I spent $275 for two orders of mine (******* and *******), But both of them are held by customs due to low declaration of Banggood Company. I chose tariff insurance with my orders in order to be sure about tax issue. But, Banggood declared parcels low and customs didnt let it pass. So I got no parcel and I got no money refund, too. Banggood is the shadiest online shop I have ever come in touch with... even paid a shipping insurance to make the shipment process from China more reliable... the package did not arrive and the tracking status clearly showed that is was returned and delivered back to the sender. Banggood just forwards me to the last tracking info that it was being delivered and is not willing to pay any refund. Wow, well played in tricking customers... Please stay away from this horrible online shop! I had an endless back&forth between Banggood and the post office: post office assures it was sent back to Banggood, Banggood assures it was sent to me... Used my purchase protection with Paypal and also Paypal believed Banggood... it's hilarious!

Banggood has done it again! I was shipped the wrong items and when I contacted them and did the send pictures and videos etc. they said they had made a mistake and I could keep the wrong items ( out in the garbage they went) then they offer me $1.09 less then the total of my invoice. Why do they try to get ever dollar out of a person after they make a mistake. Its not the $1.09 I am after its the principle,. I paid for the insurance and faster shipping and now they want to keep it. BUYER beware of Banggood trying these small little tricks to make a buck. I guess its time to look elsewhere.

I have placed over 130 orders with this company and the first time I have a problem they want what I would call a unreasonable request, I purchased some decals from them which do to there poor packaging processes (came in a plastic envelope) came bent just about in half also purchase a computer fan control which arrived with a problem of the alarm going off ever few minutes. I request a refund and what they want back is a video(of a bent decals?) and a video of the electronic unit not working? I have sent them pictures and explained my problem but if they continue to want things I can't provide and would have no meaning ( video of a bent decal), I would suggest after years of purchasing from them they have some unreasonable staff dealing with customer problem so buyer beware and you might want to consider purchasing your item from another company other than Banggood.com
They messed up my account and sent it to my old address of 4 years ago would not send it to the right address or refund the money don't buy from them

Beware from banggood
On November 21,2018 I purchased a cell phone, asus zenfone 3 zoom.
Order no 57514639, price of 534 ils (israeli sekel).
Three months after receiving the phone, it broke down.
Nothing could be seen on the phone screen.
I have contacted bannggod service (warrantybanggood.com)
They have asked me to send back the phone to them for repair
I have sent back the phone on the 21/04/2019 and i have received Confirmation on 5 May 2019 that the phone has been received by banggood.
From then i have asked the warranty team about the phone. And all the time
I have been told that the repair takes time and again the same.
I have paid for the phone, i have paid for the return of the phone to banggood for repair.
I did not get the phone back even today 07 july 2019.!
They are sending me messages about refund me. After a day, day change the message asking to wait... then again and again. They asked me to pay 350 ils and they will send a new phone. In the end they have agree on 250 ils and they will send a new phone. I have paid. And again they don't have the color after that again they don't have the other color.
Beware from banggood on the net, If you have a problem with the equipment. You will find yourself without the equipment and the money.
You will be given permission to return the device for repair.
From this point, you can say hello and say goodbye to the product costs and money you paid for returning the product to the seller in China

They send me a heater which doesn't work in Canada because power here is 110v while the heater is 220v. I am not sure why they would sell it to us if it doesn't work here. I asked for a refund and they refused. Scammers!
After 60 days without receiving the purchased goods I started wondering what was happening, i contacted the client service and asked about the location from the goods, they supplied me wrong locations and from a weird tracking site which I learned to know is a fake site. After this I tried to get the refund which according to the Banggood policy I am entitled to after 60 days. I send daily mails and no proper answer from their customer service, the only answer I got is that I should wait 5, then 10, then 20days. Until today they never give the the money back and always try to take more time.
The online chat service one time told me to wait until a selected day and then they would refund me, on that day I contact them and they said they do not refund me. Banggood is really a not trusted site. The customer service is useless and just reply the same answer over and over like a recorded mail.
I have selected insurance and priority mail but is useless

After buying several items from Banggood, which either didn't arrive, broken from the onset, not as described, and of extremely low quality, I ceased buying from them. Luckily, I used paypal, who quickly refunded me after setting up several resolutions against Banggood. I got fed up with their claims runaround (photos of the post mark, packaging, and photos), Don't they know how they package the items, or who they use for postage? Then they want a video of something that doesn't work, so what difference is that, to a photo, apart of making life difficult. With no help through their service department, I let paypal refund me, with no fuss. The earlier good feedback, before this, is fake, written by them, singing their fake praises, ignore it.

On Jun 05 2019, I ordered a flashlight on this site where the package was supposed to take about 35 days. I chose a registered shipment which allows tracking the shipment. I have not yet received or operated tracking of the shipment to this day.
I wrote bangood to support in this matter, however, no response from them.
I was supposed to order a phone from this site but I would rather buy it from the competition. I do not recommend.

I have placed the order ******* on April 2th. The ítem was shipped out on April 19th (took almost 3 weeks). It's been 102 days now and have not received the ítem. I have paid an insurance fee of 3,68$. According to their policy (https://www.banggood.com/Shipping_hl70_at321) all items sold at Banggood are guaranteed to be delivered in 90 days on orders shipped with European Railway Direct Mail. That deadline has now been exceded but THEY NEVER REFUNDED.
NEVER BUY HERE, you will waist your time and your money (174$ in my case).

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
