Buyer beware of Banggood. I put in two orders, placed them seperate on purpose as I always do. Bangood merged them into one order. Two months later nothing has shown up. I contact them. The response I get is "I didn't purchase shipping insurance" and they won't do anything. I didn't have problems from the years before but now I am. The Postal Service doesn't lose orders. I have been searching this and others have had the same. Looks like Banggood is scamming people so they will purchase their shipping insurance and they can make extra $. That is it for me. I will never purchase from them again.
A One Star rating is too good for this company. I purchased shoes and blouse. They did not fit and poor quality. I tried to return them working through customer service. After many hours of chats and emails, I sent the items back and they said "too bad". No refund. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will tell all of my friends not to do so as well.

Providers quality control should improve to avoid receiving items
Broken, faulty or missing parts. Post sales support is very good and

I preordered Original Xiaomi Roborock S55 and waited about 2 months than they cancel my order. Meanwhile I opened countless support ticket. All answers are full of lies. Then today I received a message that they cancelled my order automatically. (sense something?)

If you value your time and don't want to get crappy products stay away from Banggood. It's just a site that sells the same products as Aliexpress but marked up in price.
Not all the products are low quality but shipping and packaging from CN Warehouse is really bad.
If you have any problem with the product and try to use their site to "Refund or Resend" the form is not working! I informed them multiple times about that and I was ignored. My experience with Banggood is a hit and miss. A handful of products are ok but most are plain garbage, plus poor packaging and looooooong shipping time on top of the customs fees. Feel free to ignore their product ratings since they used to delete all non 5 star reviews. Not to mention some people give 5 star rating just for the fact that they received the product but without testing it first.
If you want a refund they will push hard for a "BG Pay" option so they can be sure you'll spend the money with them. I didn't want a BG Pay refund so they ignored me for days. At the end I had to accept the refund in BG Pay. I despise this kind of tactics from the customer support.

I received a damaged motor in my first order. I requested the replacement of my damaged motor and after I send them photos and they realised that I was right, Banggood arranged the replacement of my broken and useless motor. Banggood answered to all my e-mails.
It was a unlucky order but Bangood have respect to quaranties.
Update: It is now 2 weeks since I was promised a refund for the pet beds that were cute but never delivered. I still have not received a refund. As others have advised: Avoid this company at all cost.

Banggood claims they use "priority airmail" for delivery. Twenty five days after they claimed my products were shipped, I had not received them. It was extremely difficult to use their help site because you can't just describe your problem, you have to go through a maze of qualifying question categories to get your concern addressed. Not receiving my products was not one of "the categories." I finally learned my products were "returning" to the factory, with no explanation of why they had not been delivered, and no notice there were problems with the delivery. I had ordered pet beds for my cats and dogs, which were very appealing in the pictures, but they never arrived, so I have no clue as to their quality.
I will likely have another prolonged wait for my refund with poor or lacking communication.
Why put up with this poor service when there are so many other companies who can actually deliver and communicate more effectively. I just wanted to do something nice for my pets, but now I will have to wait to see if I even get a refund at all. I should have read the reviews before using my credit card. It was an impulse to do something nice for my pets but it was not wise. I regret attempting to do business with this Chinese company.
"The two great andvantages of Banggood are that all the goods are represented within one seller (unlike Aliexpress or ebay) and also their service and support. It was a bit scary in the beginning to claim a missing article or damaged goods (things happen) but now I am quite sure it is much like your local shop where quite certainly your case will be solved smoothly.
As a bonus if you live in EU you can avoid customs clearance costs of the goods happen to be sent from EU. It doesn't happen all the time but sometimes it comes in quite nice. There is also tariff insurance for the cases when you need to pay for custom clearance. I used it many times and it always works.
I need a size 14 and in their sizing guide it said to order XXL which I did and you instead of getting a size 14 I got the XXL which is a XXL way to large. The ad said it was tee shirt material but it was rayon not happy and won't order from them again. Beware.

Avoid at all cost, the fulfillment process is just horrible. They will lure you in with fast shipping options but will then take their own sweet time to actually ship out the item. Customer service has also gone down the drain in recent years and is among one of the worst there is right now. Price wise is is usually one of the most expensive as well. Worth keeping only just to compare prices. If you do end up buying something and a problem arises, just go to paypal immediately it is a waste of time talking with their customer service.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
