A REALLY BAD COMPANY

This is a company that is based in, and ships from, China. They are a gadgets & plaything type distributer. I have made multiple orders from them, and this is my experience:
1. The merchandise that you may or may not eventually receive is as advertised
2. You may or may not receive your merchandise. If the merchandise does not arrive, you will need to civilly correspond with the company for a month or so, and at the end of that time you may or may not be compensated for non-receipt. PayPal seems to get their attention pretty well sometimes.
3. If your merchandise is received damaged, the company may or may not partially compensate you after one or two months of correspondence, furnishing of pictures of the damage, the packing material and labels, and a video.
4. Their tracking system doesn't.
5. If your order is lost in shipment, the company will do nothing even though they made you pay for insurance.
6. Shipping will indeed take 6 to 8 weeks if you ever actually receive your merchandise.

All in all, a VERY BAD company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I make order 6 March and for 19 days I see many updates on track shipment after this it's transit, every time I talk with customer service to check why take to long to transit? Say wait it will be delivery in date and will COVID-19 will not effect on delivery, after the end time shipping it was 35 work day, they tell me can you check if order delivery to you Post Office, they can't be sure if shipment delivery or not and status in site transit in china don't leave it yet.

After more days with bad customer service and automatic reply, someone tell me ok, we will see why shipment still transit "after more 35 workdays" and we will refund money for you but after 30 days, relly I order from many stores in china but this first time making this review it's so bad and there is no professional or explicit responses, all they have waited 35 working days and then waited 30 days for a refund because unfortunately, we have a problem in delivering orders

I ordered a 3d printer on 13/4 from the local warehouse in CZ. When I ordered there was a 24 hour shipping period and enough stock. The expected shipping date was 15/04. On 17/04 the status was still processing so I contacted the customer service and they said it would be shipped in 24-48 hours. On 20/04 still nothing happened and I contacted customer service again. In the mean time the site no longer had stock in the CZ warehouse available but in Spain it was still possible to order. They told me again that it would be shipped in 24 hours. But I told them I did not believe it and they promised for the second time this would get priority and a 'special' team would send me an email within 3 to 4 hours. Needles to say there was no email at all.

So I contacted them back for the 3rd time and again went over the complete procedure.
1) we are sorry
2) let me have a look
3) it will be shipped the next 24-48 hours please have patience
4) I highlighted your case on high priority.
I have forwarded your issue to our concerned team and now they will look into the matter and will contact you via email in next 3-4 hours with the resolution.

This scenario will repeat every time you contact them. The concerned team = the bin. I did not see an email.

If you get trapped in this treadmill your only hope is that finally the goods arrive or you cancel the order and hope you get your money back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The positive reviews below MUST be fake! They CLAIM 1-2 free shipping. Its ACTUALLY 40 days (For UK, 100+ days for outside the UK)

They refuse to refund or help. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE!

Bought a shirt for my husband and got a different low quality product.
I contacted the costumer support but all I got was an offer to buy another product or to be refunded only after the product was returned (at my expenses) to china. I was very upset and wrote a bad review.
I was than contacted by Banggood regarding my bad review, and the new costumer service was very useful and professional. After getting all the information, they refunded me. Thank you

They advertise a $20 off coupon for new customers - but it drops to $3-$5 at checkout, and that's with an order that meets their "minimum" for the coupon of $50. (My order was for a pair of shoes - I upped it from a $47 pair to a $60+ pair when I got stonewalled at the $50 min.)

I ordered a 3D printer, which should be shipped FROM the Czech republic (I choosed in the ordering form). Well, the item has been send on 6. April. I'm living in the Czech republic, so I expected delivery in 3 - 5 working days. In my order BG wrote, my item arrive on 15. April. Ok, today we have 16. April and... NOTHING! I complained per email and the answer? Delivery can take up to 25 WORKING days! Huh? Does this mean, if I order anything in Prague and let it ship to Brno (about 200 km), I will wait up to 25 working days?!? Wauu! BG sent me a tracking link of GERMAN (!) DHL. And what do You think? Correct! NOT FOUND! I tried other companies - PPL, GLS, NL post... - NOT found. It seems, BG didn't send anything and that "tracking" was fake. My order nr. Is *******, tracking CP*******DE

I ordered 4 finger oxygen/pulse testers@ 16 bucks a piece they said were in stock that never were they are a scam company they take your money and run their mouth with excuses will rip everyone off and file bankruptcy run with the money don't waste your money! The positive reviews are fake! They never have the part. Its a scam! They wont refund me for 17 days said it was my bank! No its a scam!

I have purchased several items from them (all less than $30). I had an inquiry about an order and clicked the Contact Us button. Took me to facebook messenger. It instantly loaded an ad. I closed the chat window without saying anything. But having had my messenger, they started spamming me on it. Would not remove my facebook details when asked; i know, because i'm still receiving ads on messenger - in addition to the countless ads i'm already getting in the email. They told me to block the messages at my end instead of deleting me at their end. So they just collect whatever data they can, anyway they can, and hold on to it; disregarding your privacy. This time i asked them to delete my account altogether, which they'd probably just disable it instead of deleting it. I'm sure i will still get ads in the email. So untrustworthy.

I've waited for over a month for an item to be shipped.
At first it appeared as Pre-order, and the price would go up the more people will order.
I ordered at 06/03, and it should have been shipped at 14/3.
That day came, and I entered banggood to see why it was not shipped yet, and it appears that the item is out of stock.

I contacted the support, and they said that it will be shipped within 2 week.

2 weeks have passed, and the item... you guessed right, not shipped.
Contacted them again, and said that I can cancel my order, or find a different product with same properties.
A different product would cost 20$ more, and the product I've ordered had its price up by 16$.
Even on AliExpress the item has the price up, but the seller on AliExpress actually has the item in stock.
I've waited a little longer, up until today, where I got an email today saying that the shipment would take longer due to lockdown in my country due to corona virus.
But I've been getting ordered in the last couple of weeks without any problems.
They blame me for the delay even though they didn't even ship the damn item, because it is out of stock, while the seller on AliExpress has thousands of items of the exact same product.

They wouldn't accept to compensate me for the inconvenience, with actual money (I wanted to get refunded with how the product costs today on Banggood, which is 16$ more), and they only offered 200 BG points which worth nothing, since I'm not going to shop there any more (and I was a valuable costumer of a lot of order in the past, and this wasn't my first order in Banggood).

They've lost me as a customer, and I'm not going to buy there again, and I suggest everyone to do the same.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, which looked very nice in the photos. But after waiting a long time and spending countless hours on phone with customer service, who kept asking me to wait for another week or so. I never received the ordered product. Finally contacted Paypal and after waiting for another 2-3 weeks and supplying them with the information that was at their own site, I got my money back. Terrible experience. I would only by on COD now, if possible.

Just received an RC car from this company and I want to immediately return it. I haven't even opened it. I had a text chat to initiate return, I had to provide pictures and other info, and they say they are sending a "ticket" to their colleagues. They won't provide a tracking number for the "ticket". I ask about the return policy and they say it will have to be returned to China and I have to pay customs fees! And how in the world will I ever be able to follow up on my refund? Nowhere on the website is there a mention of this policy of returning products to China. I point out that this product was shipped from California, not China. In fact, we didn't even pay for shipping to get it here because of a promotion but it definitely came from California. Their answer is I just have to wait for the team in India to respond to the ticket. This is already a hassle and I will not shop from this company again.

Cheap Cheap Cheap!

Bought 2 leather wallets that literally fell apart in 3 weeks. Bad stitching and not true leather. This is just another cheap product from this worthless website. Oh and shipping took 2 months said 10 days max and that sucks!
My recommendation is stay away in no way is this Chinese company a good place to shop!

Not a good experience with my first - and what will be my last purchase from them. I ordered a single item from them for $250. About an hour after placing the order I found a coupon code on their product page that I missed. I contacted them to see if I could use the code or get a credit. They said they could not because the order had already been processed. I really doubt it is that difficult to issue a credit after an order has been placed.

The funny part is that while I was chatting with them I was actually shopping on their site and found a drone I was going to order. I had the expectation that they would fix my problem and I would place another order. Not to be. Pretty basic customer service that they are apparently incapable of. Look elsewhere.

BANGGOOD DOESN'T HONOR ITS RETURN POLICY! I was sent a defective product. You can only contact them via email. The response was I had to ship the product back to China at my own expense and then they would consider a return. RIGHT! Like I'm going to pay for shipping that is probably more $$ than the product costs and get refunded by a Chinese company. Buyer beware!

Received a defective drone that was also missing the 2 extra batteries I paid for. Tried to get a refund in first 2 days. Sent pictures as asked and then Was told to ship to China instead of US warehouse it came from. Not worth the effort to pay for shipping to China and then wait at least 6 weeks for a refund " maybe". Found out later Amazon has dealers that sells the same drone with the famous no Hassle Amazon return and refund process. Scam company in their customer service. Never buy directly from Chinese vendor again. Not reputable

Nach meiner letzten, schlechten Erfahrung habe ich bei Banggood nur noch Kleinteile bestellt. Generell wurden die Preise angezogen und es lohnt sich zunehmend weniger bei Banggood zu bestellen.
Nun hängen zwei Bestellungen seit Anfang Februar in China fest. Das Tracking hat sich seit dem 6. Februar nicht mehr geändert.
Ich habe dann über den Live-Chat den Kundenservice kontaktiert.
Mir wurde dann in gefühlten 20-copy-paste Textbausteinen mitgeteilt, wie sehr man das bedauert. Ich möge bitte noch etwas länger warten etc. Abschließend wurde mir dann seitens des Service-Mitarbeiters noch ein 6-Dollar Gutschein als kleine Entschädigung zugesagt und es wurde mir zugesichert, dass er eine Sendungsverfolgung startet. Das Ergebnis würde ich dann, in wenigen Tagen per mail bekommen.
Tja, leider nein. Auch nach einer Woche gab es keine neuen Informationen und natürlich auch keinen Gutschein. Also erneut den Chat bemüht. Da wurden dann noch mehr, teilweise sogar identische Textbausteine des Bedauerns geschickt. Die einzige angebotene Lösung: Man hat mir die Rückgabegrundsätze kopiert und in den Chat eingefügt. Rückerstattung erst nach 60 Tagen etc... Von Sendungsverfolgung und Gutschein wollte der Mitarbeiter nichts wissen, das wäre im System nicht hinterlegt. Statt dessen wolle er meinen Fall an den Kundenservice weiterleiten. Die würden sich bei mir melden.
Das ist dann auch passiert. Ich habe eine mail erhalten, in der man wieder blumig sein Bedauern ausdrückt und mich auf die 60 Tage Lieferzeit verweist.

Beim Support weiß anscheinend keiner was da zuvor bereits "geregelt" wurde. Es werden falsche Versprechungen gemacht um den Kunden abzuwimmeln. Schade eigentlich.

Ich habe immer gern bei Banggood bestellt. Meine letzten Erfahrungen stehen aber im völligen Widerspruch zu dem was ich bisher erlebt habe. Ich werde künftig nicht mehr bei Banggood bestellen. Nun möchte ich eigentlich nur noch mein Geld zurück.
