I wanted an open access DVD storage that could stack and still have easy access. Found what I thought was the right product and contacted their support team with my questions. They lied openly to me about the capabilities of the unit even after I clarified a second time with then. I ordered 6 units and when they came they niether fitted the DVD nor stacked or had easy access. After some very very painful communications they agreed to refund on 5 units and I didn't have to return, so, as I had no use for them as is, I disposed of them. Banggood then proceeded to challenge the refund in the 6th unit for some reason, even saying if I wanted a refund on the 6th I would, at my expense have to send back all 6. They ended up refunding about half the cost of the last unit so not too much out of pocket.
In Summary, the product descriptions were not accurate, they absolutely lied to get my business, communicating with them was the most painful experience and there are better product resellers out there. I will avoid Banggood.

Terrible customer's service

I bought an RC Plane KIT on banggood (Hookll Cessna 182 V2 1410mm). One screw for the front lending gear was not included and the propeller was a wrong one (doesn't fit - too thick). I asked banggood to send me the spare parts or at least to let me know where to buy them. I got no help and no support. Now i have a kit I cannot complete due to missing and wrong parts. I will never ever buy again anything else from banggood. They are also rated F on BBB.org so watch out!

I ordered a brand named drill/driver($130) from this firm and a couple things, in my opinion, came to light. The package arrived in good condition. Since the description of the item on their site was vague. I relied on the the brand name a bit. They acknowledged the order, but trying to follow up was not a good experience. The site is not friendly and couldn't contact customer service. Delivery about 20 days for this item. I contemplate calling my card company as was thinking scam. Everyone is looking for a bargain and this firm offers great prices but my experience,, their customer service doesn't compare to some other online businesses. Final note product initially is working great, but manual in Chinese only. Again can't reach customer service.

On July 3rd 2021 I bought an e-bike (Ado A20) on Banggood. First of all, it took 12 days for the bike to arrive from a European Warehouse… turns out it was out of stock and I had to wait. There were no apologies or shipping updates from Banggood. Bad service!
The bike finally arrived on July 15th and when I was assembling it, I saw that the seat was ripped, even though the box was ok. I immediately sent a message to Banggood reporting this. Banggood never provided a solution; instead, they requested photos and kept stalling…
After that, I tried to ride the bike and the throttle was not working, even when I pedaled… So, the seat was not the only problem. This bike was definitely faulty. Once again, I sent a message to Banggood. Their answer was not good at all: they told me to contact the supplier… So Banggood sells products but if they are faulty, you have to solve the problems on your own… Terrible!
I then opened a new return and replace ticket online and sent everything (video) as requested. Once again, Banggood kept stalling and never provided a return shipping label, or address… Since I bought this bike to take with me in my summer holidays and Banggood provided a faulty bike and bad customer service, I will be forced to request a full refund and return the bike. I already contacted PayPal in order to help me.
So, I gave a second chance to Banggood, but once again they let me down. I guess this is goodbye for me! I was a good regular customer, I deserved to be treated with respect.
Please be careful and avoid this store! There are plenty of other options online! Search for the one with good customer and after-sales service!

UPDATE (28/07): Banggood still doesn't follow its own rules and policies.

UPDATE (28/08): Banggood asked me to return the faulty ebike, but 3 weeks have passed and I still have no money and no bike! AVOID!

100% SCAM - Read before you Buy from Banggood

I ordered 10 neon lights for ($58) from merchant but they sent some other defected lights. Based on my previous online purchasing experiences I had recorded the video of package opening. I sent support ticket asking for refund with the video and all other details they requested.
THE FUNNY PART:
Banggood acknowledged that they must have made the mistake but initially offered to refund only $15.78. On refusing to accept partial refund they made 2nd offer of $30 refund. Their exact reply was
"We suggest you accept 30USD and try to fix it."
Really? Does this sound legit to you?
I mean first they want me to let them get away with $28 and then pay extra money from my own pocket to repair the crap they sent.
NOW: They're kind of demanding by sending a fake CCTV footage and saying that they're not going to refund me any money because the correct item was shipped.
PLEASE Refer to attached screenshots and see that as per order tracking the item was shipped at 4:00pm while in the cctv the time is around 7:00pm.
This is 100% scam

I purchased a mig on banggood 8 months ago and have had zero resolution to warranty issues, the first being it arrived damaged bashed around in transport, i contacted them about that and they refused to replace it, and then after 7 months it blew up suspect the damage had effect it or it was just a bad product, so i contact them again, now banggood say my warranty is expired after 6 months use when they advertise it as a 1 year warranty and we have been in lockdown so have not been able to use it anyway. I am fed up with them they don't honour any of the guarantees they state on their site. Piss poor effort from customer support and Zero warranty, $1000 down the drain, I will certainly not recommend dealing with them.

Avoid Banggood

I'm a long time customer and it doesn't make any difference. I ordered an fpv killer whale RC airplane. Over $300 and I get a box of foam no motors nothing installed horrible horrible transaction. Contacted them for immediate ship back and their response to me was you have to ship it all the way back to China at your expense. We both know there's no tracking overseas so I said I ordered it from the USA Warehouse so I will send it to the return address on the box in California and they said absolutely not you have to ship it to California and wait for your money to come back. I never got past their customer service department or their lack of customer service. I would avoid this company with all of your will and might. Do not never ever buy anything from banggood and thank you you're actually going to get what they say they're going to send you. And it's my fault entirely I trusted them

Let this stuff in China!

Here are my experiences with about 5 or 6 articles from Banggood: it's all pretty low quality. One was broken, two couldn't be used and were not as described, another never arrived, another one was cheaper at Amazon!
Now they have MONEY-BACK Guarantee! This only is advertised, but they do not take anything back - for sure, returning to China makes problems (for you and them!). They also refuse to refund this all! Want's to give me any points at their store or $5.-! No, really!? The customer service is ridiculous trying to turn your word in your mound! Don't relay at the "reviews" - only reviews approved from them are published!
Hand away! It's not the value!

Do not buy, It is only one way, if you the product is right it's good otherwise they won't return or replace it. This was my second purchase from Banggood. The first time experience was good. But this time they sent me a product with missing parts. It did not match with the website description. I created a ticket to return it but they kept on asking for irrelevant information and after a week ultimately agreed and asked me to ship it to China, and deduct all freight charges + taxes + import duty etc. The item was delivered to me from Delhi but they wanted me to return it to China. This is all bogus. Cheat customer, not trust worthy

You need to allow "0" stars also for sellers like BANGGOOD.
I ordered more items from this scammers and they never arrived.
They refunded money, but after more times repeated requests and two weeks after.
Reason? There is! I ordered expensive and highly demanded products which price was raised by other sellers and this scammers simply did not send me my purchase. It is simple: I DID NOT BOUGHT ON THEIR SITE JUST I LIKE THEM. I PAYED THE LOWEST PRICE THAT SUITS ME. Instead to order and send it, they just postponed order for more than two months. I was waiting because I wasn't in rush and I also wanted to test them. THEY FAILED!
