Wish I could give them no star! The customer service seems to be helpful but all they do is copy and past pre-written transcripts. I purchased my items 3 months ago and I still don't have any shipping information available. Every time I contact their customer service they promise that my problem will be solved within 8 hours but it never happened. This website is a huge scam!
First, they do not respond to email, don't bother trying, they will NEVER reply. If you use their chat, "the system is slow, or I can't get an update now". The clothing is asian size. If you are a US small, get an extra large. If you order clothing, some of it is real garbage, seconds or other rejects.
Pay a little more elsewhere and get what you want in less than four months.

Spend a few bucks more and get something that actually works. The only thing worse than a Chinese product is Chinese service. The readers digest version of my (only) perches was... product not as advertised, didn't work and took two months to receive. Just remember that you credit card company will fight them for you. Banggood needs to be shut down!

I own and run four companies in Australia, three of them is sales of products that mostly come from Chinese companies. Im continually dealing with imported goods from China. I ordered an item for my personal use, being a hardware product. When it arrived i found it was not the correct size that they advertised and i ordered. When i asked for them to address the issue that was their mistake and supply me the correct item they kept asking for pictures. Which i had sent 3 times, and three times offered me a bribe to settle my request.The bribe amount was at first 20% of purchase price and then 50%, how immature is that. All i want is the item they advertised and i ordered. But i is obvious to me they wont supply me the correct item because it will cost them more. This is a company that will not admit to their mistakes, that tells me they don t care about their customers. Its 19/6 20 I m still fighting this company. My advise Steer Clear.

BAD! BAD! BAD! I ordered a fogger from Banggood. Their selection button of 220V or 110V was camouflaged in the description. Why would a company send a 220V item to a 110 V country? They never questioned it and never showed it as 220V in their sales confirmation. When I finally caught the error and contacted them, they said it was too late. I asked if they could hold it at their US warehouse and just ship me a 110V model. Again they said that I could mail it back. The cost of mailing it back would be three quarters of the cost of the device. A step-down transformer would not make the device efficient. The customer service of this company is TERRIBLE. They claim to be an international company yet they have no follow-up and safe guards for their ordering process. AVOID them and consider another company. Any money savings is not worth it, believe me.

The one received, wouldn't fit a 10 year old and the material is cheap rubbish.
I received an email that they are cancelling my order because my it's out of stock. There is also an email that there is a refund of $109.21. After a day, the emails are all deleted and I could no longer see any records of my order in my account. I believe they are involved in shameful/dishonest practices with the customer.

Banggood IS NOT a reputable business by western standards. They let vendors hype and sell sub-standard products, live off the cash float and then the products are delivered two to three months later without any meaningful return/replacement options. I ordered a replacement part - a threaded rod for my 3D printer. Waited for 90 days. Never received it. Refused to give a full fund. They only offered the banggood points so you can use it towards for next item for discount. Shame on them. Worst online shopping experience, period!

Why does Facebook let these Chinese companys sell there junk on there site, it's obvious that by reading reviews that where bing ripped off.
I purchased a pair of shoes that smelt so bad that I left them out side for a week but the chemical smell did not go away so I through them in the garbage.
Also order a size 12 the shoe they sent size 13 that was the info on the box, but the actual fact the shoe was size 10? Beware of clothing and shoes and other products on Facebook and Instagram

I ordered a BP digital watch that took more 2 months to arrive from and it did, it was defective, didn't work at all, and had missing pieces. I contacted customer service multiple times about this issue over the phone and I also sent emails describing the issue as well. According to their policy, I had met their 7 days DOA product guarantee, but they refused to send me the prepaid return label to ship it back to you. I had no choice but to dispute this charge with Paypal for chargeback but too were of no help because of the lack of customer service and ended up rubber stamping for them. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
