"Bad, bad, bad customer services" I'd give them less then zero stars
More than 90 days waiting for the order that never arrived at my place, and each time they told me to wait another 30 days and it will be resolved. Lying all the time and I think they don't even know where the order is. And they refuse to return the money.

Recently ordered quite a few items from banggood and it came in 3 parcels. All was fine until I received the final parcel - it was missing an item. I'm currently on my 7th email to customer 'support' which have done nothing except offer a partial refund of 1.53 for an item which cost 1.91 + shipping. They deem it acceptable to offer a partial refund because I 'enjoyed' a discount... for an item that I never received. If I were to accept the refund I would be out of pocket if I were to buy another one, which I really don't feel inclined to do because there's no guarantee that I'll receive it. I understand it's not a huge amount of money but this is essentially theft, I own the item and they refuse to send it to me. There is nothing difficult to understand about this - I paid money for the item and it did not arrive. A multi-million dollar company should have no issue sending the item out as they've probably spent more 'dealing' with this issue, they have my money anyway. I understand that this is probably a rare issue (everything else arrived fine) but I can't recommend them at this current time.

I purchased a drone from this site and totally did not work as advertised. After waiting's over a month, the drone arrived in a banged up box. The drone was intact, but it did not have the features I payed for. I notified banggood customer service. They initially pretended to try to rectify the situation but eventually just stopped responded to my emails. $300 wasted. If you value your money, buy from another site.

There are several points. They mark everything as shipped immediately to prevent cancellations.
I paid for priority usps mail, and what I read on the usps site is parcel select lightweight. They are not the same and parcel select may in some cases cost more but with worse service, meant for Hazmat ground only shipping.In bulk it would be cheaper for banggood. Arent charges for a service not provided over the internet wire fraud?
The worst thing is they shipped from a US source but handed off to an unknown third party shipper, whose function is to shelve the item, not handing it off to the post office after they get it, but to hold it for many, many days. Weeks. This is to motivate the purchase of more expensive shipping options on future orders it looks as being.And they now claim the 15 to 20 day shipping I paid for is now 31 day shipping. Even though it IS listed as 15 to 20 day shipping. Maybe not then even?
They must be based overseas to scofflaw as they do.

If you want to pay less, yes, maybe you can chose this shop, but if you want your item, please don't. I have been waiting for more than a month, but the item I paid for has never been shipped. And the expected shipping time always moves further. I could understand many things, but the incorrect moves cannot be blamed on covid.

Sly Chinese making false statements after the sale-3 months later no masks. I had to had my bank get a refund for me and even through the process they lied consistently. With everything going on in the US our government should put an injunction with then and any other country making our daily routine more difficult than it already is.

Packet never come and no refound. I order silicon mat they never give tracking code. After 2.5 months i ask where is my packet and they said its allready come and go back. I never get informaation that my packet is my town. Lost money and packet. Thanks

I have ordered a tablet from this shop, unpacked it and turn it on. After 5-10 minutes of use, half of the tablet screen started to flicker and then goes dark. So I tried to contact their help center and refered to their 7 Days DOA Product Guarantee. I followed exactly the procedure on their web site and sent them email with attached photos. I sent them 4 emails within 7 days... and, no reaction from them. They didn't even send me a message that they registered my emails.
If you want to loose your money and end up with malfunctioning product Banggood is the right place for you.
Update: Ater 4 emails, customer service replied to me. They asked me to make a video of the issue with the item and send it by email. After two days they informed me that I have to check the shipping cost back to China and that they will send me back the money. We agreed on shipping cost and after 6 weeks, the item was back in China. Seller refunded the whole purchasing price in USD. As my currency is EUR and in the meantime EUR appreciated, I got less EUR than I paid. After another week they refunded also part of shipping cost back to China, so at the end I had a loss of approximately 20 EUR (due to partial refund of shipping cost and USD depreciation against EUR).
My final rating is that they offer guarantee, but you have to exchange several emails, send the item back, it takes several weeks till you get back the money and you have currency risk if your currency is not USD.
I have bougth also some items after this experience with the shop and will probably by more in the future. So if you can accept complicated refund (in case of an issue with the item), it is a good shop to buy from.

Absolutely shocking experience, never will use again.
Ordered items which arrived damaged and unusable, asked for a refund and to let them collect the items, and they would only offer <20% refund which is completely illegal in the UK. They offered "points" initially, then when I rejected they offered the dollar amount... same to the points they offered, completely disregarding my requests.
After pointing out it is illegal in the UK they then offered ~45% refund... despite me making clear I wanted a full refund.
Be aware that if you have any problems they will not stick to the laws of the country they're selling into - buy on credit card and ensure you're covered.

I have been trying to process a return for over a month. Immediately upon receiving the product, I reached out to process the return. Banggood ripped me off for an RC remote they charged me for, yet never even sent. I also didn't receive my refund despite them telling me that it would take three business days (it's been almost two weeks so far). I also never received a tool I bought from them for about three dollars that they claim was sent. I am so angry about this right now (particularly the 130 purchase, but I should be refunded for both).

I purchased four clothing items from Banggood last year. It took over 3 months for the items to arrive and none of the items fit. The garments looked NOTHING like what I selected. Very poor quality. Its a wrost app ever i had seen and also customer service is most horrible to a customer. Because i have ordered something from Banggood. But still 90 days passed and i have not received the materials and when i tried to get refund after 60 days they asked that Refund policy extended more 30 days due to lockdown. I have to contact after 90 days then they will process refund or resend. But while i have contacted after 90 days (as per customer service representative) they replied that again 20 days i have to wait. Its our fault that we trust to to them but they are not to trust. So please beaware from purchase anything from Banggood and trust them. Because there have no scope to rely them.

I was satisfied customer until there is problem. My Blitzwolf VC1 vacuum cleaner stopped charging after several months. Banggood does not accept the problem although lot of customers are experiencing same issue. They disparage the issue and does not reply. I am very disappointed with handling the dispute. I do not have working vacuum nor my money back. I do not recommend to buy anything valuable from Banggood.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
