Bought a smartphone. I'm disabled and caring for my husband that is also disabled. Money is tight. So I got duty insurance and shipping insurance. I couldn't afford for my package to get lost or pay duty. I ended up being off sick from a MRSA infection and needing gravity fed IVs. I was homebound and excitedly awaited my delivery. Until it didn't happen...

So I contacted customer service and they told me that there was nothing they would do to help. I pointed out that I had shipping insurance and it didn't matter.

I set up a dispute in PayPal. I don't know why they agreed with them but I am now out of a phone.

PayPal gave me a satisfaction credit. But I couldn't let other people buy there. So I went on social media. They deleted my bad review off of their comments section. The company has committed fraud with offering shipping insurance that they will not honor. Learn from me. I have lost trust of buying stuff online :(

BangGood.Com is a scam.
They will not refund for faulty products.
Customer service will take weeks of one line response and Im still waiting on a solution.
I bought a phone from banggood.com, I contacted them the moment I received it because it will not charge.
Their first solution was they would refund me 14 to get in fixed in a local repair shop.
I refused and now they will not give me a answer in over two weeks now.
They will try and wait you out so you will give up and leave them your money.

Absolutely terrible

Do not buy from this site, sizes despite a size chart bear no relationship to the garment supplied. The product is bad but the service and after sales is even worse. What ever the answer they give to this comment, like for Will S, do not believe it. They will not even supply a return address, they make derisory partial refund offers of less than 50% of the purchase price. I can guarantee what ever is written after this post by Bangood is a lie unless they admit the whole debacle - they won't. I am not sure that I have ever seen reviews this bad.

Terrible

Bad Chinese crap

I purchased a dozen items, they were inexpensiveness and looked awesome.
The six that were firearm attachments not one fit or worked.
The cute fingernail clippers would not clip fingernails!

I will not buy shoes online again. I will not purchase anything from Banggood again. I should have looked at the reviews. I was not home when they arrived. When I wore them the first time, they caused much pain and I knew I could not continue to wear them. Then I checked the return policy. "Three days"! That time had passed when I opened the package. I could pay to return them, but why waste my money. I will give them to a thrift store and get tax credit for my $31.15. V. Sullivan

The company's review system does not allow me to choose less than 2 stars. The company deserves only half star. The product has Poor quality. The supercapacitors I bought and received lose electric charge and the voltage dropped within 1 minute after charge. The solar panel I received did not charge capacitors. The seller has Poor customer service. Even worse, after I entered a poor product review on their website, the site responded that my review will be "moderated", and I could not enter another review for other products I bought. I will never buy from this company again.

I received a DOA item. It is a 1/16 scale RC tank. The box is huge. They won't pay for shipping it back to them. I have been trying to get them to take the tank back for 2 weeks. They just keep saying they can only pay partial of the postage. It clearly states on their website banggood is responsible for shipping on DOA items. They won't take my item back. I'm stuck with a broken item. I also think they buy those reviews. Horrible exprience, horrible customer service. Beyond Horrible

1 star is too much

This platform is the worse place i have ever come across. Bought a drone and came defective. After thousands of emails they decided to give me a full refund after sending the unit back to china at their expense. I did exactly that and after three months the parcel is coming back as it has been sitted in Chinese customs for all this time and not being claimed by anyone. This platform desrves to be sued and banned from the whole EU, they are just scammers pure and simple.

Terrible Company
June 10, 2019

Spent $130+ dollars on a kit. The kit came without instructions, missing parts, and some of the parts were the wrong size (presumably for a different product). I contacted them and asked that they send the missing parts and the instructions. They offered a discount of about 10% but there was no way in which I could have gotten the product I bought to work. As in, no way to get the parts individually. I followed up explaining as much and they never responded again. Basically, they robbed me of the cost.

Fraudulent Company

I have ordered a package for 1.6K. The package is stuck at customs. Banggood has under-valued the items to get cheaper shipping rates and apparently to be "easier" to pass customs. The penalty because of Banggood I have to pay now is 3.5K, and these Chinese $#*!s does not respond to my plea for assistance or to amend their pricing mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are listed as a fraudulent company in South Africa. Not that the South African government is any better though.

Missing Item

I had ordered 4 no's Sonoff Touch and received the shipment with one less switch 3 No's. Took up this with Banggood team and they were kind enough to understand the issue and reshipped one switch. Banggood has an awesome customer support team and they are doing a great job in satisfying every customer by understanding the issue.

Last November I bought a cellphone in the website. I never received the cellphone. After several emails to costumer service, they agreed to make the refund once that I close the case in Paypal. I close the case in Paypal but they never refund the money. DONT BUY IN THIS WEB if you dont want to lose your money.
