Item took more than 9 weeks to arrive, then turned out to be not the item I ordered. Have tried 4 times over the last 4 weeks to get a response to my complaint and have still heard nothing. The company seems okay if nothing goes wrong, but is horrible at customer service if there is problem.
Absolutely awful customer service. Stay away, the website is a scam and they almost never have anything they sell on stock.
It's the third order this month that I have to cancel because after weeks of waiting for three different items showing as in stock to dispatch, the customer service keeps on not responding and not even giving a timeline on when it would ship, even though they claim that the item is in stock

They won't mail your products for which you have paid for until and unless you are forced to make a complaint with Paypal. Then they send it via the most slowest way which takes months from China for the product to get to the US. Meanwhile, they get the money right away when you purchase. It's a scam--they should pay interest on the money the use without sending the product. Avoid!

They are just a bunch of scammers. Take money out of your credit card for non existent product. And refund it back if and when you raise a dispute claim to your credit card company. They use the customers for interest free bridging loan. In between once in a while they would actually send the product to hide the scam. Stay away from them. I ordered a product on 18th Dec 2019 for Christmas. The order remained as processing until I contacted them. Then I was told they will raise a ticket for the problem. I asked what problem? No answer. Then I raised a dispute with the credit card company and like magic after two days the money got credited back.
Even if they sell 10 products a day worth an average of £50 they get £500 free money every day. And many customers do not take the pain to raise a dispute with the credit card company. So just free money. For the rest just refund back when the credit card company contacts them with the dispute. To avoid black listing. Eventually they will get black listed. And comeback with a new website and continue the scam.

However, in the box of the product, I have a warranty card which prove that there is a one year warranty

Order no: ******* Soldering Iron. $14.48 total. I received it but wouldn't heat up enough to melt the solder. So I wanted to return it, get a refund or a credit to buy a different gun. To start a refund, you need to email the company about your issue. Just getting to that step is like a obstical course, very difficult to get to the section to send an email. No refund processing page. A few days later after not receiving a reply email, I found a way to live chat a support agent. I was able to live chat with an agent and gave all the info needed to get the refund process moving forward. The agent said that I would receive an email within 48 hours to move to the next step on my refund. A few days went by and I received nothing in my email. Talked with another agent 4 days later, same thing said, I would receive an email. Still nothing. Now I have talked to 4 support agents total, each saying that I will receive an email. Still no email(s). It's been 2 months now since I made my 1st refund request and still haven't receive any response regarding my refund. It feels like they stole my money.

Ordered 3 shirts through Banggood and whilst the online catalogue appeared attractive, the products were not. Order was placed in October and only arrived in late December with no emails to confirm the items were shipped or to indicate the status of the order. The quality of the fabric was poor and thin, very differnt to the description and sizes given on the Banggod website (even after using the measurements guidelines on their website). We have attempted to return the items but have been given a 'ticket' to indicate someone will get back to us via email. We are still waiting but have very little faith in their customer service, where to return the items and actually get a refund. Not a very happy experience.

I used to buy a lot from Banggood but no more. Customer service has badly deteriorated. My last order never arrived. When I finally inquired, six weeks after ordering, I was told it was returned to them but they do not know why. Address was correct. And I could not reorder because some items were no longer available. In previous order, some components described as new were actually pulls from equipment and we not in usable condition (see photo below for Banggood "new" power supply. In my current order, I received an immediate response in early November when I placed it stating the order was confirmed and shipped. Two weeks later I got a message that the order was "accepted. Another 8 days I received a message that the origin was "preparing to dispatch the goods." Then nothing after the first week in December. Approaching six weeks and no information and no delivery. Lack of information, misinformation on shipping, poor quality control of what their vendors are shipping. Also and finally, if you ever have to return something, even something obviously defective or misrepresented, prepare for hours spent sending photographs and a required video, endless hurdles that make it easier to throw away the items and forget the whole thing.

If you want to lose your money this is the right place. Paid for TV on 07.10.2019 today is 17.12.2019 and the TV was not even handed to courier. Had multiple issues with BangGood in the past: non-delivery, poor packaging, wrong products sent, faulty products, cancelling order under false pretense. The worst thing was BangGood never assumed responsibility on failed orders. It is almost impossible to get your money back. They are so cheep offering some virtual scores to redeem later at their store. Shipping is always slow and they insist customers should wait up to 60 days! Customer service is poor and customers are talking to a different person which has no clue.
BangGood takes every effort to slow order errors remediation process. Some email exchanges take weeks to no avail. This wears down many customers just like us and some eventually drop claims.

WOW, what a SCAM site. I have ordered goods in October and still didn't got them. Tracking information just shows some movement of goods in China, noting else. When i ask, after 2+ months for a refund, they refuse to refund me. But on their website it is written if a customer doesn't get goods in 60 days they will do full refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I consider myself as a very patient and respectful customer, this is the first time in my life a site/company pushed me off the edge.
I ordered a OnePlus 7T Glacier Blue color phone on the 11/11/19, there wasn't any notice anywhere that the phone is out of stock.
After about a month i saw that the status of the phone is "Back Order" (which means not in stock), while no one notified me of the situation, after contacting the support they gave me 3 options:
1. Wait for the phone to arrive
2. Choose another item for about the same price (which there isn't one)
3. Change the color of the phone
I asked if the other color is in stock, they said it is so i changed the color and they promised it will be shipped after 48 hours.
After 72 hours i saw that the status on the site is still "Back Order", i contacted the support again, they said the phone is not in stock (although the promised it is after changing color), and was asked to wait 7 days, and they checked and promise that it will be 100% in stock, i accepted.
I waited 9 days, entered the site, and to my "surprise" it was still in status "Back Order"! When contacting the support again, they asked me to wait for 17 more days! After waiting a month before i first contacted them, then asked for 7 more days for it to arrive to stock, and then 17 more days! Which in the end no one actually promises that it will be in stock (as to their previous promises), in the end i ordered the phone on 11/11/19, today is the 16/12/19 and the asked me to wait 17 more day which in the end in the beginning of 2020! And still no one really promises that it will actually be in stock at that time and after that wait 7-35 days more for the shipment to arrive. The whole time i asked for some compensation/faster shipping and the refused, in the end i cancelled my order.
Poor site, promise things and don't hold to the promises and just lie, even when i had a print screen with their promises.
Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them unless you are willing to wait an abnormal amount of time for the item.

I made an order with two smartphones from Banggood. Fisrt i had to wait almost 1 month for them to even ship my order, then when the package arrived there was only ONE phone inside, not two like i paid for!
I contacted banggood's customer support, they refused to refund or replace the undelivered phone claiming it was lost by the shipping carrier. The package was unopened when it got to me so haw can that be true? I sent them pictures and a video of me opening the package for the first time, but still they don't want to refund the undelivered phone. So i'm just supposed to take the loss!?
Absolutely terrible customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Trust me you'll save yourself a lot of wasted money, time and headaches.

I bought a laptop Telcast T15. When it arrived I had noticed the keyboard does not work and the charger is faulty (no power supply). I emailed Banggood straight away. I was asked to reapir the laptop locally. It is a joke. I refused to do that and asked for a full refund. They offered me a 30 pound discount so I rejected that generous offer. Now they want me to send the laptop back to China. The parcel will cost between 50 and 100 GBP. Ive refused to pay a shipping fee.
The laptop was DOA(dead on arrival) and banggood is responsible to cover the cost of shipping according to their ts&cs.
I now gave them 5 days to collect it. I know they won't so I am just waiting when the deadline passes. I'm going to contact my credit card provider for help. I am fed up with sending emails back and forth. They are doing everything to avoid the responsibility. Aviod this website. I will never buy from banggood.com again!

Where does it say on your 7DOA guarantee you only cover shipping costs up to 60USD.? By the way I got an email saying do not use DHL, DPD, FedEx, EMS, UPS as its more likely the item is going to be held at customs and taxes are going to be imposed. This is purely a scam trying yo put you off from complaining. Im done with you, will be claiming through my bank!

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
