Banggood became a good scam site. Their "In stock" is not real. I place a 300EUR order that was in stock and now after 2 weeks the order is not shipped yet because of "Back order". Just beware its not the good old-time Banggood anymore.

UPDATE: They told me that this product due to high demand is out of stock. But imagine thousand of people paying thousand of euros to banggood without sending products, all those million of euros will bring Banggood interest from their bank. And when you complain about details they just return your money and they say a big thanks for depositing your money to their bank account for 2-3-X weeks and for your contribution on the bank interests. Well done Banggood. A great way to make more money out of nothing.

I have actually tried to give this company or whatever it is a chance. I have spent over $1,000 on products. Now that being said, I probably only received about half of what I purchased. It seemed every time I could put together a good deal with coupons, points, etc. the product would never show up and I would find out that it was returned because it didn't make it through customs. This has happened to me over 5 different times usually on something I really wanted and waited and waited for. Getting your money back is just as hard. They are quick to take it and "SAY" they have processed it and shipped out the product. Wrong. They lie at every angle possible. They recently pulled the last straw by doing just as I have described. Please consider buying elsewhere. Even though the deals look good, you may never get your product and it isn't worth the waste of time you have to go through with them. This has to be one of the worst companies I have EVER done business with. Word to the wise... it just isn't worth it!

I had ordered a keyboard from Bang good, however it was the wrong model/color. I contacted customer service via email and was emailed a pre-paid shipping label to send my keyboard back. I am located in the USA and I believe the customer service rep may have been located overseas because the email response times were about 12-24 hours (which was okay, because it was still very prompt).

After sending my product for return, I followed up with bang good through my email chain and I was refunded promptly. Overall my customer service experience was very good and I will definitely be purchasing from bang good again!

TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY

BANGGOOD floods the internet with their BIG sales especially to people on Facebook. I got sucked in because I needed a nice case for my new Drone. They had the perfect case for my exact drone. I ordered the case and I was so happy when it came today until I opened the box and found the WRONG CASE FOR THE WRONG DRONE. I have attached the photo of the item I ordered on the left and what they shipped me on the right When you try to contact Banggood they make sure you cannot get to them no matter how hard you try. If you want to return the item YOU must pay shipping and they will refund a "partial amount". DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BANGGOOD

Ordered few times before, always took awhile to get, but got it in the end.
This time, it says:
"In stock. Processing time: Ships in 24 hours
Shipping time: 7-20 business days."
But in reality:

Which is odd, because they provided me with what I think fake tracking awhile ago saying:
" 2019-07-20 Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 4:41 am on July 20,2019. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date"

I'm not sure I'm going to get it at all, passing it over to paypal for refund.

I have had to contact them so many times. Most of times good, BUT there is a package that has never arrived and they do nothing. So if you buy something remember that you have to pay an extra for insurance.
They are supposed to put it in the own price! Their business consist on sending items to people, they should assure they arrive!
They have items of bad quality, be careful ;)

I'm a bit surprised by the numerous very negative reviews that I have read here.
I've been buying some items on Banggood for several years, especially for RC aero (planes, helicopters, drones, all built or spare parts to build or to replace). I've also bought at least 3 phones, a few tablets, so I know them quite well now...

I've received 98% of my commands: that's an estimation of course... but each time I had a problem, they have sent a new shipment. It was "cheap" products (less than 30$), but if it had occured for "expensive" one (such as phones), the tracking would have avoided I think the lost of the item. So I'm kind of sceptical of the people telling that Banggood doesn't send items or give false shipments reference...

By the way, I never had to pay custom duties (I live in France), which is always something to be worried about when you buy from China.

It occured sometimes that a product was defective. The customer service of Banggood always asked for a proof (picture, and sometimes a video). That was the case for a USB drive recently, so I made a video published on Youtube and after contacting the aftersale (with Messenger on my phone) they took 1 day to analyse the video and then they proposed to send a new one. That's maybe boring for the customer, but at least they have always proposed a replacement item or a fund.
The most boring was for a phone received which had a dead pixel: it has been a bit complicated to be refunded since they asked me to send the phone back to China. That's the only complaint I can have. But being honest, it seems normal to send back a defective item to be refunded, especially if this item is more than 100$.

So my global experience over all my items bought from them is rather very good. Prices are good (as many Chinese sellers) but I feel confident about the fact that it's a "big" seller which will take care of my problem if unfortunately I have a problem.

Most of my transactions with this company have been either really bad or really good. Dont buy anything with narrow sleeves or narrow pant legs, unless you have a 10 year old child.
I have learned the hard way with clothes, coats, shirts, shorts, pants, etc that dont fit.
Pick loose dresses, loose elastic waist pants, wait for sales, and be patient. Buy 3 sizes bigger than you are.
Always use Paypal, they will intervene and refund you if they request to ship back to Hong Kong with tracking for $71. From North America when the pants were $25.
Communication is horrible. Automated and makes no sense.

Items did not arrive

Items did not arrive, even though they were shipped with EU Priority Mail. Exchanged emails for 2 weeks on and they were saying the package should be at the local post office, because that's what "logistics replied", even though the tracking number clearly stated they were lying. Awful customer service, avoid them at all costs!

If you absolutely need to buy from them, use PayPal, never a credit/debit card.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a device that was shipped two and 1/2 weeks later without a critical cable. It was unuseable without the cable. Customer service is a joke. Responses take a full day. They refused to take the unit back because they said that shipping was "too expensive." They finally offered 800 Banggood points equal to $8.00 USD. Maybe the trade war with China will put this company out of business.

I recently had a really bad experience with banggood.com customer service.
1. I ordered an item that should have the gift, but it didn't show in the order detail. Right after that I online chatted with banggood.com and was confirmed the shipping will comes with the gift, thus I kept the order.
2. one month later, I receive the package without the gift
3. Online chatted with banggood again and another customer service girl confirmed the previous chatting history and aware of the mistake. However, she can not handle it (even after talked to her supervisor) and hence created a ticket for me
4. A few days later, many email exchanges with questions, now I was told that they can not ship the the missing gift becuase they are not sure about it.

Not only the process is a total hassle to customers, but also I lost my trust on banggood.com.

Have been using Banggood for several years and had no issues with bought items and shipping speed, until recently for the first time with one order that took more than usual to arrive and when it arrived, some items were damaged, and the other item missing so I had to contact the support customer service and request the resend for those items. BangBAD very bad

Package and object inside damaged. Sent pictures and videos but any operator is sending me the procedure to send the package back. An entire week of negotiations for buying another object similar or sending back the broken one paying the shipping! Unacettable. I suggest not to buy from them

Return a defective item
We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:
- This clause does not include products of a category with specific warranty terms as well as damages caused by incorrect usage of a product.

Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
Photo or video of the defective item;
Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem;

Within 90 days (from the date of shipment)
Upon being returned, the defective item will be refunded or replaced for free. Return shipping fee reimbursement is 35% of the item’s price up to a maximum of $40.
If the products malfunctions (except for reasons caused by incorrect usage and accidental or intentional damage) within 90 days after shipment, you can return the product back to us. You should receive an e-mail with the shipment date and other details after your order has been shipped. Once we receive and approve the return a full refund or replacement will be offered and a shipping cost reimbursement will be issued when you provide us with a receipt of the shipping charges you paid to send it back to us (the tracking number of the return package or a screenshot of the shipping receipt).
The return shipping fee should be less than 35% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than $40(USD). We will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact our customer service for a further confirmation.

After 90 days and within 180 days from shipment
After receiving the defective item, we will forward it to our repair center. The shipping fees both ways will be covered by Banggood.
If the item stops working after 90 days from its shipment, you can still return it and we will forward it to the manufacturer for a repair or a replacement. We can arrange a refund or a free replacement.
The reimbursement of the return shipping fees will cover 35% of the price of the item up to a maximum cost of $40. We will notify you by e-mail of any expected repair costs.

After 180 days from shipment
We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 180 days from shipment.
