I ordered a set of extended Joysticks for my DJI Mavic Transmitter for $10.99. They sent me the wrong one's which are absoltely useless to me.
After four emails and sending pictures so they understand what is wrong (attaching the last photo here) they offer me $5 as a compromise.
Please note they do not want to send me the correct item, they do not want to refund what I paid, but offer $5. I have never ever seen a compnay behave like this.
Wow I'm horribly dissatisfied with this website. At first the delivery time frame for my product was 3 weeks. Fair enough. On the last day that they could deliver they send an email saying that due to Chinese New Year my parcel will be delayed by another 20 working days. And to top it off I just got an email saying they require additional payment for import duties. Terrible service with hidden fine print about import duties.

After 2 weeks the selfie camera stop working contact banggood and they didn't t reply back and I open a case with PayPal to send me another phone but they refund the money and send the old phone back a d payyd the shipping from my money I wait a other 3 weeks I track my parcel and he arrived there in 16 days but stil they didn't refund me the money.
Contact again the PayPal a d after few hours they send me a email that they couldn't contact banggood a d I won the case so they refund me the money back.

I made a purchase of $245,94 from these scammers and they charged my card for $257,56. Upon checking my card statement, I immediately contacted SCAMMER BANGOOD and the operator on livechat told me that "it's because currency exchange, I'm now arranging you a refund of $11,62 ASAP" I said ok and logout. After waiting 3-5 days, no refund arrived me and I came back to livechat again, the operator told me that he escalated the issue and they will send me e-mail about this issue.
Finally after a few days I got an email from SCAMMER BANGGOOD and they are asking me where I saw the extra amount they charged, telling me to send livechat logs where we talked about about $11,62 etc etc. How on the earth a customer keep livechat logs? I am telling them check the logs from your systems, they are sending me email logs. We discussed and the operator promised me to send refund VIA LIVECHAT BUT THEY ARE SENDING ME EMAIL LOGS.
They are BIG SCAM ARTISTS, BANGGOOD SCAM ARTIST, BANGGOOD IS A SCAMMER, do not buy from banggood. I will think about to remove this feedback if I can get the refund of $11,62 they promised. Until that time I will never buy again from banggood.

Bought a drone and extra parts for my son's birthday. 2 weeks later the extra parts show up so I inquire about the drone. It's not in stock and they don't know if/when they'll get it back in. They refund the drone only after I file a dispute but now I'm stuck with useless extra parts that I paid for. This was a 6 week headache dealing with their robotic "customer service". Absolute garbage company.

When I ordered a linear scale and it was delivered incorrectly not even to the correct country and I could show this with tracking history
They do not complain to the shipping company but merely claim that the goods are delivered.
Is up to me to complain about a shipping in another country.

Wanting to return some items that do not fit, all you get are evasive e-mails telling you much they value your custom, are so disappointed that you are unhappy with the goods etc, etc, etc, no return address on their website, very hard to get in touch with them and they show no real interest in you returning goods and offering refunds

Trying to log on to my account on the site but cant because of a puzzle I have to do so I can show that im not a computer. The problem is that this piece cant be moved so I cant even get on my account to view my order. I start to highly doubt this site and from now on I have to view my "purchase" as a donation to a shady company in China. Lol! Maybe I will get the things I ordered but I doubt it. Next time I will donate to a charity instead of giving these people my money. If you ever consider to buy anything from BANGGOOD please reconsider. They will show low prices but you won't get the item. You buy the item and after the purchase they will tell you that it is out of stock. You wait full month without your item being shipped and then they make you wait another few weeks. You are lucky if you get your money back from them. They post fake positive reviews on different websites and in different languages making you believe it is genuine business. Don't get fooled.

It's been a week, despite yet another canned response, claiming "If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item", neither has been done. In fact, after I complained about the wrong tapes, I received the rest of my order, a MUSTOOL SD2 Soldering Station (ID: *******), which also needed a complaint. First, it was irresponsibly packaged, in a simple plastic bag, with no protection whatsoever. Luckily it appears the only damage was to the product box, and the manual. More problematic is that it is an astonishingly cheap product and has broken after two uses! The iron keeps bending in the middle because the threads strip far too easily. I can tighten the two halves back together, but they separate with the lightest of pressure making it completely useless.
I sent an additional email, which apparently didn't even rate an automated response. As there was no progress to the PayPal complaint, I was forced to escalated it to a chargeback case, adding the Soldering Station, and will await the results from PayPal.

They got my order wrong, sent me 4 tapes that were the wrong model, less than $15 worth of product. Not a big deal, easy to fix, right? So, what do they do when I ask them to fix it? First, they wait 4 days to respond, and then send me a canned response ASKING ME TO SEND THEM PICTURES!? This is so common with all of these Chinese companies, they are very polite, while they make things so incredibly difficult you eventually just give up! I sent them a very professional message, with all the pertinent info, including the differing model numbers. For them to even consider inconveniencing me even further with these outrageous requests is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, of which they have already wasted too much of.
When I told them this, they then simply ignored me, I haven't heard back from them since. So I have started a PayPal Case for the whopping $14.24, what a waste of time & effort. I will not be buying from Banggood again.
Purchased an item which failed soon after use. I am having to repeatedly contact them regarding this matter. No satisfactory action has been taken by them as yet. Better to purchase from within Australia and the company will then be subject to Australian Law. Or, purchase through Ebay so they can take action. Never buying form them again.
Update. It is now three weeks since my initial contact with Banggood. All that has happened is that I have been asked three times now to provide a video of the fault. This has been supplied early on. Honestly, I'm expecting this messaging to go on until I give up out of sheer futility. However, until the issue is resolved acceptably, I will continue to post my experience with this company on as many review sites as possible. Such pressure seems to be the only way to win with such entities.
Update: Banggood contacted me and asked me to take the product to a local repair shop to have them diagnose the issue (at my expense). I've never had a company try to dodge their responsibility for warranty like Banggood. Not impresses. I refused their suggestion. The faulty product is their responsibility alone.
Update: It is now over 6 weeks since my initial contact with Banggood regarding the faulty product, and, the matter is still unresolved. In their last correspondence they suggested returning the product at my expense to China, once they receive it, they will determine if the product is actually faulty or not, and if they deem it faulty, issue a refund. I must say, that given their hopeless responses and avoidance to date, I have no trust in this company. I can see further loss incurred by myself on return freight costs. My response was that if I was to return the item I would get an independent local evaluation first, so that if warranty is refused I will have evidence to support my case on review sites. Alternatively I suggested a substantial, but part refund.
My suggestion for a part refund was ignored. They have only suggested I post the item back to China. Even though Banggood have a warehouse in Australia, they, conveniently, to not have a "return centre" in Australia. Faulty itmes must be posted back to China!

I bought one item a leather cap, everything was fine, item arrived ok very happy with it so I ordered a small tool only about 5 dollars, it didn't arrive, I waited because I thought it might be late due to New Year celebrations, I tried to make contact with them but they do not have an option to report a non delivered item, they do not even recognise the question, won't be buying anything else from them, image if I had bought a laptop, which I nearly did.

I ordered 3 items to test their abilities before agreeing to list their products on my own site via their dropship program.
1st item arrived broken in opened packets and showing signs of dirt and wear and tear. Clearly a customer return that had just been bagged up and sent out.
2nd Item arrived OK.
3rd item showed "in stock" when ordered now showing "out of stock"
The worst issue was their complete lack of customer service, just automated replies. I think this company have not got the back room support to effectively control stock, ship and deal with customer complaints.
I wish I had read the other reviews before using this company. If you are looking for a reliable dropshipper then look elsewhere.

This site is good but the customer services)agents are are very dissapointing, disgusting... they don't understand & communicate with their staff about a special message a customer left... overall it's very bad when it comes to refund process... it takes forever to understand you & refund. Banggood.com is one of the best China online shopping site that we usually purchase from small to large scale items shipped safely to Ethiopia.its also a pleasure doing business with them & they HV fast customer service & are responsible for their customer solving any problem regarding items shipped..
Their customer service and some pages on their site say they pay import taxes but they do not when you contact them about it. Stay well clear!

UPDATE - their reply, bellow is dismaying - just an automated response. Just to pretend they reply. All methods they suggest in the reply were the ones I used over and over again without success. Looks like the people they have to support is there just to pretend to listen to customers. Then they don't solve anything. A shame.

Their logistics partner to portugal (gls-group.eu) is terrible and declared the item was stolen while in their permises. However they insist that Bangood has to contact them in order to get the info that the item was stolen.
Banggood doesn't contact them and tells me I have to wait 60 days from purchase date.
The item will never arrive because was stolen. Already spent countless hours chatting with banggood support team and they never solve anything. Same with the guys from logistics company. If any of these companies wanted to solve the thing, would just need to talk to each other.
Oh - and I had paid to get the product in 6 to 14 business days (already 1 and half months has gone). And I had also paid insurance and looks like it was just a scham.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
