WORST company I have dealt with. Ordered 3 dresses. ALL were cheap, poorly made and smelt really bad. One was ridiculously small, one came apart at the seams and the last shrunk when I washed it. Wrote them the day after I record them and they won't refund me my money. Even tho I met all requirements of their return party. TERRIBLE company!
Placed order two months ago. I knew it was going to take sometime to receive the order but this is ridiculous, I have not received, i have not been able to get a straight answer about canceling the order or getting a refund. There is no customer service at all. Seem like the money is lost but hoping this review prevents somebody from placing an order with this outfit.

Quite possibly THEE WORST SITE TO PURCHASE FOR ANYONE! I was enticed for their unbeatable prices on electronics, tools and drones (My hobby). My first couple of orders started in late January. Around late February I needed masks and gloves for my family to weather the Corona virus here in the US. I was having a hard time finding them on Amazon or Ebay etc. They seem to have them available and cheap. So I put three different orders in. After almost three months I decided to open a chat and inquire. Turned out one was supposedly shipped back to them (BULL$H*T). One was never shipped (they said it was on website with tracking) and the third was shipped a month after I ordered it and to this day it has not arrived (3+ months). On a positive note I ordered a drone that I paid an extra $15.00 for expedited shipping. I found out it was shipped from within the US and it took almost two months to receive. It came with a bad battery so I had to jump through hoops for them to send me a replacement battery. I had to send video and pictures and an explanation of what the problem is. After two weeks of going back & forth and jumping through hoops they said they are sending a replacement battery ASAP. Long story even longer it's been two more months and China post reported it was just shipped today from California? They entice you with great prices but shipping, refund and customer service is the worst ever! Hey Banggood you are full of crap and your way of doing business really is horrible. Everything their auto response Kathrine L writes is BS, you guys have 1 out of 5 star reviews and you have thousands of unhappy customers? Lets see how they spin their response...

I have the exact same experience with BG as another reviewer phrased it: "All replies from them don't actually try to resolve the problem, just delay actually trying to resolve anything." I couldn't agree more.
I have been in this case for a year now. I paid for a projector that I never received. BG sent me some other unit instead that is not fit for purpose. I contacted their customer service and after proving my point I was requested to send the wrong device back. I have done everything as per BG's procedures and in good faith. Then they simply left the parcel at customs so it was sent back to me. This all on my expense of course. In fairness to Chinese customs they kept the box there for 6 weeks pending collection, so it's definitely not their fault.
BG insisted that I don't send the device back again as the same thing might happen, resulting further loss "of time and money".
On the delays intentionally caused by BG customer service - PayPal and my credit card company couldn't do anything as BG made me run out of those 'claim a refund' deadlines, all by not responding to emails or the replies didn't make any sense and needed further clarifications and multiple follow-ups. I was led to believe that my issue would be resolved at some stage but now I know my expectations were wrong, all false hopes.
After a year of back and forth emails (around 350 of them so far, and this is not an exaggeration) there is still no agreement settled. The monetary compensation BG offered is nowhere near to cover my loss and they don't seem to (or ordered not to) understand what the real issue is with this type of business practices.
BG are nothing but smoke and mirrors. Another true quote from the reviewer mentioned above: "There is no meaning to their replace or refund policy because they seem to have no intention of honouring it."
Stay away at all costs.

My order has taken 40 business days not including weekends. Their policy is 25 to 40 days for delivery. I tried contacting them and they will not refund my money. This is unacceptable! They still want to tell me to wait. That's bull$#*!!

I've been trying to get into the hobby of fpv drone racing for a long while, and all I needed left was a pair of goggles, a very expensive and important purchase in the hobby. Banggood, after a month on waiting on my order, cancelled it 2 days before it was supposed to arrive. This is completely uncalled for. I get it is shipping from China, so yeah its going to take a bit, but I should have gotten an update weeks ago that the product ran out of stock. That wouldn't have been a big deal and completely understandable.

Promised 30 days shipment. Tracking indicated it still had not left china at 30 days. Customer service chat indicated I could not cancel because it had shipped and to was wait for 75 days. I opened case with paypal. Paypal paid me back after banggood did not respond to case. Got package about the same time as credit from paypal. Both boxes crushed because poorly packaged. One item did not match what I had bought entirely. So if you can't trust the description of the product and the shipping means that the product will be damaged while in transit and it takes over a month to reach you, i'd pay more to someone in us for product

I ordered several items between 3-29-2020 and 4-3-2020. It is 5-30-2020 and after submitting emails their response is, items shipped. Already over 2 months without items I paid for. I ordered items from China through another company in late April and already received them. I do not recomend still don't know if I will ever get items. Worst website/APP in the world for shopping by far! I bought a device that stop work properly after few months and they didnt cover the warranty... Actually didn't even answer my request! I've bought a smartphone, I've paid for shipping insurance too. The parcel was lost by the post - and they sent me an official mail, to forward it to BG to get a full refund.
It was 60 days ago. I weekly ask them to refund, and they are sending weekly the answer to wait another x days, because they want to prove if the parcel lost.
It is quite dissapointing.

We purchased surgical masks on April the 3rd... by April 26th, I had not heard anything and inquired via the online chat. They told me that they had not shipped yet and I requested a refund as I found the item elsewhere. I was told that a representative would reach out to me in order to get the refund. The next day, i received an email stating that the package had shipped and would arrive May 17th! It is May 28th and still nothing. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry
Answer: Crap! Really poor quality!
Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
