Well after 3 attempts at getting my 3D printer which never worked fixed I basically gave up and sold it as non-working at a loss of around 300 GBP. The support person's insistence that they send me parts and I fix this myself (even after I told them that I am not technical and due to arthritis not really capable) just wore me down in the end. Amazingly I managed to replace the part they assumed was broken and it still did not work... at this point they didn't want to know. They should have collected this on day one but apparently the DOA guarantee does not apply if the item is going to cost them money to pick it up... and I sure as hell was not going to spend an additional 100 GBP to send it back (even though it came from a UK warehouse I apparently had to send it back to China).
In conclusion I would not buy a single item from them in the future... not a single nut, bolt or screw... and I would urge with all the strength i can muster to think very carefully before purchasing from them. Amazon may be more expensive but at least you have some peace of mind.
So what seems and age ago now I purchased a 3D printer from Banggood. Sadly the main board was fried on arrival so I reported it to customer services. They suggested they send the part out to replace it which I did not really want to do. As per their policy I wanted it collected and either replaced or refunded. Apparently this isn't the case and even though it came from the UK I was told I would have to pay a non-refundable 150 pounds to have it shipped back to China. After 2 weeks of customer services refusing to budge on this I had no option but to agree to having the part shipped out (plus 30 pounds of the 450 pounds refunded as goodwill gesture).
Well its 6 weeks later, tracking says the part is still in China and I have no working printer.
This company may not be a scam but their customer service puts them only slightly above this label.
I bought a mobile phone earlier in year, the site says universal however when it arrived it was set to mandarin and couldnt be changed to english. I sent it back, paying myself in February! When I email the company I get the excuse that chinese customs have it. I ask for an update and I get more excuses. Very very unhappy. I've ordered other stuff from the site, and while it takes awhile its been fine!

So I've ordered a few hats from banggood on 22 of may and still haven't good em, I thought because of this pandemic situation shipping can be delayed but there is no even tracking number. Don't use this website! It's a total SCAM

Purchased an item from Banggood. The item arrived damaged. There was no bubble wrap, padding, or any type of protection for the item I purchased.
When I contacted Banggood to see about returning the damaged item to exchange it, they wanted pictures showing the damage. Then they wanted videos showing the damage. I provided both. Still, they refused to exchange the item saying it would cost too much to return. That really shouldn't have mattered since I have to pay the return shipping costs. They refused to provide me the return shipping address. Instead they offered me $50 in lieu of returning the item, and to provide a review and send them screenshots of the stars. Banggood is pathetic. There's absolutely no consideration for the customer.
Banggood refused to exchange the item, and refused to refund my money. I will never do business with Banggood again.
This company is bad. Do not shop at Banggood. You will regret it.

I ordered a Mini PC from banggood. It product arrived damaged and would not function as promised. Following contact with banggood I was promised a full refund plus reimbursement of shipping cost. To date the company has stalled and used avoidance tactics to avoid allowing me to return the product for a full refund. Others have mentioned this and to me it seems like a corrupt practice. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people they are bad news have no integrity and likely not good business people.

Product was delivered late (but OK for COVID times) and looked OK, however it did not work as advertised at all (a race drone). Contacted customer service and are getting the run around. They refused to answer first, then offered 50% of the price as refund, then suggested to have it repaired in local repair shop (its a specialty item, there is none), then suggested to ship it back, then declined to carry the cost for return shipping to China... its going on since 6 weeks now, its silly. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back and told them so... no response. Stay far away or purchase items with money you don't need to ever see again.

I ordered a pressure sensor with a range of 1 meter. They fulfilled with a sensor with a 5 meter range, i. E., 1/5th resolution I needed. When notified of the discrepancy they said the part would still work for me. After more one line emails they asked for a photo of the part not working. The customer is always wrong I guess. I would give zero stars if possible. Buy from this company at your own risk.

The matter is solved after few parties involvement. It was long process, but glad it is over. The advantage of this company not just competitive prices, also the fast delivery (three days only), since it has own warehouse in Australia. Will purchase in the future and check the product reviews more carefully.

Two cameras do not have colour night vision as it stated, and one of them does not work. Sent photos and videos as requested for evidence, was ignored.
Found out quite few same cases related to this security camera under review. They also delete d my review, what a dishonest business.
Sure things appear to be cheaper but they advertised an item with larger items in their photo and had photos of just the larger item in their ad, misleading buyers to think they're paying an exorbitant amount for the larger item but sending you a small miniature item instead. Reached out to customer service, said they'd get back to me and no follow up. If you like to throw away your money, shop here.

I ordered a complete Induction heater and received the circuit board a broken cooling fan and the Tesla coil missing. After weeks of reporting the missing piece their response was to send pictures of packaging, components received and part missing. They kept changing their request for pictures to the point I told them I had sent enough photos to fill an album. They offered me a $15.00 refund for the missing part, I asked them what I was to do with a useless piece of equipment. Today they suggested I buy the missing part locally. My response was to tell they are IDIOTS if I could buy it locally why would I deal with BANGGOOD!

I ordered an item on July 6th, 2020. The tracking info indicated that the item was "delivered" on May 27th, 2020, which was BEFORE the date that I placed the delivery. Upon emailing them about the issue, I received the below robotic reply:
"We are sorry to hear that your order******* was returned due to incorrect name in the ad

We are able to arrange a refund which has deducted shipping feeUS$8.01 for you. Would you mind accepting it? Hope for your kindly understanding."
They want me to pay. For their terrible service. If you are thinking about ordering parts from them, use them as an absolute last resort.

It was the best webshop, but became a joke.
You have to wait weeks until they ship the item. If you ask, why? It's not in stock. Unfortunately the website shows it's in stock and ships in 24 hours (it did jót change in the last 4 weeks)
Shipping time? Don't believe what they write. It can be months easily. Of cours it is because of Corona virus. Interesting thing, Gearbest can ship faster no matter any virus.
Tariff insurance... The biggest joke!
I provided all documents that I had to pay custom duty weeks ago. Still no money back, but I am getting 1-3 emails every day. Or they want me to send the documents again and again, or they ask me to confirm, how much is the 60% of the value of the item what I ordered, or anything, what they can find out to do not pay.
Shipping insurance:
Estimated shipping time is 5-12 days. After 20 days and no tracking information, I asked them to send the item again. Of course, the answer is NO! They can do it after 3 months only!

I ordered my FIMI X8 SE 2020 from BangGood during their "pre-order" phase in April. The drone was supposed to be shipped 15th May 2020, and I have still not received my drone, whenever I contact support they ask me to wait just a few more days. I can only suggest to people that they DO NOT order from BangGood. I am also not the only person in this situation, there are many more on the Facebook groups for this drone.

Very Poor Customer Service especially as it comes to:
1) Reliability (not consistent on delivery timelines, variant package content where some missing a cable or some accessory or have their manual in Chinese sent to a US address and presumed to be delivered from a US warehouse)
2) Abiding by their own Return Policy: When requesting a return of a product, they find every possible excuse to waste time and encourage you to give up on your return idea by giving "canned email responses" that do not address the request. We have done couple of returns with them and each has taken more than 10 emails exchange over 2-3 weeks period of time where some people could easily give up. We were just persistent to make them happen despite the non-sense we had to deal with this retailer.
3) Refusing to take accountability or respond to media or 3rd party: The consumer rights as defined in North America is not something they acknowledge and even they may not be aware of. They leverage the fact that they are a foreign company and pay less attention to what is required re consumers protection in the USA and Canada. Check the Better Business Bureau BBB for actual formal complaints filed against them for which they failed to provide even a response to BBB.
Advice: Stay away, there are many other better vendors

I would never recommend this company if there was a rating lower than -0 it will be Banggood their customer service is OK but they follow through I rather give my money to homeless people and help them at least I know they would be appreciate it they had no problem taking my money but they could not deliver my product almost 2 months later what a let down this company should be shut down and investigate and sued I advise everyone to stay away and run like Godzilla was after you. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
