There were no problems with the first parcel. But they didn't send the second one. After a few weeks I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. They asked me to confirm it in an online form, which I did. No reply, no money. I emailed them 3 more times. And then they sent the parcel. But not by air(which I paid). It arrived after 3 more months. And 2 items were faulty(wrong model, wrong version of power supply). Now they want me to prove that I bought it in their store. But I don't do "unboxing" videos on YT. Stay away!
Ordered a wood kalimba. It came quickly, but there is a huge crack running halfway down the back and up over the top. And, like all wooden instruments, kalimbas can be sensitive to both humidity and temperature. So it's only a matter of time before it breaks completely in half. Unfortunately I do not have the time to send it back. Plus the shipping would cost more than what I paid for the item. I left negative feedback, which they have not posted. And I can not find any item that has a review less than 3 stars. Doesn't sound right huh? Go check for yourself.

I ordered a Malachite V-4 SDR radio…
I ordered a Malachite V-4 SDR radio receiver and it would not receive the standard AM broadcast band. I I warn all not to by active electronics from banggood.com. If it works your fine but if you have a problem your on your own for refunds. As a broadcast engineer this unit was clearly defective. Upon notifying Banggood.com they responded saying they have to have a video first which I supplied. Then they said they would get back with me after 24 hours. Heard nothing within 24hrs. After 70 hours I replied asking for a return and credit. They responded back in closing the ticket. This is poor customer service. If you are ordering connectors or parts your probably ok but acting electronic products be warned.

Totally scam, customer service is horrible, stay away at all costs. Bought an e-scooter from this website, broke in less than 2 months. Emailed them about the issue and sent them video proof. They responded they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. Okay 72 hours later no response received, email them again, they would pretend they didn't know about the case and asking me to further explain the issue. Okay I replied to that email, then received same response stating they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. And forever like this over and over again. I first contacted them on March 2020, it's now July 2020, no progress made at all.

Banggood is a scam... they have scamed many people out of greed.
I have experienced problems with these scamers and have tried there advertised phone number only to find that it is bogus ( false) they then sent another phone number via online chat service, only to find that number is also a lie... then they have other dirty tricks to stop you from being able to contact them... bang good is a scam for sure. They only want to take your money then leave you high a dry with practically no ability to get your money back...

I'm from Canada and I ordered from banggood, when I ordered it said that shipping was Canada direct mail, so I thought that they were shipping from Canada but when I checked the tracking I saw that it was shipped from China. Why the hell don't they say that they ship from China?

I recommending avoiding buying shoes from this company.
I ordered a pair of their casual shoes to my correct size (8.5 mens) and received shoes at least 3/4" too long. Wearing them, my toes were nowhere near the front tip of the shoes (see photo,) even though the sewn-on tag matched what should have been the correct size. 8.5, or 42 Euro. That tells me they do not know how to properly manufacture shoes to accurate US or Euro size measurements.
When I complained, by email, they emailed back asking if I would pay half-the-price of the original shoes for another, smaller size shipped, which I felt a ballsy & irresponsible offer, and which I refused as unacceptable. I planned to rate them 1 star, and the only reason I upped it to 2 stars was because, eventually, after lots of unnecessary back-&-forth emails, they refunded me in full.
So, with their poor shoe measurement and poor customer service, I'd recommend not ordering anything from Banggood.

Don't ever use this scam shopping app I bought a very poor quality cardigan gauze like and different colour from that was posted in the seller's pictures. Moreover, they posted a fake return policy where they mentioned that you can return any item in 30 days for no reason and you will pay for the return charges. In reality I've wasted almost 30 days in sending useless emails to their so called customer care and even vip one they said they I'll have to pay customs and other not mentioned before charges that will exceed the item's cost. Forgot to mention that they refused to send their courier representative to collect the item and requested that i send it on my own which will cost me 4 times the item cost. More importantly I used to be a regular important customer this is their way of dealing with me.
Scam scam scam save your money and use reputable other shopping apps like Amazon and Shein whom refunded my money on at once on the same day and even kept the returned item.

I bought pants from Banggood. The pants are made of very cheap material, they're huge even though I got medium (I've always been medium), and they look absolutely nothing like what is advertised. I wouldn't even pay $1 for these pants, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been back and forth with this company to return the pants and that is not an option (they keep emailing back asking me to do the same things as before--take pictures, send the codes, etc.)! It doesn't sound like they're a legit company.

Do not waste your time or money. This website continues to take orders for a product that is not even in stock. So your order just says processing. It never ships. And when you request to cancel order that's when I found out item I ordered is out of stock. Use PayPal for refund. You will need a refund if you order anything.

I bought a small balsam wood Garden trug online in March. It arrived in June packed in a thing plastic shipper bag, with zero protective padding. Of course is was broken and (weirdly) wet. I sent photos, emails, and complained to Pay-Pal. Zero response. Once I finally escalated, Bangood asked me to send the thing back to them in Thailand! Insane. Just don't go there. It's a full scam.
I was a bit hesitant about Banggood to start with but gave it a try, the first few orders turned up ok then the problems started... the latest order said 2 weeks delivery, ended up taking 5 weeks. The tracking numbers are next to useless and didn't even show up for weeks, didn't get it until emailed chasing. These aren't updated when item on way so basically useless.
The latest order of an RC car has been terrible and the last I order on this site. Took weeks longer to turn up then when did the shaft, bearings and wheel was damaged. Sent email with video of problem. Automated reply saying 1 day response, 3 days later nothing. Sent another email, same automated response. Another 3 days, nothing back. Chase again, automated, then 2 days later they say can refund part. 3 more days and nothing. Now when send email. Getting nothing. Weeks now, obviously will not help with this. Had to purchase parts myself to try and repair.
My advice would be to never use this company. Use one of the main online sites where you get items quickly and actually get some customer service if needed. Believe me, you'll be glad you did.

After many years and orders on Banggood experienced minor issues but alsways within a few working days had them solved. Today it has been 8 days since i received order *******. The item is a Creality Cp-01 hybrid 3d printer, cnc router & laser engraver. The item arrived missing one cable, a serial connector broken, an end swich base broken and worst of all the 3d printer module broken. Opened a dispute on banggood and provided all evidence (photos & videos) at least three times. I just keep getting the same message over and over again to provide data of evidence and then another that says i should hear from an expert within 24-48 hours. I don't know why Banggood fell so low in customer service it is just sad as i paid 535euros for this item and get no support at all.
Definitely not a good sign for future purchases from Banggood.

This company is a SCAM. I purchased some items from them and paid via Paypal. I purchased 3 men's vests from them since March. The items took so long and they kept lying, negotiating, and asking to wait. They provided a tracking # and when I checked it, those items were in shangai china. I asked them to cancel the items so many times and they refused. Finally, I escalated the issue to Paypal. Paypal was not any help and was more in the favor of the seller than the buyer because they kept pushing back the resolution date to accommodate Banggood. I saw that Paypal changed the resolution date about 3 times so I addressed it. Paypal removed the dates altogether after I mentioned what they were doing. Shame on them. Now, the package finally came last week after 4 months. I contacted them right away for a return label. They said "send a picture of the package" and I did that. They said we'll respond to you and never heard of them. People, stay away from this company. They are located outside of US. They have extremely poor customer service. When they said "submit a ticket," this is hell because it does not serve any purpose. They're money hungry. They don't respect customer's request. I'm still waiting for that return label and we'll update on what happens next. STAY AWAY FROM BANGGOOD PEOPLE.

They sent me the wrong size of shoes 3 times. All of that and over 90 day shipping. I ordered a size larger and still the same small size came. Then they pose ridiculous requests to prove the shoes don't fit. Smoke and mirrors and manipulation. I also wish I could give them a zero..

It's SCAM oversea seller. You wont get any protection once product arrived as " defective" or "something wrong".
Even paypal will not on buyer side...

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
