Horrendous, nightmare of a lame excuse for an online store.
Wrong items sent with no refund. A number of other problems with this company that would require pages of description. They'll take your money claiming items are in stock when they are not and will NOT notify of the situation. If you get tracking, it is totally inaccurate. Countless bad reviews for this "company" from what seem to be thousands of disappointed and scammed customers are reconfirmed over and again. Orders that do arrive average about a month.
Just DO NOT buy from banggood. Does not matter what $ you think you might save, it WILL cost you in wasted time headache and worry. Spend the extra $10 or $20 and order from a US based company and has legitimate service. I was one of those that went in thinking i wouldn't happen to me, but if you order more than one item in an order or make more than one order, they will eventually pull some sneaky tricks to get your $. Read the other reviews and you'll see the patterns I am referring to. The "people" at bonggood know exactly what they are doing and they are being instructed to do so. They know just the right number of customers that they must to appear to be honestly serving in order to profit from ripping off the rest. A campaign to remove banggood from the internet should be launched to stop people from getting scammed by banggood.

I bought many things from Banggood over a few years and generally, I never had any issue but I also never needed to complain about anything or contact customer care.
Recently I ordered some 3D printer filament which was marked in stock, however, a few days later I got a notification that the item was actually out of stock and was given 3 options: wait, change order or refund. I opted for a refund. A couple weeks later I realized that I had actually not been given a refund. I contacted them and they kept insisting that the refund was actually made, they wanted meto send a screenshot of the paypal transaction history (!) which obviously I initially refused but then sent them an edited version to black out all sensitive information. They still kept insisting the refund was made when actually it wasn't. I then opened a dispute in paypal and paypal imediately decided in my favor giving me the refund. This is quite odd because if they really sent the refund I would have gotten it. To me it is very clearly a SCAM.

2. Yes I know how that works and when asked I chose to be refunded. There was no problem with this part of the process.
3. Your system correctly marked the item as to be refunded.
4. Your team, when contacted knew it was to be refunded.
5. HOWEVER, I never received the refund and your team kept insisting that they actually sent the refund. This is obviously not true.

I purchased an outdoor light that didn't work when I received it. The customer service department asked that I take pictures of every side of the shipping box along with video of the light not working. After sending all of that, they told me the would give me $40 so I could get it repaired. I was unable to find a Chinese light repair shop near me for some reason. They would not give me a refund even after I offered to send the light back at their expense. Stay away from this company at all costs. They will not help you if your merchandises is defective.

I ordered a roll out pianos. I was so excited to get it. It arrived Damaged and doesn't work. I tried to contact the company, and there isn't a phone number that works. It turn out they are in china, So I went through pay pal, They expected me to return it, witch is understandable, except the shipping to china cost more then I payed for the item. So Pay pale would do nothing and I lost all my money. I had to save up for this. I can't afford to by another one. I got completely ripped off. Don't buy anything from this company. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, I purchased this notebook used it twice before going on holiday, when I returned and tried to switch it on I got nothing, it's still in guarantee, however I simply can't get in touch with them, email after email simply doesn't work, so I'm £244.78 out of pocket.

Ordered a eachine VR 007 Pro and upon receipt charged battery as instructed. Turned of, set up drone and when I restarted 007 Pro only had a white screen with no way to get to the menus. Re-started multiple times with no success. Started a dialogue through emails for Tech assistance and received NO HELP. Decided to return merchandise and through emails have gotten to response on how to return. Am in process of having credit card reject payment and see where that gets me. Will keep you posted.

Banggood has disapointedly revealed to be the worst aftersales assistance ever.
I received the drone on 4th of september and discovered a problem on the 14th of september (within only 10 days). Banggood doesn't pay for the returning shipment if you return it more than 7 days after the delivery and that's one thing to take in mind when you purchase with them.
After too many emails sent back and forth with ridiculous offers, when I got clearance from Banggood to send the item I finally returned it back to China on the 8th of october (they offered me 30 euros for a refund of a useless drone for which I paid 300!).
On the 18th of october I got the reference from the tracking number that a Customer Notification had been sent, and the item was cleared from customs already on the 14th of october (as you can see in the screen shot). Today is the 31th of october and still nor the reply from Banggood neither the refund.
I am doing this review to advise others to be aware of these problems. I know that Banggood prices are low but if you happen to have some sort of problem with your item and you have to activate the warranty, it will be a nightmare.
I will never purchase in Banggood again, and I advise everyone not to do it also.

I bought from the site 4 times the packages arrived quickly in 3 of the cases, one more difficult but probably the carriers have their fault, a package was damaged but I was quickly compensated without too many negotiations. I think the packaging is weak in some cases and the carriers do not take care not to damage the packages, I recommend assuring, for Europe, the shipping method EU priority arrives home free of charge
Cheap, poorly made, too small And I have to send it back to China at my expense?

I am the victim of a banggood site scam from their affiliate program.
I set up a website to publish Banggood specials offers, to get paid through their affiliate program.
Once my registration was made, I had access from a certain MarietteSu to a shared file updated daily and that allowed me to publish every day new offers on my site.
I worked hardly, more than 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for almost 2 months. The audience of my website increased significantly.
I invested continually in the development of my website to make it more attractive.
I accumulated more than 40,000 affiliation points, a potential salary of US$4000...
And then, one day, recently, my account was suddenly locked, impossible to access to my orders and worse still to my gains of affiliations.
I ask for an explanation, but I never had any answer, no explanation, nothing a total silence.
I found evidence from other people who have suffered the same kind of mishap, some of them accused of "displaced attitude" without any evidence or explanation.
I'm revolted, I invested a lot of money and time.
I start an awareness campaign on social networks to denounce this kind of scam and these brutal methods of denigration, banishment and exclusion.
I know that I'm nothing for this Banggood company but that doesn't give them the right to treat people with total disregard and disrespect.

They sell third rate defective equipment without instructions. I bought video glasses that are supposed to be worned on ones face. When charging, the battery swells up and overheats. Imagine if this thing explodes on your face. Further, glasses are incomplete without some camre they sell separately and don't tell you upfront. The glasses are not bluetooth or any other method compatible with android or ios. Even Though Banggood site doesn't state that you have to pay for return shipping, Banggood.com wants you to pay to return their cheap garbage back. I left a negative feedback on their site which disappeared right away and all is left are deceitful positive feedbacks.
Don't buy anything from Banggood.com, they're a bunch of crooks like all Chinese companies are that I had a displeasure of dealing with.

For my Order Number: ******* (Android Box) on www.banggood.in, the Beijing Exchange Station has returned the parcel multiple times after been delivered to air transport.
Now since 12-Oct-2019, the package is untraceable and when contacted the live chat customer care they promised to revert via email in 24-48 hrs. With investigations.
With several security returns at the air transport and item been bagged multiple times, I have the apprehensions now that it is broken and/or lost, and therefore is untraceable.

All is well when you get the goods you order but when you dont, the customer service is verry dodgy to say the least. I have had a couple of item complaints and the customer service have not done any thing at all to help. The live chat seems friendly enough but everyting is confermed buy a superviser that will assess your case. They will always get back to you with an e-mail but then never do. Atleast never order any thing with out a tracking number, if the package is lost Banggood will not take resposibility. That is the bigg clue here, the lack of responsibility. For an International Corp. their standards are not well founded on taking care of their customers. I guess. What the hell can we do about it when we are half a world away ordering chip crapp on the nett. If they dont want to, the dont need to do $#*!t. I ordered a drone with a carry bag, No carry bag. I ordered 2 mini drones without tracking, No mini drones.

I ordered Android box on 10 September, but till today(Oct 15) its status is SHIPMENT INFORMATION SUBMITTED, I mailed them and chat with them many times, I asked for cancel my order and refund, but no use, so guys never ever order from banggood.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
