Wrong item sent

Ordered a set of watch pins (8-24 mm). Only 1 of a set of 10 arrived, and the one size not needed at that. This after waiting a month for delivery. Best avoided...

Shoes are Garbage

The shoes I ordered were uncomfortable and cheap looking. I had ordered two pairs and the second pair never arrived. When I contacted Banggood they blamed the Postal Service and offered no refund, no replacement as their customer service is horrible.

One more cheated

Just received portable bloetooth printer, which is not working at all, no any sign that is charged, nothing. This devise is one big joke, which cost me #3. Of course have no information how to use the guarantee. People running this business should be chased by police.

On April 10th 2019 I ordered some small FPV hobby parts from Banggood, on April 25th I got my order but all the parts except one were wrong.
I immediately emailed them to tell them of their error and rather than shipping me the correct parts they wanted to give me a partial refund forcing me to pay for parts I didn't order and $8.60 for a $3.20 part, I refused this and told them just to send me the proper order they said OK but the parts were out of stock now and I will have to wait.
I gave them plenty of time, they said it would be in stock on May 10th, 2019. I kept waiting and watching their website and their stock, still didn't hear a thing from them so I emailed them asking for a tracking number, they again offered me a partial refund I told them I refuse to pay for their mistake so they said they would ship when in stock.
The website said they were supposed to be back in stock on May 28th and their site said it was so I emailed them on April 28And they again said it was out of stock and for the third time offered me a partial refund asking me to pay for their mistake.
I have Bought parts from all over the world including China have never had experience like this, not just that they are refusing to fix their error.
Way too much frustration for only about $40.00 worth of parts!
Very slow communication and bad service! Trust the reviews on this site and don't bother with banggood!
I wish I had read the reviews on this website before I ordered from them, there is a reason why they got left in two stars do not buy from them!
I would give the zero stars if I could!

This company can't be trusted with any sort of warranty/repair.
I had a Tablet that was faulty within a couple of months, sent several email trying to get some sort of answer.
That took at least a month of emails and it was decided that i had to return it for repair.
They received it 14 weeks ago and since then i have not been able to get a sensible answer as to whats happening. The quote time for returning the Tablet to me was 9 weeks.
Have contacted manufacturer and they say they have no record of the repair, go back to Banggood and they say the Tablet is in repair in spite of being told the manufacturer has no record.

So i think the Tablet has gone missing, so i asked for a replacement or a credit only to be told the Tablet is away for repair.
Things to note.
You can't talk to any one
You keep getting email replies that are all the same
There is no attempt to sort out any problems
Conclusion.
If you can't afford to lose the your money don't deal with them
In spite of professional web page they seems to have no staff or any idea of customer service.
Just stay away from them it's not worth the trouble.

According to our warranty policy, tablets are covered by a one-year warranty, while their accessories like cables and chargers are covered by a three-months one.

If the tablet is defective within one year from its delivery date, you can return it for a free repair. And the time of repair is about 9 weeks. But it will be a little more delay due to the special case.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmwares, software modifications or similar causes both for tablets and their accessories.

If your return request has been approved, we will cover the entire repair fee, handling fee and the replacement fee of the defective component, except for motherboards and screens.

If one or more of accessories are faulty within three months from their delivery date, please send us some photos or a video of the problem and we will arrange a refund or a replacement after confirming the nature of the issue.

I tried my first order with Banggood. I ordered a linen shirt, size L, my normal size. When it arrived it was not as pictured. The color was off and the material was very cheap. Plus, I would have needed to order a XXL to have it fit. I wanted to return it but they ask you to submit a video for proof of the problem and I would have to pay for shipping. For a $24 purchase... not worth it. I will keep it and use it as a rag. Stay away!

Their phones are not compatible with US systems and they don't tell you that. Their phones work only on Chinese networks. With some configuring it worked for one day then dead. Returned item and they refused to pay return postage. Item was sent back and lost in the mail, out $500 USD.

These guys are DIRTY! Pure dirty! I had ordered extra battery and a charger for my action cam and added the "Expedited Shipping" option for extra $13.50. Their expedited shipping showed a delivery date of 5 - 8 business days. Note the key words "delivery date". Turn around time was 1 business day. I ordered this on the 29th of April, got an email on the 1st (Monday) that they "shipped" the package and it's on it's way with a expected delivery date of 13th, ok all good. BUT, then couple days later I decide to log into the tracker to see shipping progress and guess what? Their tracker showed it was actually shipped on the 8th, with a delivery of 20th. So I did a live chat and their Support actually said it was shipped on the 4th and the tracker must be incorrect or down. They insisted it should still be delivered on time. They said they'll contact me when their tracker is working again... but they never do. I let another couple days past and check again but the tracker still seems "broken" (ya right), so I decided to live chat them again but this time, they tell me that it was actually shipped on the 4th. By now I'm getting pissed because their story keeps changing. They asked me to wait a few more days but by this time, it should have already been delivered. Then another couple days I get an email with a new tracker link and guess what!? It shows later delivery date! It showed it was "still" shipped on the 8th but now the delivery date showed 29th! This is where I filed a dispute with Paypal to get my "expedited shipping" amount back.

In the end, I did not receive my product until the 20th! That's 16 business days later or twice as long as the "expedited shipping" stated. I just got RIPPED OFF paying expedited shipping but got normal delivery. And NOW, they are refusing to refund that $13.50. WATCH OUT for these guys!

Scam merchant

I bought a xiaomi pocofone from banggood and it stopped working after 2 months. Bangood told me to return to the seller in China not mentioning that mobile phones are prohibited from being sent to china. I unknowingly paid £20 to return it but received it back (returned by china customs) 2 months later. I explained to bangood what had happened and they carried on telling me to return it even though i kept saying i could not.
I contacted xiaomi who would do nothing to help and i then took it to a phone repair shop who charged me £20 to tell me that the motherboard had malfunctioned and it would cost more to repair than the original £235 i had paid to Bangood.
Don't waste your time buying anything electrical from bangood as you will not be able to return and no warrantee is valid...
Shockingly bad customer services and I'm now £235 out of pocket... I've learnt my lesson so i hope you don't make the same mistake as myself

Phones are covered by one-year warranty, and their accessories (batteries, cables, charges) by a one-month one.

If the phone stops working or becomes defective within one year from the date of delivery, customers can return it for a free repair. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process. We can offer you other forms of compensation in case the problem can be solved in other ways, as by upgrading the software or the version of the system, or you can repair the issue on your local store.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmwares, software modifications or similar causes both for phones and their accessories.

If your return request has been approved, we will cover the entire repair fee, handling fee and the replacement fee for the defective component, except for motherboards and screens. If these two components are defective, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. However, we will not be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If accessories like batteries, chargers or cables are faulty within one month from the date of arrival, we can arrange a refund or a reshipment after the nature of the problem has been confirmed. In order to do so, please send us some photos or a video showing the issue clearly.

I had made a number of purchases at Banggood throughout the last several years.
Everything was as described and delivered within or earlier than the expected timeframes.

Recently I bought a micro FPV drone worth approximately EUR 80 which didn't work properly.
I contacted their customer support by email and they answered immediately.
They requested some evidence in the form of screenshots and a video, after which they offered a full refund for the faulty goods.

Will definitel keep purchasing from them!

Advertised as a Winter Coat turned out to be a Corduroy shirt. Returned at own cost, they wanted a tracker ID, postage would have cost almost as much as item. Lesson learnt, you get what you pay for and returns not economically viable. If you want to give your money away send it to a charity.

3 weeks ago I ordered something from them. They even didn't bother to process my order. I sent them a message. Actually this wasn't easy because it's very difficult to find customer service there. Of course, they didn't reply at all. Never use this site...

PLEASE stay away from this site. Still waiting for my order after two months. Very difficult to reach anyone to help with problems. It initially said my order was shipping out of Canada. It was shipped from China. I am in Hawaii. My order was tracked from China to California to Illinois to Indiana to Kentucky. Has supposedly been sitting in Kentucky for 3 weeks. So it flew right pass me to get stuck in middle America. WHAT A JOKE.
