I purchased really expensive face masks and the site said they would be delivered in 2 weeks. Well, it has been 8 weeks. $35.00 for 10 masks and I have nothing to show. They told me to wait 43 more days! Do not buy from them! They are based out of China, so expect MAJOR SHIPPING DELAYS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Most of what you order will never ship, and you'll never see the money spent on those items again. They'll keep claiming they're "shipping" it, but the tracking doesn't lie.

Never recieved my items, tried chasing them up after 6 weeks and was told repeatedly to contact the delivery company which I did, they couldn't help and didn't know anything about the package, after 2 months I asked for a refund and they're not replying to me, I'm left over £150 down and dosen't look like I'm going to receive my items.

This is the worst company ever! I cancelled an order 5 minutes after placing it (after reading these bad reviews, which I should have read first). The assured me they would cancelled it and not charge my card.
The next day they said I had waited too long to cancel.
5 minutes is too long? I've worked in warehouses. Orders don't get placed in 5 minutes.
Banggoods deliberately ignored my cancellation so they could steal my money and send me products I don't want.
I contacted customer service several times and each time they said "Don't worry. Trust us. We will cancel."
Liars.

I fond this website online bought an ESC which I paid $152 the item is not working I asked for replacement and I said I will be happy to return it but they need to pay for shipping since item is not working. They offered me $30 then $50 then $70 later $130
Emails back and forth during weeks many times. They expect me to ship the item back and pay for shipping also refund me $130
Which is $20 cheaper than what I paid. Customer service don't even listen you or try to solve your problem replace the broken item they send you. They just try to make you pay as much as they can four their faulty item while when they are doing that they waste your time weeks. They still didn't accept to send me a replacement for the not working item shipped to me do not shop on this website and stress yourself it is better to pay couple more dollar use a professional website who can solve your problem without upsetting you when a broken or not working item shipped to your address.
I will reach Federer Trade Commission about what they did. They can't do this to people.

I am waiting for 2 orders one and a half month, the one is without a tracking number and the other is supposed to be shipped with DHL but it is claimed as not found in the system. Every time I contact them I get an automatic reply that increases the days I have to wait, first time was 20 days, then 40, then 70 and today it is 90 days! Best case they are not even at all professionals, worst case they are total scammers. Stay away from them!

An absolutely HORRIBLE company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a package from them on March 26th and also paid for fast delivery and I have yet to receive my package. Not e that I have ordered packages from Hong Kong(amongst other countries) and everything has worked out fine considering the pandemic. All other companies that I have been in contact with have provided excellent service.
Since my package was obviously late I have been in contact with Banggood three times and each time they have given me the worst service. THEY ARE HERE TO SCAM YOU! All they do is give you general answers and ask you to keep waiting.
The first time they told me to check with the post office, id the package would not be there I would get my money back. The second time the told me to wait another week, and if the package still hadn't arrived I would get my money back. The third time they told me to wait to 2020-07-03 and if the package still hadn't arrived I would get my money back. They are playing me for a fool and THEY WILL DO THAT TO YOU TOO!
Once again, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SITE!
Even if you get your package delivered, the quality is absolutely questionable! Trust me, this is NOT worth the headache.
And to anyone at Banggood reading this; please spare me your ridiculous policy.

Ordered a drone plus spare parts on Banggood, delivery time 4 weeks. Some spare parts delivered after 3 weeks. Called after 8 weeks, drone unfortunately could not be delivered, would get a refund for the drone. As the spare parts are useless without the drone, I requested an address to return the spare parts to. In the meantime I have called, web-chatted and send multiple emails but always get the same answer that I should reconsider and keep the items, irrespective what I write back.

Bitterly disappointed with customer service too.
The item I bought it cost 29 without the discount code at first.
Then I decided to apply the 10% discount code, and it was 26,40(final price) so I paid for this. However, to my surprise, I received a confirmation email saying I was charged 37,04!. I never saw this price on their website, otherwise I would have never bought it as it is pretty much 10 more!.
Therefore, I contacted the company to order a full refund and even I sent screenshots of every rate I saw before paying.
They did nothing but ignore my request. The only solution they gave me, it was 500 points which I won't use.
If the discount is based on the original price as they said, it should be clear in your website before paying, not increasing the price after paying.
I feel I have been deceived. They offer false advertising and charge for a price customers never authorize. Be careful!

Took me a long time to save the money to buy the product I ordered from Amazon. They sent me to banggood.com It's been exactly 2 months and 2 days since I placed my order. The product was sent back to them the first month. The only way they or I knew is when I asked where it was. I tried to cancel the order then but they ensured me it would be delivered in 10 to 15 days. 1 month later the package is still in China... Have contacted Paypal for help. They said to work with them some more. Iam waiting one more week. And then demanding my money back. All their chat lines and e-mail say "You No worries" while having a picture of what looks like a american guy named Mike. I saw the exact same complaint on this website. Will never again purchase from them "No worries".

I am really disappointed. I have ordered a product from them. It said that I will receive it in 10-20 days, I have paid priority mail as well and I received it after 1 month, not working. I can't use the product and I have e-mailed them. They replied however they are offering a refund of $40 for a product that costs around $250-270. I have told them I would like a new product or something similar but not less than I have paid for. They replied back asking me to find a shop that might fix it and they will refund the costs. If you buy something from them just keep this in mind, if you receive a product that is not working they will not help you. They will help you by telling you to fix it or maybe you'll accept 10-20% refund. This is the first and last time I'll buy something from them.

I paid £260 for a 3D printer which is faulty and will not print, I have supplied all the requested information and photos of the faults that Banggood wanted. Pics show no printing progress after 12 minutes using the supplied file on the SD card and USB connection not working either.
All replies from them don't actually try to resolve the problem, just delay actually trying to resolve anything.
There is no meaning to their replace or refund policy because they seem to have no intention of honouring it.
They seem intent on becoming a disreputable and dishonest company.

I bought (2) phones from them on April 18th, 2020. On April 22nd, 2020, the order shipped. Well, since then, DHL tracking shows that the shipping information has been received but not actually shipped. Today is May 11th, 2020 and the order still has not shipped. Banggod insists the order shipped but a supervisor from DHL called me back and stated they don't have the package as it would show updated on the tracking that the package as scanned and in their system. All that shows is that they are waiting for the package still. The supervisor assured me that they do not yet have the package. When the package is picked up from the shipper, they scan the package to show that it was picked up and in my case, it has not yet been picked up. I have been back and forth, back and forth with Banggood about this and they do not seem to understand that my order HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED! I am so tired of this. I am so stressed out over this. Even the tracking shows it has not been picked up yet. Help to change my mind and not feel like I was ripped off. My order number is - *******

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
