Terrible service from this company. I have bought a Garlinkit (bluetooth device voor Apple Carplay). It arrived in a lousy package and it simple does not work. I have contacted Banggood to send it back, but the message was; 'Make photos and a movie of the malfunction of the device'. You need to do a lot of effort to send a product back. This in contradiction with most of the online vendors. I am very unsatisfied about the service.
They make it nearly impossible to return things. You have to send them pictures of your complaint. There is almost daily emails back and forth. I think they're trying to use up all of the 30 day return policy time with correspondence. When they do finally agree to let you return the item, you have to pay international shipping and customs fees which can cost as much as the item. My advice is find the item you want on Amazon. They have a no questions asked return policy and they pay the return shipping.

Would give them a ZERO if this site allowed it. They refused to allow the return and refund of a dangerously defective (overheating) and badly damaged 3D printer, even though I reported the problems within 24 hrs and provided photo/video evidence. If you want to deal with a nightmare company with terrible business practices, Banggood is your place!

I am dissapointed from the service delays and shipping delays from Banggood.
The products aren't bad though. However I'd recommend buying the same products from other sites even paying more for them and having the peace of mind that the product will actually get delivered.

I purchased a metric woodworking self centering jig. I paid extra for expedited shipping 5 to 7 days. I received a notice that my order had shipped a couple of days later. The order then was picked up 2 weeks later and arrived 3 weeks from FedEx after my order placed. The tool shipped from the Arab Emirates which explains the delay.
The tool was poorly made. The tools was not nearly as well made as my Task jig. It looks like the bushings are not metric which is what I wanted.
I contacted customer service and they want me to send a video and pictures. Not worth the time.
I now have a $50 paper weight

Bought a Junsun S590 Dash Camera Order
Bought a Junsun S590 Dash Camera Order Number 73080774.
Purchased it on 12th September 2019, took about 5 weeks to arrive, then it would not work, it stated on the instructions that it would take a Sim Card up to 128GB, that was why I bought it, when I put in a 128GB Micro Sim I got Memory error on the screen, when I put in a 64 GB Sim I got the same message. I contacted Junsun and they advised me that it was unstable with a 128GB Sim, but it said on the instructions that it would take up to a 128GB Sim. Banggood asked me to send pictures of the problem which I did, then they asked me to send a video which I refused to do as I had sent them what they asked for, they are just trying to frustrate me.
I sent the Dash Camera back, they then said they would not refund me until they got the camera back, I had to send then the Post Office delivery date which was 25-11-2019, they had the camera in their possession when they stated they would not refund me until they had received the camera, Then I contacted them and asked about my refund, again they advised me on the 23-12-2019 that they could only refund me once they had received the item back, they had the item in their possession on the 25-11-2019 so they are still trying to frustrate me. They offered me £49 compensation for the Camera, I refused this as the Camera cost me £72.97, So I would have had to pay £23.97 for a duff camera, I then got a Email that they could not refund the return postage because I had turned on my chargeback, I do not know anything about that, I contacted my Credit Card Company and they advised me that this does not stop them refunding me anything, My Credit Card is now taking up this case. They then offered £40.00 Compensation for my trouble, now they have refused to do this. This Chinese company is now involved in the PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING, KEEP CLEAR OF THESE GANGSTERS.
I see Banggood has replied to my review, I have over 30 Emails back and forth from them since September, they know all the problems, they know everything now this is another part of their stalling, delaying and Proceeds of Crime to steal money for defective products, all they have to do is refund the £72.97 I paid for a faulty Dash Camera, the return shipping costs of £18.30 and the £49.00 Compensation they offered me, and my Credit Card Company says that their is nothing stopping them refunding money to my Credit Card, just further developments in Banggood's PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING. Any reputable company would sort out the problems quickly to avoid bad publicity, but Banggood is not interested in its reputation, only in defrauding you of money. They offered me TOKENS that means I have to buy more faulty items and be defrauded again. Another Email from Banggood, saying they cannot refund me my money as again they said I had turned on my Chargeback, so they could not refund me my money, return postage and compensation they advised me they would do, again my Credit Card Company said their is nothing stopping Banggood refunding the money to my credit card account, I asked Banggood to send me a photo of the their attempts to return the money to my credit card and show me what is stopping this happen, they have refused to do this, but I had to send them photographs of the problems with the faulty Dash Camera they sent me. So these CROOKS are selling faulty goods and refuse to refund the money, they are involved in the PROCEEDS OF CRIME AND MONEY LAUNDERING, Checking with other Credit Card Companies they are having problems with these CROOKS, KEEP CLEAR OF THEM. You see these Crooks reply, My Credit Card advises me that they have nothing blocking Banggood from refunding money into my credit card account, I see the one star comments go back to 2010, so these Crooks have been committing fraud on people all over the world for over 10 years. Credit Card Companies in the UK need to block any transactions with these crooks, as they have a 10 year record of fraud on people that buy their faulty products/
I made a bought on Banggood on January 16th (order number *******) and I am still waiting for my goods to arrive.
I paid $200 for the product and this price includes shipping insurance that supposedly guaranteed me that my product will arrive until February 10.
The product never arrived. I contact the company several times and they keep telling me that I have to wait.
I am certain that I will lose my money so this message is to warn everyone to never buy anything from Banggod website because you have a big probability of losing you money.

My first (and definitely last) order with this company was for a very expensive torch (Astrolux MF01S) costing me close to £100 including shipping insurance, but I received the wrong items.
When my package eventually arrived in Scotland it was two cheap plastic clutch bags worth a couple of £ and a small metal bin lid. You can imagine the sinking feeling I had in my gut at this point, so I contacted banggood and provided photographic evidence showing what arrived including package details, barcodes and detailed photos of the wrong items. Thankfully the package had a shipping weight that proves the heavy 1kg torch wasn't received and I thought it would be a straight forward issue and they'd send out a replacement item eventually. I was prepared to wait for however long it took to fix, if it meant eventually getting the item I really wanted and was excited about.
I eventually got an official reply after lots and lots of contact attempts stating "our courier Hermes must have opened your package and stole the torch, then replaced it with the cheap items and repackaged it" and they told me I hd to take it up with the courier instead.
Suffice to say they just washed their hands with it all and passed the blame, and now I'm left fighting for my money back over three months later. All I want is the torch I ordered and was very excited to receive, but instead I've basically paid £100 for months and months of stress instead and it STILL isn't resolved today.
My advice to anyone considering using this company is to only order very cheap items you don't care about ever seeing. You'll definitely be rolling the dice when ordering an expensive item. I tried to leave a review on their site but they censor the bad ones and nobody will ever see the really terrible experiences people have, so I had to come here to warn people instead.
There's reddit communities if you want to see more stories like mine before considering this company over ebay or amazon etc. Pay a little extra to actually receive your items and avoid the stress and disappointment. There's no useful customer service at this company whatsoever and eventually you'll end up in my situation if you keep ordering items from here. Is it worth the risk?

After ordering two tablets because the price was very good (too good now I know), different tablets arrived (diginote). These lack good english instructions and I cannot get them do do what I ordered them for so I requested RMA and refund within 7 days as noted per their rules but was never given a refund or RMA. They keep asking for more evidence (videotape!?) to prove they sent the wrong items. Surely they keep track of orders. Eventually just gave up and ate the loss.

I bought a cnc two tree 3d kit from Banggood waiting a month to get it. And when I did. It was shipped in a garbage bag. The pins on the cnc shield are bent over. And the chief component. The Uno r3 board was missing. Then I tried to get a hold of banggood for hours that day. With no prevail. I also tried their live chat. Hahahaha got kicked off 20 times. Never deal with this awful company. I ordered an item that was supposed to fit my setup. When I received it, it was the wrong model. I had the painful experience of going through Banggood to buy a MI9 smartphone from Xioami for a value of 385.90.
I took the insurance option at 10 to avoid having delivery problems.
Delivery went through: EU Priority Line carried out by Royal Shipments which is in Poland.
I never received the phone which was noted as "delivered to the mailbox" on the tracking site.
I was there that day and it is unlikely that anyone would have had time to steal the package before me. Besides, it is incredible to deliver a smartphone without signature.
In short despite the insurance I have no right to any refund because of the status of the order delivered!

After order an 2 phone in black Friday 1 for me and 1 for my wife 29. 11. 19. (i have saved 4 month salary each one)
No one send a mail or even a massage in the site the the item is out of stuck.
I have to find it out by myself after more then 3 weeks.
Because if i know before i was cancel and buy some where else.
But i have to wait and wait every week i spoke with the service they say please wait 7 more days.
Wait for 2.5 month and now they send my 2 phones.
Now the funny thing this 2 phones send in the same day 20m apart and 40 number in the shipping tracking number.
My wife get her phone 10 days ago. When i try to check where is my cant find it. I talk with my post office and costume they say my item didn't arrive to my country.
Talk with the shipping company they use they say they cant check it only if the sender will ask to investigate and now i try a week to explain Banggood the logic and ask to investigate because my phone now is totally broken and the only thing i ask is to check it and not wait 30 more day just to see that my package was lost and then they will give me back the money and didn't even compensated for everything I went through because this is bang good they didn't even care that the product was out of stuck they dont care for there costumers the service make you crazy!
The price didn't worth it! All the other site you can order from maybe cost a bit more but the service is great! When you ask to check you order on other site they do all they can to help you because you pay and you are A valuable customer and they value you and give you the service you need to get! Unlike bang good that dont care just want your money

I have ordered from them in the past and had no problem (other than long waits) but this time is different.
I ordered from them in January with estimated delivery before Valentine's day. Near the end of February and they haven't delivered. Efforts to get any information at all are always met with the reply "wait".
The customer service cannot provide any delivery information, tracking information, or customer services.
Refund requests are met with polite requests to wait longer. I think they hope customers will give up on them. It looks like Banggood is a scam company.
No one at Banggood is able to resolve problems.
Don't waste your money or time with this retailer.

A place 2 orders with one day between each order, the second one arrived 2 weeks lather but the first one never arrived. Every time I Chat with the services they haved a different story for my order. After 6 weeks of waiting I decided to order the same product at Amazon and I received it 3 days lather.

Do not give this company your money. You will not receive the goods and they will give you the run around for days on end before telling you that your payment wasn't received. No matter that you have a receipt from the bank showing payment was made. Buy from these scammers at your own risk.

They offer points for different things you do on the site but when you try to use them you are very limited to how many points you can use. Also the customer service is terrible when something goes wrong or product needs warranty forget it.One month 4 emails and 3 chad sessions and no reply from them. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
