I bought a water distiller that doesn't work correctly. It should distill water in 4 or 5 hours. It distills a quarter of the tank and stops. I start it up again and it distills a tiny bit more. It took over 24 hours to distill the entire tank. I tried again with a new tank of water. I allowed it to run overnight. After 12 hours, I had a full tank. I wrote to Banggood and they asked for a video and photos along with the invoice. I provided all with a request for a replacement or full refund and then heard nothing. I am ignored and left with a distiller that cost over $100 and doesn't work.
I bought an item that came out of box defective. I along with paypal, and credit card company in 6 months have been unable to get me a refund or replacement

Ordered a wallet about 6 weeks ago with no delivery yet. Tracing continues to show it is about to go out or is on it's way, E-mail last month says continue to wait, no other contact or help. Company is a disorganized rip off!

I have ordered three items from banggood, two arrived without a problem, one never arrived. That is not a good success record. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING A REFUND. Their customer support is totally useless, they won't help you with anything. Instead they use automatic responses and never read your previous mails. There is no communication, you would have a better time talking to a Speak&Spell. They will repeat the same thing over and over again in hopes you give up on the money. As some other reviewer said, avoid like the plague! Please learn from our mistakes and order elsewhere.

Waiting for over a month for my order and still not here and talking with them was useless. Their web site is not user friendly at all. No where in the transaction did it say it would take this long to get here and there is no information about postal tracking number. I asked for a refund but they refuse to give it.

Refusing to give refund. I have now asked 5 ties for a refund for items that never arrived. They repeatedly tell me to check tacking numbers and address. The package has not moved in over a months and was ordered two months ago. Having promised to refund after a certain date I then requested it and the whole process started again.

Long story short: sent me broken projector, sent them back 6 months ago and still waiting, customer service sending another lies or template message all the time I contact them.
Usually don't have to go so desperate to write public about support problems but really whats happening here forces me to do so - let it be a warning for those who plan to order something expensive.
In my case this expensive thing was Xiaomi laser projector for around 2K USD that broke after 4 months of usage. Its been almost 6months that I am dealing with Banggood and their ignorance. No projector. No money. No further email responses. Let it be a warning for anybody...

I ordered mask from them on March 30, 2020. I was told they would arrive within 2/3 weeks. I contacted them after this time passed and I had not received the mask and they responded with a tracking number. I have checked the tracking number SEVERAL times and it only says the package left China on April 2nd...nothing else. Thank God I paid them through PayPal. I have contacted PayPal and am waiting to hear back. I am certain I will get my money back. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I DON'T CARE HOW "REAL" THEY ARE! They LIE!!

I paid for express delivery which, unlike regular delivery, provides a tracking number. After two days without tracking number, I reached out to the customer support which gave me a tracking number, without courier name. After checking FedEx, UPS, I found out that the tracking was on DHL and the shipment was in Dubai. After 10 days, the tracking is still in Dubai. I reached out to DHL and was told that the label has been created but that the package has never been picked up. I consider it as a "dummy" tracking number. The customer support keeps pointing me to this dummy tracking number. At this point, considering all other reviews, I guess I will never get the item nor a refund. Stay Away.

Purchased a projector that was DEAD ON ARRIVAL.
I contacted support via messenger and was met with automated and robotic replies. I asked for a return as their "7 Days DOA Product Guarantee" states that 'if one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.' and 'If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and you may be asked to return it. We will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees'.
However, after gathering all my information, photos, and videos, support told me that I would have to pay for the return and customs fees. Messenger support then told me that they would forward my case onto email, where I was met with repetitive questions and robotics replies.
I spoke to atleast 6 different customer service representatives who did not understand the concept of receiving a product which did not work and the fact that I wanted to return it.
The last customer service representative I spoke to named Yina insisted that I take the projector apart myself to fix it. There were no obvious screws or handles to take the projector apart, I cannot do this myself as I did not create this product.
I am a customer, not a manufacturer or technician of this product. I am a customer who has put my trust and faith into BangGood to provide me with a working product. However, I was given a faulty product and no resolution. I am now out of pocket on a product that doesn't even turn on.

Peggior sito di acquisti online. Il servizio clienti è inesistente, composto di persone (?) che si limitano a ripetere sempre le stesse cose senza mai dare un reale supporto ai clienti. Ho acquistato un oggetto, vedendo rallentamenti nel procedere con la spedizione decido di contattarli per cancellare l'acquisto. Loro in tutta risposta decidono di procedere con la spedizione, ma fornendo un tracking non valido. Morale: l'oggetto non si capisce dove sia, il sito continua a rispondere che non possono più cancellare l'ordine (avrebbero dovuto farlo quando ho scritto loro, invece di tentare la truffa come hanno fatto) e rifiutano il rimborso di quanto speso, appellandosi a un regolamento del sito che è palesemente in contraddizione con le regolamentazioni Europee e Italiane per le vendite online valide anche per i siti localizzati in nazioni extra UE. Mi sento frodato, evitateli più che potete!

I have bough several things from this company and have not been happy at all. They send you pretty much junk or damaged products then they do not want to refund you! They also sell illegal products that they do not have permission to sell so if you are reselling anywhere you will get into trouble with the property owners, which happened to me.
Thier positive ratings, I believe, are faked. I have tried to leave feedback regarding products on their site and it would not let me so where are all the reviews coming from?
Here is a photo of my last order of goggles. They came all scratched you can barely see out of them and half the side plugs were missing on the goggles making them useless!

Bought a Drone E520S. After two minutes of flight, it started to smoke and its electronics were fried. I contact banggood and bottom line they dont care. I bought it because of the almost 100% great review in their pages... but I notice their dishonesty when I wrote my review and within minutes was deleted, I rewrote the review and they deleted again. I finally gave in to a $40 refund (drone was $135) because I was getting no where even after the "comment" from the company that was posted.
They started to tell me I was past my 30 day guarantee and not qualify for anything, even tho I was telling them this was there fault due to their reply and the run run around they were giving me by not honoring their warranty policy.
So I got the $40 quickly but have now paid $90 for a useless piece of plastic even tho I followed all of their warranty policy, they would not honor it at the end of the day. STAY AWAY!
The Eachine customer service also never acknowledged my three emails that I had sent them asking them if they could cover the warranty on their side. Just a horrible experience from all sides.

After waiting a month for Orders to arrive, And the tracking numbers are all invalid, Customer service informed me to first go to the post office and see if they have it, and if they do not do not call back for at least 60 days, and at that point they would see what they could do if anything.

All of these faux on line companies have crap products, ship from China, have little customer service and always offer a discount if you keep the item rather than returning. Product received was wrong, packing slip was correct. Sent pics three times, never got the correct part. I've learned a lesson after several purchases from several different ads. Bangood is BANGBAD!

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
