I ordered an EleksMaker® EleksLaser-A3 Pro 2500mW Laser Engraving Machine CNC Laser Printer for 203,90$ on 01.01.2019. The Product was never delivered. Contacted Banggood Support 5 times for help and tracking information but was always told to wait until the package arrives and they can NOT help me. Every time they said that tracking information would be available after 25 working days despite the fact that 25 working days passed already (well math is not their strong side either). In the end I had to contact PayPal and open a BuyerProtection case to finaly get my money back on 05.04.2019.

This website is not promising to sell first class items. We all know that. Yet, through coupons, offers and medium product quality it manages to balance quality and price. At a low level, but balanced enough.
Unlesss something goes wrong. In case your order "goes south" you are doomed. Totally.
I noticed an item under a special discount(via coupon) and decided to place an order. As I was finalizing the order a glitch to their system declined my credit card. Been to on line ordering for years, so I said "no big deal" I will do it again.
The second time the system accepted my credit, but remove the coupon. I didn't noticed the coupon was removed and placed the order. Been to on line ordering for years, so I said "no big deal" I will send an email to the customer service team and ask for a refund to the value of $28.50.
That was the extra I was charged, as the coupon failed the second time. Yes, this is about $28.50. Twenty days later, more than 50 emails later, they refuse to refund the astronomical amount of $28.50 caused by a glitch to their system.
Been to on line ordering for years, so I say with certainty: Never seen that again. Never!
So, go ahead and gamble with Banggood. I did and lost. Lost money, lost time, lost a customer. Oops! They lost a customer. A life time one. By the way, a screenshot can prove duration and volume of correspondence. To whom ever wishes to confirm the story.

I bought a hat from them and after they said they shipped it 7 weeks later still not received and reported to them that I haven't received the item and they said to wait another two more weeks. Originally they promised to deliver it with in 30 days. Now I am not even sure they have shipped it in the first place as they said.

When you go to the website, they manipulate the text and pictures so you think you are buying one thing, but you get something else, or less than what you thought. BUYER BEWARE! Very professional behaviour: in less than 2 working days it had been fixed an issue with the item received (diffetent item, *******kv instead of 6000kv).

Have you noticed how the 2 fake reviews under mine, are virtually identical, right down to the bad English. This man has written so many for Banggood, he's now repeating himself. It's so blatantly fake ads for themselves, trying to contradict the real feedback A China man using a bad translator). Here are some facts, no item comes from China in under 3 weeks, they self confess that the warranty lasts only 3 days, meaning no warranty, and they make it near impossible to return faulty items, and there's a lot. All their sales are of low quality items, ansd they don't do refunds Since Sitejabber won't vet these crooks, using their site as a advertisement media for themselves, the thing to do is ignore all the good feedback, and read all the real feedback of 1 star. Poor Customer Service. 2 of 3 orders missing parts. Contacted customer service and they initially responded quickly wanting photo's of the item. Sent photo's and nothing since then. Submitted dispute with PayPal and they said send the item back. Not worth the postage to do that for the refund. Never buy from them again

I have written 2 E-mails to find out what is the promblem of the Motorbike FM Radio that I have recieved whis is not working, only the USB can be use. The radio do not pick up any radio signal with or without a antenna. I need to know what is the problem?

I bought a shirt advertised as a coat on the website. It was 50 CAD and apparently on discount and regular price was supposed to be 115 CAD. I thought that at this price, it would at least be decent quality. Well I was wrong. Worst piece of clothing I ever bought in my entire life. On arrival of an item purchased, I checked thru the contents to confirm all was supplied as per description, A single item was not correct, It was supplied with an EU mains charger and not the listed USB lead as described, I contacted customer service and with in their stated time frame I had a reply from Healer, With several follow thru emails, in a prompt and efficient manner, The issue was rectified and exceeded my expectation, I can not recommend bang good more highly ( from my dealings) and will be recommended them to family and friends, from my experience they deserve higher than 5 star rating, Payment was easy, item shipped as per time frame, Item arrived earlier than expected

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
