Over 15 E-Mails I sent to them, at first it was related to a warranty issue and the need for a parts source so repairs to the two RC's that I purchased could be done. They never provided a warranty option ( return label), and after all of the e-mails that were sent, never did they provide info about parts acquisition for the products they were all to happy to take my money for. I even paid for the shipping back on one of the rc's, that had the warranty issue and the second one I refused delivery and it was returned then. I've yet to receive a return of my purchase price or the return postage of the one I mailed back at my expense, due to their not providing a return label! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS!

Believing in the honesty and integrity of everyone, I ordered 9 items from the company! 6 items arrived after more than a month but NON were like the picture on the web. The remaining three: One never arrived and two arrived with missing parts and wrong item! A total of $28.18 plus shipping was wasted out of $62.31 purchase. Communication was another problem. I send an email with pictures but they answered only one part of the email with one line and twice claimed they did not see the pictures! Not worth the hustle and time plus waste of money. Avoid!

I purchased a $5 item two months ago with a delivery date at the LONGEST of 18 days. I still have not received the item. I have contacted customer support and get the same response over and over "your item is in transit. Here is your tracking information. We cannot process a refund at this time due to the item being in transit. Do you mind waiting?" I always respond with "no, I will not wait. There has been no movement on the item per your tracking information. Please refund my money." I get the exact same response. I have created a case with PayPal and they will not respond to the case either. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They should NOT even be in business! Most likely the only reason they are is because they don't actually send the product and won't refund your money. COMPLETE SCAM! Stay away!

Purchaced a 2019 G730L back in February. Two weeks later the G730L became out of stock. I was told I had to wait another. 25 days until restocking and shipping of item. 22 days later the item was restocked. About 15 days later on April 8th the item was shipped. The email said it would be 10 days before I received it and I would get tracking info. Today is May 27th and still no drone. Tracking shows nada. Been stuck in the same spot as the day the tracking was given to me. The tracking states awaiting package somewhere in Los Angeles. I started this is February. It is now almost June. Oh yea. They also change the shipping date and purchase date in the app so it really only looks like you recently ordered it. It ensures they don't have to pay you a refund.

To start this off I would like to say that when things go well, there is no issues shopping at Banggood as they actually ship out the items. But once something goes wrong during the order process, they quickly bury their heads in the sand.
The last few months Banggood have had significant shipment delays and they refuse to take any responsibility for the issues, or even taking any proactive steps to inform the customer that there will be significant order delays. Till this day even though Banggood knows about the shipment issues they still use same affected shipment methods and still advertise the same delivery speed that they can not deliver within.
During the last few months I have been in touch with Banggood support regarding my delayed orders and they have been very unhelpful, providing just the same pre-written responses that are very useless. Banggood refuse to provide any compensation for these severely delayed orders and postpone the delivery time as they wish (from 60 days to 70 to 80), knowing I am not alone with these issues as there is countless of threads on Reddit about this. I would be fine if they just refunded the shipping costs to my Banggood account balance, but even this seems far fetched for Banggood as they simply try to avoid paying out compensation even if they do something wrong.
If Banggood wants to redeem themselves after this, they can follow this up with a proper response and nothing copypasted like on all the other reviews. At this point I can not recommend Banggood to anyone as of today and it is a shame as Banggood was really good a few years ago, but now they just charge more for the items and provide an awful buying experience when things go south.
So tl; dr: Avoid Banggood till they step up their game and return to their old ways of doing business.

The fishing pole was delievered damaged. The eye loop to be specific was bent. Contaced Banggood customer service advised me to "This curved part can be straightened". Poor customer services. The eye loop on this specific fishing pole has a plastic ring within the metal loop which is damage and will cut my fishing line. You can't just bend it back. Worst customer service ever!

Order never arived. Wrote them number of times only to receive almost identical automatic answer. Almost because every time they added more days to the their delivery time policy. When I wrote them with complain that it feels like they're scamming me I got answer with... the same answer and 5 more days to the shipping time. At this moment I consider this company a scam and will be trying to get a chargeback and never deal with this disgusting "company" again.

Order 50 Masks. Got 25. They charged me for 50.
After complaint they ask me for photos and documents over and over again. I have sent them everything 3 times. The documents clearly show 50 ordered and paid, 25 delivered (on Commercial invoice).
They systematically fake the commercial values for very low ones.
They overcharged me 100USD.
That's what I call fraud.

I'm am a real 16 year old, and I absolutely trust this company because of their fair prices. I ordered a $300 drone and it is fine. People are just over exaggerating because they buy stuff for $20 and expect $80 quality.

I ordered Toilet paper and non-surgical masks set of 20 back on April 8,2020. I paid the amount and they came from

Wish I would have known how the business operates. Complete ripoff and terrible customer service. I ordered an RC car for my son (he actually worked to earn the money) and this company has completely ripped him off. I have gone back and forth many (over 10) times with the service person. I made sure to specifically ask Banggood, DO YOU HAVE ANY SHIPPING PROBLEMS DURING COVID19? They replied, ofcourse not, everything as usual. Then where the hell is all of my stuff? It says on the site maximum delivery time is 15 days... Ive been waiting almost 2 months now. Over a month after my order and stiil they haven't even shipped to the courier... they won't offer a refund and cancel the order... they lie blatantly about having shipped when their own tracking link they give you states they haven't been given the product to deliver...

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
