I tried to get help from banggood when they left a $10 speaker out of a package they shipped. They told me to check with my neighbors and the post office to see what happened to the package. I got the package itself, it was simply missing a speaker! I pressed them for a refund or a replacement, but they never responded to that. A total ripoff company.
One of the worst websites stay away.
I have placed my order and i requested to cancel it on the same day its been more than 8 days and i still haven't received my refund.
They even had the nerve to threaten me that if i want a refund i would have to close the paypal dispute that i had initiated.
I understand that they do have attractive prices and offers but given this experience i just had i would advise you to simply stay away.

Today is October 6.
I bought on JULY a xiaomi mi 9 cellphone and a tracking number for the shipping. It was meant to arrive to USA in 7-20 business days. The package never left Belgium (the last update of the package is from august 13). I waited till last week when i had enough and i ask kindly for a solution. They told me that I was not gonna get a refund or resend the package because I didn't got an insurance... So for all the orders you have to pay EXTRA because if you dont pay that extra they can basically never deliver anything and still get the money.
I had to excalate the claim to paypal.
This is what they told me in the email "We advise you to buy shipping insurance next time." Like is my fault. Unbelievable.
By the way. I already check with my local post office and the package never arrived to the country.

I placed an order for 2 items for a radio controlled car. A radio ($20) and a steering servo ($30). They shipped the radio and did not ship the servo. Their customer service was terrible and they refused to correct. They required me to take a picture of an item I did not receive. This site is a total rip off.

Ordered a blitzwolf selfie stick, order confirmed, money taken, next day order cancelled, money refunded. No explanation, no offer of alternative color or notification of when stock would be available. Went on to live chat, big mistake, they operator may have technically been alive but his brain function should have cause for the life support to be turned off. Form my expierence, 4 out of 8 orders did not arrive in Germany. From this 4 orders I did not event get my money back, although shipping insurance was bought, too.
Communication is really bad. They answer, but they do not help you. Always the same templated answers. They want you to go to your local "postoffice" or to check if a neighbour has your package.
Delivery by 4PX ends at germany, where DHL or German Post take over.
In one case, the package was said to be delivered successfull, but according to the tracking returned to "Amazon Return Center", although it was ordered directly in the banggood.com shop.
DHL is no help either, they say, that only the sender can start a search order and bangood has no interest in doing so.

I won't recommend banggood personally,, Instead you should look for other companies like amazon, rakuten, ali express, geekbuying or gearbest. Banggood is really a big problem while you have to make a refund. For a simple refund they will give u a headache. You have to chat everyday with them and they will say like sure for 24 hrs we are going to refund and then next day it will be the same,, I am still waiting for them to make a refund. I purchased a security camera from Banggood. It arrived with the wrong adapter plug or Australia. They refunded me $7 and told me to buy one here in Australia. I did so and when I tried to set the camera up, it ended up being a faulty product. I have spent hours trying to set it up using my phone, ipad and even my husbands phone and keep getting the same error code. I took a video and sent it to Banggood. I have sent them about 10 or more emails and spoken on Messenger chat to a few different people and they seem to not understand or choose to not understand. Two weeks later and I get told I am going to be refunded $7 again instead of the full amount (minus the $7 I already received) which means they still owe me $32. Their customer after-sales is useless and condescending. I think they are just hoping that I will give up because of all the stress. I have learnt a valuable lesson here, to never ever buy from them again. We had another order worth even more for another item and got sent the wrong thing, but didn't bother complaining about that, and now wishing we had at the time, although I am guessing I would get the same run-around that we have had with this purchase. Banggood is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with when receiving a faulty product. I would never recommend Banggood to anybody. BUYER BEWARE - they are so difficult to deal with and I think the language barrier is a great problem with them understanding what I am saying, but the video I supplied and the screenshot of the error is explanation enough - language does not have anything to do with photographic proof that I have supplied countless times.

I rate my shopping history on Banggood at 3 stars. The first purchase was very successful, in the second I received a damaged device - after long negotiations I got a refund of part of the payment (at the cost of the spare part). The third purchase is this spare part - not very well fitted - the device needs modification to work well. Order two items received one. Endless email trail with the worst Customer Service ever. Asking for shipping labels of the item I did receive months ago (who keeps this stuff). They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again.
