There is a full photo of a mini chainsaw complete with 2 batteries, chain, & charger purporting to sell Doersupp 6 Inch 1200W Cordless Electric Chain Saw Wood Pruning Chainsaw Mini Cutter W/ 2Pcs Batteries Garden Tree Logging Trimming Saw Woodworking Tools Set. This is a scam. It is not for the chainsaw, which they show in full colour, batteries & charger, it is only for a chain, a plug adapter & little free gift. Banggood says I have had my goods delivered. I have not receive the chainsaw, batteries or charger. Banggood know this is a scam because of all the complaints & will not do anything about it. Do not buy off Banggood who allow scammers to list & get away with conning the public. Banggood.

It is one thing to sell "fancy" looking items that may not be available on Amazon but then it is another to be able to provide the same level of customer service. For that this website needs the backing of the biggest capitalists and with sharks like Amazon around, unfortunately they never will... so buying for these websites is a waste of time and money! I ordered something for my son. Never recieved it, company will noy give refund even though shipping company has no info. I have contacted them several times with each time them telling me I wil get a reply in 24 hours 10 days nothing. 10 more nothing. Please save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. This company is one big SCAM!

Placed an order for a phone with this company a while back, after the order was placed I got a confirmation email with a link to check my orders status. I went to the link and it said my order was "processing". I didn't think anything of it so I just waited. Three weeks later I went back to check on it again and it was still processing, I talked to an agent and they told me they apologize and that my order would ship within 48 hrs. 43 days later my order is still "processing", I've talked to 8 different agents and every single one told me the exact same thing,"give it 48 hours and it will ship". Finally the last representative was able to tell me the item was out of stock and it could be upwards of 2 months before it is back in stock. At this point I requested a refund. Spent $30 more on Amazon for the same device and had it the next day. Unless you really just want to save a few dollars don't waste your time with this company. They lack any form of professionalism and the fact it took over 2 months for them to let me know it was out of stock is absolutely ridiculous.

Their customer service is ACTIVELY working to prevent you from getting your money back when you ask for a refund. They ask for pictures, vidéos, et more just to make the process hard and if you don't respond fast enough, they just close your request and your can't restart the process! Worst dealer ever.

The worst experince ever! If you buy something and it breaks, good luck with fix. I bought projector as christmass present... I'm curently in procces of almsot 4th month of this of a joke customer service. So if something you ordered breaks - this is their procedure and policy
1. They ask you, if you can fix it
2. If you cant, you gotta record and upload video and picture on YT
3. Then they will ask you, if some service around you can fix it, but they wont pay for any consulting or the fix itself if quote - ''if the cost is acceptable''
4. If service doesnt have the parts of the machine, they will ask you, to get more info about product ( ID of certain parts on machine)
5. Next email, they will inform the parts are from china and they can order them, but it will take up to several weeks and after they recieve them in US they will send it to you, so the local serive can fix it...
How much time I spend to write, to record, to educate myself about this crapy product and I still have no results after almost 4 months... worst christmas presents ever... NEVER EVER AGAIN. Holy frick I'm still so angry... 1 Star is still complete OVERKILL, it should be 5 big fat poops!

I ordered and payed a cleaner robot in stock, they wrong something during the delivery and it come back to them from the middle of the way (was not a wrong address issue! Something that I not know). The product was declared delivered, I needed more time to claim and to understand what happened (they not helped me at all!) and when they asked me and I confirmed that I continue to wait the product, I discovered that they already sent to other people my device and now I have to wait long time up when they will have again in stock. I tried to make a claim by email and by chat, impossible, they not have any procedure for a claim. No update to the tracking info, no reply from them to my claim and to a lot of emails. I asked a claim number or a confirmation of the claim more times and I'm still waiting a feedback. They not respected the promised delivery time at all, they not have any customer service rules on their site. This company is completely zero in customer care and customer protection. How Europe permit to a big seller like this to sell in this way and give penalty to little shop for little things?! No customer protection and transparence at all! Not buy from them!

I chose to have my item sent from EU-warehouse to Sweden. Banggood sent it from a warehouse in UK anyway and hence I had to pay customs fee to get my package delivered. Bangood then refuses to reimburse me for the cost. They even admit that they sent it from UK even though it clearly says in my order information that it should be shipped from EU.
They also admit to not knowing about free trade within the EU.
I will keep to ordering from Amazon in the future!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BG!
Banggood order no. *******.EV200D FPV goggles
1) Terrible customer service, 2) Incorrect and poor specifications in user manuals. 3) No compensation after loss even due to company's fault in printing incorrect specs. 4) BG refuses to accept any mistake and do not work with supplier to compensate customers.
Sadly, today I lost £230 EV200D goggles just because of incorrect specifications.

I powered up my goggles with a 4S lithium ion pack through DC port as the manual says DC 2S-5S. As soon as I plugged in, I heard a short burst it seemed like some IC burned out inside.
Afterward goggles won't power up, I even tried using USB port, no signal at all. I barely used these goggles may be once or twice before and they are without a single scratch like brand new.
I emailed BG support team to look into the issue and what I got was a vague and blunt response below:

I ordered a portable cooler with functions as a fridge as it has electrical inputs. Shipment was fast and speedy. On arrival after unwrapping from box I noted the lid had a dent on it. Worse was to come as the power did not turn on even after plugging the power cord in. I promptly asked for a refund but even after supplying photos and video of the problem I have not been contacted. The site keeps asking for photos and videos. I have tried emailing various accounts linked to banggood from which I ordered the product from but again no reply. What's worse is that I paid an extra insurance fee during ordering for product insurance and there is no instruction how this can be activated as well.
Stay away from this company especially if you expect prompt after service support.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
