale on with the same printer £60; 00. Cheaper than mine with a promise of a 7 DAY DELIVERY how's that for rubbing salt into a wound, THIS TO ME IS JUST A CRAPPIE STORE WITH NO MORALS and definitely NO TRUST. "Product obviously arrived broken (see pictures). Packaging was thin and inadequate; basically, some foam wrap inside a flimsy plastic bag. No box, no padding, no wonder it was broken. Worst part is Banggood Customer Service--it sucks! I have been fighting with them every day for a week to replace the broken item or refund my money, and they have given me the runaround or flat-out refused. I even purchased insurance on this item, and they still won't provide a refund. I have decided to no longer shop at Banggood. Their products are low-quality junk, their products take way too long to arrive (more than a month between placing the order and arrival!) and they provide poor service to the customer. Whenever I have had a problem, they try to pin the blame on me (Can you repair the item? Will the item still work?) or offer a low-ball refund ("Will you accept $20?" even though I paid $55!), and the resolution takes multiple emails over days or weeks. Completely unsatisfactory. Do yourself a favor and shop at Tmart.com or anywhere else but here. These guys are scam artists."

I tried to rate the product. They do not accept lower ratings on product. Also the user comments seems to be moderated as per their own rules. They attract people to rate by giving points. So obviously product rates are not genuine rates.
Secondly refund process is very bad. I requested refund for bad quality product, but even after 10 days, no status change.
Finally, their delivery team is bad. They have tie-up with some courier companies in India and they cannot locate address properly. They do not call us back if they are unable to deliver and return the product.

The laptop arrived with the hinge broken and bent. I paid extra for bang good insurance and yet Bang good have only offered me £10 LOLOL.

In the middle of february I purchased electric screwdriver as a birthday present for my partner, after few days ago the customer service sent me the e-mail, that the screwdriver is not in stock so I should choose from two options refundation or wait for the product. I choosed refundation as I needed it as soon as possible as a birthday present. AFTER two weeks they sent me another e-mail that the screwdriver was sent, without any update of information they sent me the product, which I didnt want anymore. I sent them e-mail, that I want my money back and I will sent them the package back. They offerd me stupid 500 points instead of money, which I declained as a 100 point is 1$ and the screwdriver cost me 57$. Just this was ridiculous to me. When I sent the screwdriver to the warehouse from which the package was sent they are telling me, that they are not able located the package even the lady on the post office said that the package was delivered. I sent them around 21 e-mails about situation 21! They blamed me, that I sent package to the wrong address. I never experienced any e-shop, who is not receiving packages in the warehouse from which was sent. AGAIN I asked them in 5 e-mails, who is then responsible about messing up my refundation at the beginning, when the screwdriver wasnt in stock- Answer still the same no compromise no nothing just stupid same e-mails over and over again WE HOPE YOUR UNDERSTANDING! They are not even able to answer for questions, for important question who the hell is responsible for messing my refundation! Now I dont my money and I dont have a product. WHAT A DEAL!

AVOID AVOID AVOID if buying clothing that you may want to return if the size doesn't fit quite right.
I purchased three blouses made by the same company and in the same size however only one fitted. The others both varied too hugely from the measurements given
This company wanted photos showing the measurements and listed lots of things that needed photographing and then uploading.
I simply stated that they didn't fit me and there was no error, I just needed to return them. Their return criteria are so complicated and drawn out that I've decided to cut my losses and give the blouses to charity. These weren't crazily cheap blouses and so the loss is substantial.
The packaging was adequate but there was no invoice included and delivery took weeks and weeks so it meant finding my original order hard to find on my emails.

I had a wrong item delivered, after notifying the customer service my item was sent quickly. Hopefully correct one this time :)
I bought in APRIL 2018, vernee x1, i reseive in Joune, stop working after two months, i sent back in september, after a lot mails they sent me another refurniced in janouary 2019!. And i paid 62,64 euro for customs to recieve, because there are no papers inside, when i ask fro them they refuced and another 10,00 euro to sent in china.
Total 177,00 euro the old one and 72,64 euro = 249,46 euro, i had the phone two months, and they had my phone FIVE MONTHS!

Banggood sent me faulty cheap copies of advertised items and they refuse to replace them. I sent at least 50 emails explaining the problems with the items and in each reply they asked for the same information over and over again

Never again! They do not respect the warranty periods indicated on their site. Never buy anything on Banggood because at the first issue during the warranty period the device will not get repaired or refunded. 4 months later, they proudly told me that they couldn't repair my phone, (paid 400) and finally, they offered me a 160 refund to compensate for the loss. It amazes me that all Banggood's own fake good feedback sounds the same, "I had a small problem, but Banggood quickly fixed it", over and over again, along with "great sellers, I'll buy again". Let's face it, the only way they are going to get good feedback, is to write it themselves. Isn't it about time Sitejabber started removing this person from putting all this fake feedback, designed to dupe people into believing they are good. Read the real feedback, all bad, and you'll see, Banggood never fix problems. What they offer is poor quality goods, no warranty, slow delivery to no delivery, and the worst after sales service you can find anywhere. I bought a camera from them, all photos were very blurry, and the settings were stuck, so I couldn't alter them. I sent them it's photos, but they wanted a video too, or they wouldn't entertain the claim. What do they want, a video of me taking photos, how incredibly moronic is that, the video file would be too long for my mail server to upload anyway, perhaps that's why they want a video. They refused to take it back, so I contacted Paypal, they gave me their returns address, gave £15 towards the postage costs, and refunded the full cost of the camera. Don't trust Banggood, who then say cancel your Paypal claim, and they'll refund you, they won't. Always use Paypal when buying from these dishonest Chinese sellers, don't bother contacting Bangood if things go wrong, go straight to Paypal.

I ordered a power supply from Banggood. Immediately after I purchased I realized it was a European model 220V/50HZ which was in the fine print. I contacted them within 20 minutes of my order through email, phone, and live chat to simply change my order. They said they cannot. All of the answers I received where vague. They also type like a teenager texting, very unprofessional and hard to make out what they are even saying some of the time. They told me to sell the item online or gift it when I received it. I have never had issues with a company before and I have bought thousands of items from different companies online. Amazon and Ebay by far dominates and these people at Banggood should take notes. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! The entire process was stressful and a scamming rip off. Not to mention liars, since the information on the website says they will deal with issues such as returns a certain way and they do not.

I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
